Maison spacieuse, agréable, bien équipée. La vue sur la mer et la ville en contrebas est extraordinaire. Nous conseillons sans problème tout en précisant que la côte à vélo pour parvenir à la location nécessite d'être sportifs.

Pasamos un fin de año excelente (Lunes a Viernes). Tres familias (6 adultos y 6 chicos). Las fotografías concuerdan. La atención de Lucía desde el inicio fue excelente. La villa es sumamente espaciosa y sus camas cómodas y sensación de limpieza. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Sus distintos espacios permitió el disfrute de los chicos y de los adultos. La barbacoa la usamos en varios momentos. Si bien no usamos la piscina está cuenta con servicio externo de limpieza semanal. La villa requiere un poco mantenimiento, pero no afectó lo bien que lo pasamos. Gracias Lucía.

Buen alojamiento, mucha paz, todo limpio y agradable. Desiré es una gran anfitriona. Pendiente todo el tiempo de que todo esté bien, responde rápido.

Eva es maravillosa y nos ayudó a llegar fácilmente y a preparar nuestros planes durante el fin de semana, está siempre pendiente. Nos encantó la casa, es un chalet privado al lado del Mar con un jardín precioso y una pequeña piscina climatizada. Es un auténtico lujo poderte bañar en diciembre a una temperatura tan agradable. La urbanización tenía una piscina más grande que no usamos pero que parecía perfecta para nadar. La casa tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar y al tener tres plantas nos dio mucha independencia. Estaba todo muy limpio, las habitaciones, las dos cocinas, y los dos salones. La zona es super tranquila y aunque necesitas coche, es perfecta para desconectar que es lo que estábamos buscando. Al ser la última urbanización de la zona tiene el campo a un paso. Recordaremos para siempre el paseo que dimos por el campo, al borde del Mar y como se veían las estrellas por la noche. Volveremos sin duda.

We enjoyed our short stay in this cozy country home. Loved the yard, terrace and beautiful landscaping. The beach is right across the street. Great place if you like nature and quiet.

Unser Aufenthalt in Denia war wunderbar. Wir wollten ruhige Ferientage verbringen und konnten in einem Zimmer etwas arbeiten, in der Küche fein kochen und in den Badezimmers abkühlen. Der Pool ist wirklich wunderschön und tief, ideal um zu tauchen und planschen. Die Aussicht bis aufs Meer ist wunderbar und im August konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang vom oberen Stockwerk aus betrachten. Die Tage am Pool waren wunderbar erholsam und die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Und das allerbeste: Die Unterkommt kommt inklusive zwei Katzen und einem Hund, zwei davon kuscheln auch gerne :-)

Wonderful location right on the beach. lovely spacious villa with a big, clean pool. Private parking was very helpful! The host was friendly and very helpful.

This is a beautiful Villa. We were a group of 8 and each of us had a room, the garden and pool area are lovely. Villa is in a quiet residential area but it is a short walk from the tram and taxi are easily booked to get into Alicante town centre. There are several supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Angel was a very attentive host, we were missing some things from the kitchen and within the hour he had them replaced with a nice gift, he gave us recommendations for restaurants which was very good. I would recommend this Villa to large groups

Fuen and her team were incredible, fabulous hosts. They went above and beyond to make our family Christmas stay truly memorable, from helping us find an organic turkey farm for Christmas lunch, to incredible restaurants, and local markets and their favourite family fish shop with the draw droppingly gorgeous produce. We arrived to the welcome of festive decorations in the garden and living room, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch, and an indication of how much care they took. The house is incredible, spacious and eclectic. It really felt like an honour to call it our home for 10 days. We watched the sunrise every morning from the front garden, by the swimming pool, or the beach, a short walk! The spacious living and dining areas meant that our family of 8 could comfortably relax together and enjoy some well needed family time. What a beautiful villa! We just returned from the most wonderful stay here at Casa Buho. Our family of 6 enjoyed every minute. The setting is spectacular, swimming in the pool with Montgo behind us, sitting on the Naya to enjoy a meal with views over the nearby villages, we truly did not want to leave. The villa is very well equipped; the kitchen is well stocked with both suitable appliances and equipment for cooking meals at home, the rooms have ample storage and space for comfort, and both bathrooms are spacious. The property is very secure, we felt so safe here. There is an electric gate for entry, and all the doors have metal shutters for extra security and an alarm. The AC is only located in the bedrooms, so during this heatwave, we found that if we kept all exterior doors closed and shutters down, and kept the AC on in the lower rooms, the house was at a comfortable temperature. It's worth noting the house layout, the master room is on the first floor with its own ensuite; separate bath and shower, and a double sink. On the ground floor, you will find the other bedrooms, one double room, one twin room, and the second bathroom (double sink, bath, and separate shower. Communication with Carolina was always prompt, and any issues we had during our stay were dealt with quickly. The sink tap in the kitchen became loose and a plumber was sent out the same day. Xabia town is perfect, there are many bars and restaurants along both the sea front and within the old town, as well as the local larger supermarkets like Mercadonna. There is also a very well-stocked local store at the bottom of the road, La Ermita Local Market, which had everything we needed, fresh fruit, veg and salad, meat, as well as an in-store bakery for the most amazing fresh bread, pastries, and quiches. We mainly shopped here as it was so convenient. There are so many good restaurants very close by, Mongto Restaurant served grilled meats and fish with simple sides, and Los Almendros offers a wide menu with starters, mains and dessert, plus a glass of wine or beer for an extremely low set price. Punta Benemaquia was also perfect, traditional Spanish cuisine in a lovely outdoor setting. Slightly further away, but restaurants worth trying, Terra, Da Giulia, there is an amazing account on IG @costa_blanca_restaurants have some amazing suggestions and we tried quite a few of them! 
There are some incredibly beautiful beaches a short drive away. Granadella and Portixol deserve special mentions. Both car parks fill up very early in high season, so getting there for 8am just about gets you a spot as the walks down hill to these beaches are hard work in the heat or with small children. Cala Clemence, the beach bar & restaurant on Cala de Portixol is exceptionalThe food here, drinks, decor and setting are not to be missed and most certainly our favourite meal here in the Xabia region. The local towns like Gata de Gorgos, fantastic town for basket bags, rugs and ceramics, I spent a lot here! Jesus Pobre is also good for smaller bars, and a very good pharmacy should you need anything on your holiday, we visited a few times! The night market in Denia is a great destination for an evening stroll along the marina, a drink and lots of jewellery stalls. The children loved this. We came back to the Marina for a boat tour with Mundo Marino, we did the 5 hour boat trip to Granadella which was fantastic. Amazing staff, food on the boat was also great, highly recommended.

