We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fernandeswadi! Rohan and Jharna were the warmest hosts, going above and beyond to make our visit incredibly comfortable and memorable. Jharna treated us to the most delectable food, all thoughtfully prepared with fresh, farm-sourced produce. The highlight was the delicious barbecue, which made our evening extra special. Our pet dog had her time, happily exploring the farm and enjoying the seaside breeze. The peaceful surroundings, amazing hospitality, and homely vibe made Fernandeswadi a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to visit again!

The house is beautiful surrounded by greenery. The helper was available at all times and we were offered delicious home made food at nominal charges. The place is on the top of a mountain which is a 1min drive from the main road. Due to heavy rains there was no power from the night, but we were able to manage because of the UPS which worked till midnight. There was no power in the morning but it was not a big problem except for the geyser. Overall the place was very comfortable and stylish with very caring cooks.

Fernandes Wadi is a delightful escape just two hours away from Bombay. The hosts, Rohan and Jharna are hands on with their hospitality which made us feel at home. One of the highlights was the delectable home-style meals ranging from Kutchi to Maharashtrian cuisine cooked by Jharna. Situated in the middle of a coconut grove, the property offers a great view of the sea. And it would be a shame not to mention Coco the pup who definitely adds to the appeal of the place. We will definitely go back when we can.

Great place. It is maintained very well. Sea beach is in walkable distance from here. The private pool was also clean. Overall had a great experience.

Staying at Patil Villa was an absolutely amazing experience! The villa itself is a perfect getaway, offering a calm and lively atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly. Our host, Sangeeta Di, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. She guided us in exploring the area, enjoying the local cuisine, and making the most of our stay. The locals are also very supportive and welcoming, adding to the charm of the place. One of the biggest highlights was the proximity to the beach—so near and easily accessible, making it perfect for a morning walk or a peaceful sunset view. The view from the Airbnb room, overlooking the sky and garden, is breathtaking and truly a sight to behold. If you're here, don't miss out on homemade food at Rasika Di’s place—it's authentic, delicious, and gives you a real taste of the local flavors. The place was perfect! The view and the pool exceeded expectations. We had the entire place to ourselves with complete privacy. The caretakers were extremely courteous and accommodating and the food was also really good. All of my friends had a really great time. Don't go expecting a 5 star, luxury stay all amenities are extremely basic but the views and privacy make up for all of it.

We had a fantastic stay at Poddar's hideaway. Visited with my family for 4 days and felt at home. The place is even better than the images provided by the host. If you are an art lover, you will love what they have done with the interiors and the outside porch. There are paintings and handcrafted statues galore. There is also enough stationary and tools to practice art if you like. The caretaker Padmakar was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, away from the main road but very close to the beach. The overall vibe of the place is very peaceful, quiet and tranquil. There is also a spot for meditation in front of a handmade mini waterfall. We were lucky enough to meet the owner who's a renowned artist and he pleasantly walked us through his paintings, books and his future plans with this endeavour. Highly recommended for families, couples or anyone who likes to be away from the hustle bustle and just relax.

Great escape for the entire family only a couple hours away from the city. The property is well maintained with a great staff. There are amazing spots to chill around the house, with a fully functioning pool that has been maintained really well. The house has a lot of character and my family really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended! :)

one of the hidden gems on airbnb...jus tucked away in the hills...u see a different side of alibag ...jus trees and birds ...plus great staff , very attentive and made us feel at home...food was awesome ..and pool was cherry on top...plus the bonfire ...v r visiting again for sure

superb place for group of 10 12 people in Alibaug near to beach and swimming pool is also good the villa was also cleaned and the care taker is very friendly and polite. A mind suggestion there are lot of large red aunts in the garden area that comes inside the house by the evening even the door is closed. Rest no issues we faced and the villa was very comfortable.

Under the tree is a special place, designed and maintained with love. Even without a car, it was relatively easy to reach from the Mandwa jetty. We caught the complementary bus from the jetty and got off at “Bhal Fata”, completing the remaining 10 min journey in a rickshaw. The house has all the necessary amenities and it works as a modern refuge as expected. The spread out front yard provides a serene ambience to ehe house. The house is close to the Thal beach, which is a secluded and relatively less crowded beach and is within walking distance. Geeta Tai, the caretaker is special. She took care of our food needs and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. She injects a bouquet of love into the place and lightens it up. Although we arrived a bit early, Muralidhar and Geeta tai accomodated us and welcome us to their home. I’d certainly recommend this place for a serene gateway.

The place is absolutely stunning. The design perfectly balances style and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The natural light streaming through the windows creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the spacious layout makes it perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. A truly remarkable place. Sujju's cafe, in same perimeter is absolutely amazing with wide variety of delicious and healthy food. Since, its also an art cafe it was really fun to be there, where I could spent quality time with family. The host, Mr. Shekhar is gem of a person. He ensured a personal touch and great hospitality. Overall, a place must visiting and staying with your family. Will definitely visit again.

Nice private place to stay in alibaug. Nice and spacious rooms with attached bathroom and toilet. The caretaker kept the rooms and hall clean and neat. The swimming pool had very little chlorine. Highly recommended. Will surely book again.

We were a group of two families that stayed at Shibani's place. The property is very well located and is walkable distance from Awas beach. Shibani was very responsive and proactive in her communication and everything went really smoothly. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the lovely food prepared by the caretakers. Would definitely want to visit again :)
