Die Wohnung war sehr modern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Es gab währenddessen gar keine Probleme und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Josep hat uns zuvor ebenfalls ein paar gute Tipps gegeben

Great apartment. Great host. Happy to help when the construction workers cut the water pipe so had to turn off the electric and water. Not the hostess fault as the whole building was effected. The apartment next door was having a major refit so that was very noisy for a few days, along with the road construction workers, their music and equipment. We love the apartment and it's position and outlook. We will be back later this year or next year if Maria is happy to have us. Maria offered help when we needed it. Plenty of hot water! Very comfortable, lots of seating inside and out. Thank you 😃

Apartamento muy limpio y equipado. Ubicado en una buena zona, vecindario tranquilo y a 5 minutos de la playa. Daniela fue muy amable, estuvo atenta en todo momento. ¡Una estancia de 10!

Très très bon logement, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La plage est à coté . Je recommande à 100% et Félix est super gentil et à l’écoute . Je reviendrais avec plaisir

Apartment in good and secure location , easy to get to the beach or the strip with clubs and bars in the evening Supermarket nearby with everything you need , water park close , we walked to the park and back . Check in was flexible and arranged for us an early check in to drop the bags earlier as our flight was in the morning To find the apartment was a bit tricky as after you pass the gate you don't know were to go , we waited until the cohost came down to get us . Unfortunately Sandrine wasn't available on the day but was all sorted at the end . I highly recomand this apartment

Had a prob when we arrived with keys not being at the address but at a different location, taxi driver went out of his way to help us. Complex is very secure, fobs used to gain entry. Beautiful apartment, great space very modern. Fanastic view from balcony! We had bad weather so didn’t utilise it to its full potential! Could do with sunbeds on balcony chairs are comfy. Had no problems using the oven, washer etc. plenty of space. Plenty of shops, supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Taxi around 8 euros in a taxi into Benidorm We did tell host apartment coukd do with my crockery, wine glasses & baking trays We would definitely stay here again

Excellent Villa, in a quiet area only 15 mins from Xabia for shopping, beach and Restaurants. Well equipt villa with lots of space.

We stayed for 9 days over Christmas, a family of 17, in this large house and everything was perfect. The garden was a true paradise for the children, with plenty to do and enjoy. The swimming pool is fenced, which we greatly appreciated since the seven children in our group ranged from 1 to 7 years old. The house was spotless and well maintained, with two excellent and modern kitchens and a lovely outdoor BBQ area. There is a large refrigerator and a large freezer downstairs so there is plenty of space for groceries. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and the four bathrooms were good. The games room, with billiard and a foosball table, was very popular, as was the table tennis. In the evenings, the illuminated garden was simply breathtaking. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants just 10 minutes walk. We were very impressed and highly recommend this property for families or large groups. Thank you Marta and Emilio.

Vivienda mejor que en las fotos, habitaciones espaciosas y buenas zonas exteriores. Además cerca de la playa, se puede ir andando en Max 5 min llegas a Les Rotes. Muy recomendable.

Wonderful, stylish home, very well equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed using the outdoor spaces. Great location and short walk to the beach, restaurants and a little supermarket or a short drive to the town centre.

Marina’s place was absolutely wonderful! We stayed as two families and had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 small children. The apartment itself was immaculate and decorated to an incredibly high spec. There was ample bedding, towels, and cleaning products to feel like you were at a home from home. Marina provided travel cots for our stay which was well appreciated. Let her know if you need a high chair as there wasn’t one at the apartment, though I am sure she would provide this. The complex itself is clearly a high-end, luxury space. The facilities were top notch (gym and heated pool in October/November) and well maintained. The apartment is about a 30 minute stroll to the old town along the sea front, which was lovely. There is a Coaliment supermarket about 10 minutes away, towards the old town, which is where we did most of our shopping. There are ample places to eat and drink within moments of the apartment. Marina communicated well throughout our stay - we will be back!

Nous avons passés 15 jours formidables ! Sylvain à été très sensible à notre bien etre . Sans parler de Giles et Gisèle qui étaient la à nos côtés afin qui nous manquons de rien ! Les photos et les descriptions étaient fidèles au logement Lieu propice pour passer d agréable vacances le logement est très bien situé, paisible : 800 mètre de la mer, commerces à proximité, la très belle ville de Dénia n est qu à 15 min en voiture. Bref vous pouvez y aller !!! En tout cas nous y retournerons Herve et Delphine

Francisco y Concha son unos excelentes anfitriones. El piso cuenta con todo lo necesario para que los viajeros se sientan como en casa. Limpieza de diez. Sus recomendaciones son una garantía de éxito para moverse por Denia. Nos ayudaron con todo, incluso con una trona que solicitamos, y nos dieron consejos para cuidar a nuestra nieta, que nos acompañó en el viaje y que esperamos que recuerde siempre Denia como un destino al que volver.

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

Fuimos 6 personas y estuvimos muy cómodos, ya que la casa cuenta con 2 habitaciones, 1 de ellas con litera muy amplias, + uña sofá cama. La casa esta totalmente equipada, es muy fácil de llegar ,tiene todos los supermercados muy cerca y la playa a 10 en coche. Tiene una barbacoa en la terraza y una mesa con unos bancos, sillas… que está muy bien. Tiene una luz en esta zona, quizás faltaría otra más, pero por lo demás, genial! La comunicación con Pascal siempre fue muy rápida y con Anita también. Repetiría sin pensarlo :)

El apartamento está en un sitio inmejorable, tranquilo, la piscina genial, la urbanización está muy bien, con una terraza estupenda. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no le falta nada. Muchas gracias

Viajamos mucho con airbnb y nunca habia encontrado un piso tan limpio, comodo y ordenado como el de Juan Antonio. El piso está muy bien equipado, no falta de nada. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Está muy cuidado y muy nuevo. Estuvimos como en casa. Desde el primer momento Juan Antonio estuvo atento a todo lo que pudieramos necesitar y nos dio mucha informacion sobre la zona. Muy profesional y amable. Ubicacion perfecta, cerca de la playa, supermercados, restaurantes y transporte publico. Zona muy tranquila por la noche sin ruidos. Le damos un 10 al piso y a Juan Antonio. ¡Seguro volveremos!
