Alfama, Lisbonne : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Maria is a brilliant host! Very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We (2 adults and 2 teens) stayed 6w in winter and the apartment was clean and comfortable on the 4th floor. Welcome wine was a lovely touch and kitchen had many basic provisions. Location is great, close to cafes and beach. Thank you Maria for being so kind and helpful, you made our stay enjoyable!

We would give 6 stars if possible. Pedro was very responsive and went well beyond what we expected. From going out to dinner with us and providing us all the local restaurants and attractions to helping me obtain a fishing license he was simply an amazing host. Planning on returning next year. The house is beautiful and comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. It is located in Paço de Arcos, a very pleasant village with nearby restaurants where you can enjoy Portuguese food for lunch or dinner. The location is excellent due to its proximity to the train station, which allows you to travel to Lisbon without needing a car. Carlos welcomed us warmly and provided clear instructions.

Perfect stay, 2 minutes from the beach. I’ll be back if I need a place in Oeiras again. Parking was a massive bonus, despite driving a large SUV. Big thanks to José (my host) who was always there if I needed him.

The view is incredible and it's an easy walk to the beach and all the restaurants and activities in the area.

Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Cuando llegamos João nos estaba esperando y fue muy amable, indicándonos dónde comer, que hacer, cómo movernos por la zona para aprovechar el tiempo. La casa nos gustó mucho, muy limpia, las camas cómodas, una barbacoa que disfrutamos un par de días. Sentimos que estábamos en una casa familiar. Muy buena experiencia, la recomiendo.

Blitzsaubere Unterkunft an ruhiger Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe, u.a. einer Bäckerei mit Holzofen. Bei Kaffee oder Bier auf dem "Dorfplatz" fanden wir sofort Kontakt zu den Einheimischen. Unser Hauptreiseziel war Lissabon; mit der Fähre, die stündlich hinüberfährt, empfanden wir die Wohnung als guten Ausgangspunkt. Es empfiehlt sich, die Rückfahrt gut zu planen, da die Distanzen in Lissabon - ob zu Fuss oder mit dem ÖV - von uns unterschätzt worden sind. Für 7 Euro kann man an den Metrostationen eine Tageskarte lösen, die auf allen Strassenbahnen (inkl. den historischen), Buslinien und U-Bahnen gültig ist. Katerina was very proactive, responsive, and a caring host. Any issues or questions I had were quickly addressed. Her English is excellent, so there were no issues with language barriers. I stayed for 30 days, so the weekly cleaning was nice in that the apartment stayed in good condition without much effort on my part. It’s a very pretty apartment with a lot of character: art, books, etc. It did make me worry that I would accidentally mix up my stuff with the apartment’s and consequently forget it at checkout. I alleviated this worry by limiting where I put my possessions to only a couple locations. New tenants: Be sure to get the unit’s Lote number (groupings of the apartments, displayed on the apartment complex external doors) before you arrive, or maybe ask for the location/pin of the best external door to access the apartment. For the address provided, most apps will take you a bit further into the apartment complex, which can be a bit of a hike if you have luggage.

Merci à lurdes et luis, nous avons passé un séjour dans votre maison vraiment fantastique !! Superbe maison bien aménagé avec tout le confort nécessaire et bien plus ! Une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan et le coucher du soleil tous les soirs. De très bons moments en famille dans l'endroit incontournable de la maison : la piscine, un vrai plaisir au réveil, à midi pour l'apéro, et le soir au retour de la plage !! Une expérience inoubliable. Un grand merci à vous !!

The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à "A Cozy Corner at Carcavelos Beach" du 16 au 20 mars. Le logement est parfaitement situé, à deux pas de la plage, dans un quartier calme et agréable. L’appartement est fidèle à la description, propre, bien équipé, et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi. Notre hôte a été très réactif, attentionné et disponible tout au long du séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Carcavelos. Christelle & Hervé

Lovely place. Beautiful sea view. Quiet and peaceful. Exactly what it was described. Olga is an amazing host. I had a 3 hour flight delay and she was always responsive and helpful and waited for me until 1am, when I arrived.

The space was clean and had all the listed amenities in good working order. The option for reserving a spot in the parking garage was very convenient; however, we were not notified of the cost and requirement to pay in cash until the day prior to check-in. The view from the apartment is wonderful and there are a lot of food options and attractions very close by. We brought our dog with us and the courtyard area in the square had plenty of space for her to walk and potty. Overall we had a pleasant experience and recommend it to others.

Ling’s place was exactly what I’d expect from an Airbnb. Home was clean, comfortable, and a great location. She had pantry items stocked as well as coffee and sugar. We had stayed at 3 previous units which included absolutely nothing so it was awesome to have those things already stocked. For short rentals it stinks having to buy salt, coffee, etc and transport it from place to place with you. Ling gave detailed instructions and responded to questions promptly. An excellent host. Location was great as well. Walkable to everywhere in the city. Can’t recommend it enough!

Rossana is a great host. Very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. The apartment is well-located and makes you feel at home. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. Just a few minutes to the beachfront of Caparica, a supermarket and an excellent cafe around the corner.

Jorge is an outstanding host. Although we arrived late in the evening and had to self check-in, we encountered some difficulty locating the right apartment. However, after a quick phone call, Jorge guided us directly to it with ease. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. While we had read in other reviews that some of the interior feels a bit dated, it wasn’t an issue for us. The highlight is its prime location—just a short walk from a stunning beach and train station. Conveniently located in between Cascais and Lisbon which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.
