Really amazing place to stay with beautiful views. The condo was just like the pictures, very clean. It's in a very safe location in a private area of Cancun. There's a shopping mall down the street full of stores and delicious restaurants just a ten minute walk. The host and the security guards were very friendly and helpful. The host was kind enough to provide a pack and play for my one year old. It's very easy to get in if you rent a vehicle, they will give you your own pass to open the gates. Overall I really enjoyed my stay with my family. Definitely a place to stay, highly recommend.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

For one month this place was our home and it couldn’t be any better. It has everything we needed for a long, comfortable and safe stay with a little kid. The apartment is in good conditions, looks exactly as in the pictures. The location is perfect. A lot of stores, restaurants, places to walk within walking distance. Diana is a very responsive host, always there to answer all your questions and help with everything you ask. I definitely recommend this host! We will come back100%

We had lots of fun in Cancun and Mikes place was beautiful, the kitchen was completely stocked with every electronic and supplies we would possibly need to make different meals

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Fernando was a fantastic host!! Before we even arrived, he was helping us out with transport and recommendations and responds, very quickly, in all his correspondence. The place went above and beyond our expectations. it was a massive place, with 2 double beds, right on the sea front, which we thoroughly enjoyed every morning, whilst we had breakfast. It is situated in the more lively part of the strip however, we did not mind the music. Having the choice of the pool and beach at the place, was a dream, especially on a particular day, where it was incredibly windy, we just went to the pool and had a few drinks. The staff were lovely and professional thoughout and could not do enough to help us out. The aminities were brilliant in Fernando's place. We enjoy cooking our own breakfast and there is a fantastic supermarket, just down the road and a 7/11 literally right next door, for our late night snacks, surrounded by loads of great restaurants, if you want to eat out. Thank you Fernando.

We had a great time at the Salvia Apartments! We only stayed for 5 days but made the most of it. The view at this place were stunning with high vantage point of the beach. It was a great access point for various activities like food, drinks, ports, and shuttle pick up. Highly recommend a stay with Nichole!

Beautiful property! Me and my family loved the penthouse. We had every important store right outside (walkable distance). Alejandro was an amazing host. He helped us settle in and gave us a small tour around the area. Would definitely do it again!! Thank you for such an amazing space.

Veronica was so very responsive and supportive on all levels. Place extremely clean and simple elegance. Loved the patio. Staff from gated entrance to building entry so kind and helpful. Would gladly return.

Muy bien ubicada la casa en zona privada y tranquila, en cuanto llegamos todo limpio y Eli nos dejó las instrucciones claras para el acceso. Me alojé con mis padres y les encantó el lugar, comentaron que la próxima vez que vengan quieren volver a quedarse aquí mismo, había tiendas de conveniencia y locales a poca distancia caminando, no era necesario el uso del coche.

I stayed with 3 other family members in town for a wedding. Julius was flexible with my check in as I had a red eye flight. we took an Uber to the beach they recommended and it was very reasonable, I think it might have been $5,it was great they had a cooler to borrow and beach towels, sunblock and water to drink. Just keep in mind, you have to cross a very busy Blvd to get to any restaurants or a Mercado by the house. I would not recommended for unsupervised children or old people that can't move fast. better take an Uber. this is a real Mexican neighborhood. I prefer this over the hotel zone.The house is absolutely amazing!

Jessy fue muy amable durante toda nuestra estancia, se mantuvo en comunicación constante y atenta a nuestras necesidades. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y se sienten como si realmente estuvieras en casa, el vecindario es muy tranquilo, con suficientes amenidades para hacer cómoda la estadía y con restaurantes y supermercados a unos cuantos minutos, sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Me senti como en casa, cualquier problema que pudo haber johon soluciono rápido y eficiente, como recomendación que tenga un hervidor, todo lo demás en perfectas condiciones, el lugar super agradable y seguro.

La mejor reservacion que he tenido, desde la amabilidad y disposición de Gina, limpieza, comodidad de la casa y sobre todo un ambiente super agradable.

This is a beautiful home. i highly recommend. this is a 3 story condo. 1 floor has a nice entrance right away you have a restroom, kitchen & living room. there is a small bedroom with a bathroom with shower. (all bedrooms have bathrooms) 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 1room is facing the view to the beach and the pool. 3rd floor is an entire bedroom which has a jacuzzi and shower and alot of room in closet space. this room also has a balcony. the home has working ac and the home has a lot of supplies. washer and dryer. walking distance to a beautiful fancy restaurant called Navios and also near and oxxo. this home is located in a great place we used the public transportation (red bus) which passed by right in the front of the condos. the host has great communication. was fast responding when needed. very friendly and allow us extra time. also extra time after checking out host let us leave our bags while we waited for our transportation. i would definitely stay here again. love this home.
