The location is fantastic, it is a very short walk to the beach, the supermarket, and restaurants. Torrevieja is a beautiful area to explore, with lots to see. The apartment is very nice, clean, and cozy. It offers all the amenities you would need for a long stay. And finally, the hosts are wonderful people who will do everything they can to make your experience better. We had a situation that could have ruined our holiday, but thanks to Martika and Alex, it was a complete non-issue. I would highly recommend any couple or single person to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

Hemos quedado encantados con la casa, es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Nos preocupaba el sofá cama antes del viaje pero es muy cómodo y si duerme fenomenal. Toni y su madre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento. La zona ideal para descansar y desconectar. Y la casa tiene de todo, incluso aceite y especias para cocinar. Volveremos sin duda!

Nos encantó alojarnos en el estudio de Nicole!!! todo muy bien pensado La decoración es hermosa, el espacio es perfecto siempre estuvimos a gusto. Nicole y Adrián fueron un amor indicándonos bien todo y dándonos muy buenas recomendaciones de lugares increíbles… zona súper tranquila La ubicación es perfecta está todo cerca, Nos faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de este lugar tan increíble.😍 Muchísimas Gracias Nicole y Adrian por todo!!!

From start to finish every was great . The terrace was lovely and the area was quiet . Once found our way around we were close to everything . Lovely added welcome touch with the bubbly & loved the orange juicer nice touch. Shower was great and all in all we had everything we needed.communication was excellent & met by a lovely young man even though he had to wait as we got a bit lost . I will recommend to friends and will return thank you

Eine sehr schöne wohnung und vor allem eine tolle dachterasse mit bequemen gartenmöbeln . Elena hat mir noch einige restaurants empfohlen die mir gut gefallen haben. Viele liebe Grüße Dörte

Apartament zgodny z opisem. Wszystkie udogodnienia spełniły swoje role. Przyjazna okolica. Blisko wiele dobrych i smacznych restauracji oraz plaża 3 min pieszo. Dobre połączenie komunikacyjne. Gospodarz cały czas w kontakcie, odpowiadał na każde nasze pytanie od razu. Polecamy.

Magnifique logement , deux terrasses et proche de tout a pieds . Ancienne bâtisse restaurée avec beaucoup de goût . Vraiment a deux pas du centre historique . Je recommande vraiment.

El piso de Patricia es muy limpio, está ubicado en zona tranquila, a unos 10 minutos del centro. Tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comida, se puede lavar ropa, es perfecto para parejas con niños. Hemos viajado con nuestra hija de un año y la experiencia fue extraordinaria, Patricia nos dio también una cuna para el bebé. Precio también muy asequible. Además Patricia responde muy rápido y es atentiva. Recomiendo mucho.

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

Das Apartment war sauber und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Der Check-In war super einfach und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ebenso. Alles war gut zufuß erreichbar. Zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung! Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der traumhafte Blick aufs Meer – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und den weiten Blick zu genießen, war einfach herrlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, und das Badezimmer sehr gepflegt und großzügig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe von Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und der Gastgeber war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

the space was so much bigger than we thought it would be, it was such a perfect location in the heart of the old town which made it easy to walk everywhere quickly. The decor was excellent, great value for money as well

We had a great stay at Maria’s loft! The place was clean, cozy, and in such a nice and calm neighborhood close to stores. Maria was so welcoming and helpful, responding quickly. I would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

Appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Werkelijk alles is aanwezig. Fijn dat er via de hellende weg een ingang aanwezig is; scheelt behoorlijk wat trappen, zeker met boodschappen. Je zit eveneens direct in het hogere centrum van Villajoyosa.. wij hebben ons snel “thuis” gevoeld in de woning. Lea reageert snel op vragen.. fijn! Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad ondanks het mindere weer de eerste 2 weken.. dank voor de gastvrijheid! Henrike
