Fantastic Spring Break trip with our family. The space was clean and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was amazing! Easy walk to the Metro and many shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a D.C. trip. We walked to the Metro each morning and took that downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk and is great if you’re fine with that. It’s tucked away nicely and feels like a safe area too. Overall a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place ! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Melissa is a wonderful host—responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth, and the space had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

Autumn's place is really lovely. It looks like the pictures and is very comfortable. What I liked most though, was that it has a security alarm. That made me feel safe. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Melissa. Wir fanden direkt vor dem Haus einen Parkplatz (Genehmigung wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt). Einfacher Check-in mit Zahlenschloss. Es gibt sogar Wasser, Kaffee und Snacks. Einmal hörten wir Abends einen Hund bellen, aber das steht in der Beschreibung und war nicht weiter schlimm. Die zusätzlichen Heizstrahler waren auch super, da wir gerade einen Kälteeinbruch hatten, als wir in Washington waren. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft weiter.

My favorite place to stay while visiting DC. The house has everything you need to feel like you’re at home. A great location next to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation.

Nalins place was exactly as described. It is huge, quiet, clean and super close to Dulles Airport. We enjoyed staying there very much and can recommend it without hesitation. Beds were super comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything matched the description. The unit was very clean. Close to a metro station and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. We went to opening day at the Nationals, and it was an easy walk to the stadium and back. 10/10 would visit again and would recommend to friends/family!

Had a great time! Place was clean and cozy. Easy 15 minute walk to the metro. Place was in a safe and comfortable neighborhood. We will be booking again the next time we come back to the DC area.

So glad we booked Aliya’s place instead of a hotel. It was such a memorable experience! We didn’t want to leave. We felt right at home, and there was so much to keep our boys entertained. We rarely ever get a chance to watch family movies, and staying here gave us the opportunity to slow down and enjoy quality time together. If we ever needed anything, Aliya was right upstairs and very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

This was an amazing Airbnb. It was close enough to do everything in the city but far enough away to have space to yourself. The place is large and exactly like the description. I highly recommend this host and his stay.

I had an incredible stay at Serena’s Airbnb studio! The location is perfect—situated near American University, with easy access to everything you need. The studio itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable living room area and a fully equipped kitchen that made my stay feel like home. Serena went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly prepared, and she continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail and hospitality made all the difference. Another huge plus is the parking, which made getting around stress-free. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-managed place to stay, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again!

We love Nolon's place and have stayed here multiple times. It has become our "go-to" spot in DC. My stay this time was--as always--terrific and I look forward to being back again. The apartment is incredibly convenient for activities on Capitol Hill and the neighborhood is beautiful. Nolon is a really helpful and responsive host.

We loved staying at Michael’s place! He left us complete instructions for how to check-in on our own time with no fuss. The location was exceptional - one block from the Shaw-Howard U station on the Green line, and easy walking to the bustling U Street corridor.

My husband and I stayed at Alexis’ place for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Alexis was helpful, friendly, and furnished her spacious airbnb with everything you could need. The unit was in a quiet and beautiful area, about 10-15 mins from the Old Town area of Alexandria and a bit longer drive to DC. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

This place was very comfortable and elegant! We barely wanted to leave the house because everything we needed was there! My favorite part was the 75inch TV & The Home Entertainment system, it made it sound like you were in a movie theater. The host was also very pleasant, friendly, and informative. I truly enjoyed my stay, thank you.

Our stay in DC was great thanks to this beautiful space. About a 20 minute drive from the heart of the city and quiet enough to return to and feel like you can actually unwind. Host was very responsive, as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Very nice stay. The apartment is the lower floor of a nice house on a quiet, pretty street. Everything was new and clean. They thought of all of the extras, including kitchen and bath products, laundry detergent, kids’ dishes, and even a hotel safe. Entry was easy and as described. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay.

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in my many stays in DC. The inside is spacious, clean, and updated (huge perk). Great location near lots of food. The garage door was broken when we came, but the host apologized and let us know it was set to be fixed. When working, this added perk brings a lot of privacy and security. Wish it worked during our stay. One downside is that you cannot control the temperature inside the unit. Most units like this in DC have controlled air through built in units, so you are subject to the temperature that the owners have it set to.

We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! The unit was comfortable and immaculate. It did not feel like a basement at all. Leonardo was very kind and responsive. We did not read the instructions thoroughly beforehand and therefore did not notify him in advance that we wanted to use the Murphy bed, yet he was gracious in still allowing us to do so. We had our 2 month old son with us, and Leonardo thought of everything — he had a crib, changing pad, toys, and even baby shampoo ready for us. He even gave us excellent recommendations for meals. Leonardo is thoughtful and thorough and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable in the unit. The property is beautifully maintained and he is clearly invested in helping his guests fully enjoy their stay. I cannot say enough good things about Leonardo and this unit! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay for a 1 on 1 spring break trip with my 12-year-old. Shree helped us right away at check in. Comfortable and great location. Would definitely stay again.