Other fun days out were to Las Fuentes del Algar, the natural water springs and Aqualandia waterpark. We cannot wait to return to Xabia, and will definitely stay at Casa Buho, we couldn't fault a single thing!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison de Maria . Elle est assez grande pour 12 personnes avec des espaces pour chacun . Le paysage et la cuisine extérieure sont de vrais plus. Nous regrettons cependant l’absence de volets occultants dans la chambre du haut ainsi que de climatisation dans les pièces du rez de chaussée . Maria est une hôte agréable et très réactive .

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé, Javi était un hôte super qui restait disponible et joignable. La villa est juste magnifique et très bien située pour visiter la région. Encore un grand merci Javi, on reviendra

Fantastic house with great layout and super voew of the ocean. Great host that made us feel very welcome. Altea and surounding area is a wonderful place to visit with lots of things to see and do.

Alojamiento muy cómodo, muy cercano a la playa y muy tranquilo. Ovido siempre atendió a todas las dudas muy rápido y nos aconsejo muy bien. La casa muy cómoda y agradable. El poder meter los coches dentro es una comodidad y mas seguridad. Recomendable para familias que quieran descansar y tener todas las comodidades. La cocina un acierto, se cocina muy bien en familia!

Sergio ist ein absolut hilfsbereiter, proaktiver, herzlicher und engagierter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist super, der Strand fußläufig zu erreichen und die Unterkunft selbst in einer sehr sauberen und schönen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Besonders toll ist die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung: Sogar Sandspielzeug, Bauklötze und einen Sonnenschirm haben wir gefunden und nutzen können. Und für den Fall der Fälle sogar Zahnbürsten und Pasta :-) Die Unterkunft hat zudem eine tolle Raumaufteilung: Unten Essen und Wohnen, oben Schlafen, ganz oben de Dachterrasse - für Familien wirklich praktisch. This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Hier hat das Gesamtpaket unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Johan ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber. Er steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn man Fragen hat. Seine sympathische Art und Hilfsbereitschaft sind absolut vorbildlich. Das Haus ist eine echte Wohlfühl-Oase! Alles sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail hochwertig eingerichtet. Nicht nur der Pool ist ein Highlight, sondern auch die vielen unterschiedlichen Rückzugsbereiche, in denen man entspannen kann. Der kilometerlange, sehr schöne Strand ist nur wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Hier haben wir ausgiebige Spaziergänge unternommen. Fazit: Ein Haus, bei dem wir ins schwärmen geraten sind. Wir wüssten nichts, was man verbessern kann!

Fantastisch mooie ligging, praktisch op het strand. Privacy prima, bij mooi weer terrassen of tuin met comfortabele ligbedden. Airco werkte als verwarming heel goed, was even puzzelen met de gebruiksaanwijzing die Manuela ons bezorgde. Het huis is leuk ingericht, compact, alleen voor zes personen is een twee zitsbank te weinig. Prima bedden, mooi balkon met meubilair.

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

Eravamo in vacanza in due famiglie con due bambini di 6 anni ed è stata una vacanza perfetta. La casa ha un accesso diretto sulla spiaggia di sabbia fine con mare poco profondo. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è impagabile, inoltre il patio vista mare ha la parte dove c’è il tavolo per lo più ombreggiato per pranzi e cene al fresco. La cucina è spaziosa ed accessoriata. Hector e Carlos sono super disponibili e gentili.
