La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

El departamento se encuentra en una muy bonita zona y en si, cumple con todo lo descrito, excelente trato del anfitrion y el lugar estaba impecable y ordenado. Sin duda no será la única vez que esté ahí.

Espacio amplio para 2 personas, no era tan privado por los negocios que se ponen afuera en la madrugada pero el lugar está muy agusto

Edmundo is fantastic. We arrived late due to flight delays. He met us at the street and showed us everything even late at night. The apartment is private and quiet (not a party zone). The pool was nice, property was kept nice. The area seems safe and the property is in a security gate. It's about 12 minutes walk to Walmart, and 5 to an Oxxo. Several restaurants in walking distance. We stayed 4 nights and would rent again if we are in the area.

WOW! What a beautiful place- the beach is just across the street. Great seafood places around, we felt SAFE all the time. Magali’s Dad was SUPER HELPFUL and Magali was WONDERFUL checking on us making sure we were fine. I will definitely comeback this year. We enjoyed the balcony every day and Majestic Sunrises. The department was super clean and has everything you need. Amazing Experience!! Thank you Magali and Mr. Soto for making our Vacation so pleasant. We’re going to miss you guys, all the action in the beach and delicious food. Till next time !!

Very relaxing place to stay! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach with showers to wash off before coming back from the beach. The view of the ocean and the lagoon from the condo were beautiful, allowing you to see both the sunrise and sunset. Highly recommend The Caribbean Galleon restaurant just a short walk away from the condominium (Cash only). We would definitely return!

We loved every minute of our stay at this quiet apartment located in Cancun's hotel zone. It's a little tricky to find at first, as the entrance doesn't face the street, but it is in a quiet secluded area with cute family-run restaurants and cafes in the immediate area. There is a lobby entrance at ground floor, and the rooms are located on the second floor, up one flight of stairs. The room itself is well appointed and maintained, and the air conditioning works great. Front desk staff are available to assist with check-in, and were very friendly and happy to help. The host offered to pick us up at the airport, and let us check in early for no additional charge, which was a lifesaver as my travel companion was not feeling well and needed to lie down. Thank you!!! If you want an affordable option in the ritzy tourist district of Cancun, that is in a quiet area but a short walk from the night life, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay. Tons of great restaurants in the area. Anything from tacos, to Italian, to Korean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Even a blender for my wife's smoothies in the morning. Good sun and shade in the yard if you just want to chill out. Clean and cozy! 😌

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

Muy agradable y la casa cumplió con nustrasne esodades para el número de personas, aunque en realidad pasábamos poco tiempo ahí pues el uso fue para cocinar y descansar por la noche, tomar una ducha pues fuimos con.o equipo de Natación Artística a competir

Le logement est super bien placé dans 1 résidence vraiment tranquille . La maison a tout le confort pour passer 1 agréable séjour et ricardo est très à l écoute des résidents je recommande

Casa muy cómoda, limpia y muy equipada, la zona es muy segura y hay acceso fácil a lugares de interés cercanos.

This airbnb was great! It was everything that was described. The two spacious room and lots of living space . We were two guys so we are pretty simple. The pool and jacuzzi were great for us so much it actually became a highlight for our trip we didn't expect. The location is very much inteintegrated with the neighborhood so if you are not a city person this may not be for you. It was close to everything we needed a great taco and consume spot along with the grocery store next to it. The bus was right there to take us to the hotel zone and back. It had restaurants close by that were open late till 2am. We felt safe even late night- again we are use to city living and still keep aware of surroundings. The best part was the communication from our host cause she was proctive and responsive. I was admittedly skeptical at first of the location, surroundindings , things to do , but she made it very approachable in every aspect. If I decide to go to Cancun most likely return to her. awesome!

My stay at Natalia's place was nothing short of spectacular. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the ocean right from the living room. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The highlight, of course, was waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sparkling blue waters. The sunset views were equally mesmerizing, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for relaxation and unwinding after a day of exploring. The location couldn't have been better; with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions, I felt like I had everything at my fingertips. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure my stay was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a luxurious oceanfront retreat. It's an experience I won't forget, and I can't wait to return!

Muy cómodo y el anfitrión súper al pendiente

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at in Mexico. A mix of owners and rental units. Very secure and safe. Lots of security around. Everything was clean, there were no bugs or mosquitos in the house. The appliances are new and in good condition. The AC worked well in all the rooms and there was hot water for showers. Lots of space in the unit and great windows and balcony. The lagoon and pools are so relaxing we had many hours there. The views of the pools and trees were beautiful. Workers were there all day cleaning pools, doing yardwork. Also this is a very quiet place at night. It is not near downtown or noise. We had a rental car. There are many restaurants and supermarkets within a few blocks to walk to. The unit is all on the main floor which was perfect for us. Thank you for a great vacation.

This property is perfect & we will definitely return! We came as a family with 2 kids (1 baby and 1 toddler) and Ricardo provided a crib for us which was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with every appliance you may need. We felt so safe in the neighborhood and even felt comfortable walking around at night. The security at the property is so friendly & makes you feel very safe. Walmart, Starbucks, a gelato restaurant, a French bakery, an Italian restaurant, a sushi restaurant and a breakfast waffle restaurant is all within a 5 minute walk! The airport is also very close to the condo. We used Ricardo’s trusted driver, Mariela, for every ride we took around Cancun. My family felt very comfortable & we can confidently say that anybody would be extremely happy staying here! The pool was amazing and there’s even a small playground for kids. The A/C in the home works perfectly & there’s also a balcony patio if you prefer fresh air. The laundry within the home was great to have too!

Very nice condo. Host was very helpful and got us some baby equipment which made our stay so much easier. Would definitely stay again
