Fantastic Stay in Cancun! We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed; with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and more. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony facing the ocean. The view was absolutely priceless, and we spent time just enjoying the ocean sounds. The swimming pool area and beach were fantastic for relaxing or taking a dip. We arrived earlier than expected, but our host Nancy was very thoughtful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned before check-in. The location couldn’t have been better! Supermarkets, stores, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was easy, she was always responsive. We highly recommend this place in Cancun! We will definitely come back.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb just steps away from the beach! The location couldn't have been better. The host, Augustin, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He made check-in smooth and answered any questions I had right away. You can tell he really cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great location, right on the beach, convenience stores next door, supermarket and mall across the street. Walkable to many restaurants, busses run up and down all the time.

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.

This airbnb was great! It was everything that was described. The two spacious room and lots of living space . We were two guys so we are pretty simple. The pool and jacuzzi were great for us so much it actually became a highlight for our trip we didn't expect. The location is very much inteintegrated with the neighborhood so if you are not a city person this may not be for you. It was close to everything we needed a great taco and consume spot along with the grocery store next to it. The bus was right there to take us to the hotel zone and back. It had restaurants close by that were open late till 2am. We felt safe even late night- again we are use to city living and still keep aware of surroundings. The best part was the communication from our host cause she was proctive and responsive. I was admittedly skeptical at first of the location, surroundindings , things to do , but she made it very approachable in every aspect. If I decide to go to Cancun most likely return to her. awesome!

We loved our stay at Raul’s. The apartment is spacious, the neighbours were very welcoming, and the bedding was so comfortable. The security is great; multiple locked entry points before accessing the apartment. We used Raul’s recommended contact for transfer to and from the airport for smooth arrival and departure. The transfer was very communicative and we felt very safe and cared for. Note: -the pool does not get much sun as it’s between concrete buildings, it was mostly shaded & not heated so we did not end up using it -Physical keys must be used to access the apartment and only one set are given; so this could potentially be difficult if you’re travelling with a group who is on different schedules as we were Overall we loved it, felt super safe, and had an amazing vacation :)

Bethany is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. When power went out in the entire peninsula, she kept us updated on what she knew. My son got mosquito bites (we forgot to think about them!) and she brought to us sprays and repellents. She was really helpful and easy to let know anything was amiss. The area was great. Downstairs, there’s a great taco shop (Pepito is a great guy! Definitely find him and have a margarita and some food!) and there’s a laundry shop that was super nice called the laundry lagoon. We dropped off two large bags of laundry and for 450 pesos (less than $25 USD) she washed our clothes and returned them neatly folded. It made packing up the last day wonderful. The spot is about a 10 minute or so walk to the bus stop. It’s 12 pesos a person (60 cents USD ish) and you can go anywhere in the hotel zone. Ubers in the area around an average of 5 dollars, so I recommend that. The furniture was old in the apartment, but I can’t not recommend this place!

Great location. Very spacious. Patti was very friendly and responsive. Large supermarket close by. Highly recommend it.

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! My son and I spent 5 nights and 6 days here, and every moment was well worth it. Having a safe, peaceful, and comfortable place to rest each night made all the difference for our daily adventures. The space was not only cozy but also truly felt like a home away from home. A huge thank you to Martha, Tasy, Nico, and Max for going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed. We’re already looking forward to making this our regular vacation getaway spot. Truly unforgettable—thank you again! And see you next year !

Stephanie’s casita was a great spot for the night before our flight out of CUN. She met us upon arrival, and took the time to walk us thru the property (including a tour of their beautiful gardens). Bed was comfy, and unit itself was cute and well maintained. We were able to find a nice restaurant and a bakery with the host’s direction. Great little family (met Stephanie’s mom) run property. Uber from this location to catch our flight was ~ $7 USD/10 minute drive.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! Super comfortable felt right at home. Loved being on the fourth floor . Washer was a plus. Bed was comfortable . Everything was great

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

A big thank you to Marian and Narda for a wonderful and relaxing stay! The place was exactly how it looks in the pictures - very spacious and there's three pools! We would go again in a heartbeat! They were very responsive to everything we needed and connected us with a local booking agent - we did a Catamaran day and Chichén-Itzá with cenote - recommend!! :). The beach is a 4 min walk away and the sand and waves were dreamy! There are large iguanas that hang out by the nearest pool to the Airbnb but after some courage (lol) we all got along. Locally there's Uber which makes it easy to get around - we did utilize the transportation on the way to the Airbnb - got in late and that was easiest. Thanks again for everything Marian and Narda! Me voy súper contenta, la casa es muy cómoda y permite disfrutar del tiempo al regresar de la playa en la alberca. El anfitrión en todo momento fue muy atento. Lo recomiendo muchísimo 🫶🏻

todo estuvo excelente ,la atención de Luis ,la ubicación solo le veo una desventaja para entrar al fraccionamiento piden los de seguridad el registro y hay que hacer una fila enorme a veces llega hasta el seven, de ahí todo lo demás estuvo increíble

I would definitely recommend staying at this Airbnb, Roberto was extremely kind the entire time before and after my stay. Everything was in walking distance, especially if you wanted to book any of the Xcaret transportation, it was a 13 minute walk to the closest hotel that would pick you up. There was a lot of gas stations, places to eat, and places to see nearby aside from everything in Hotel Zone which is what I liked most about staying here. The Airbnb itself was extremely clean when I arrived and we were able to comfortably store any food or drinks we purchased from a nearby Walmart. If you want a peaceful place to stay, that is nearby the airport and the beaches I would recommend this place in a heart beat.
