Wonderful quiet place to stay. Very relaxing. Modern apartment. Small quiet area with just a few shops and restaurants nearby. Supermarket and airport are just a short, cheap bus ride away. Beautiful place, lovely views from the balcony but the construction next door can be noisy during the day.

The appartement is very well situated, close to the beach and in the heart of the old city, surrounded by nice buildings. Moreover, one of the trails that go to the Santa Barbara castle starts in front of the apartment building. The apartment is very cosy, clean and well equipped and the communication with Liubov is easy. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

El alojamiento está situado en la calle principal de Calpe, en una zona con mucho ambiente y cerca de la playa. La casa es muy agradable, está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuidada. Su Terraza es enorme, ideal para el verano, y posee ventilador y aire acondicionado. En cuanto al contacto con Virginia, excelente, en todo momento se preocupó por explicarnos todo, adaptar horarios y resolvernos cualquier duda. Ha sido una gran anfitriona. Cuando vayamos a Calpe, repetiremos sin duda.

Estupendo apartamento para ir con niños. El menaje de la cocina un poco corto (cubiertos y platos) pero el resto perfecto. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos

We stayed in the condo for 10 days. The place was very clean, and well equipped (just enough but not so much it felt cluttered). The location was perfect. The ground floor meant that it was shaded all day. Also, it was off to the side. While it was close to the pool, you didn’t have people setting up towels by your own patio. Very short walk to beach, short walk to the main strip of restaurants and a grocery store. I highly recommend this condo.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Two balconies, then You always have a private place with the sun where you can relax. Good kitchen with microwave, which you can use as a grill. Very comfortable bed, quiet. Neighbors are not heard, unless they make a loud noise in the middle of the night. Beautiful pool and some cute fluffy pets on the around (cats). Near the stunning hiking trail with a very beautiful view, private parking and multiple Chair of supermarkets and restaurants. Absolutely recommend!

Enrique’s place was perfect for a short stay, the location is fabulous, walking distance to the beach and castle. It was very clean and Enrique was very communicate throughout the stay. The place is also slightly bigger than it looks in the photos

Beautiful apartment with a nice balcony. Even though it was December, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long-term stay. We stayed 2 weeks and it was lovely. The beach is just a couple of blocks down the street. The walk to Benidorm Old Town takes about an hour, but there are busses that run frequently and the bus stop is very close. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. The only negative is that there is a karaoke bar below the apartment. Luckily, it was off season and they were only open a couple of nights, but it was very loud and they are open until 1:00 a.m. Other than that, the apartment is amazing and Angelika is a fantastic host.

Мы провели 4 замечательных дня в этой квартире на берегу моря. Безупречная квартира от Ольги!!! Соответствует полностью фото и описанию!!! В квартире есть всё необходимое. 2 минуты до песочного пляжа, рядом рестораны и кафе, замечательный морской променад . Связь с Ольгой и её компанией была очень быстрая!!! Любой вопрос и запрос был моментально решён. От аэропорта примерно 1час двадцать минут автобус или такси/машина 30-40 минут. Квартиру очень рекомендую!!! И мы всегда с удовольствием будем рады вернуться снова!!!

My partner, my parents-in-law and I had a wonderful stay at Cathy's Appartement at Cumbre del Sol. The view blew us away when we walked in on our first day. It is clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The location is stunning and close enough to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, hikes, etc. Absolutely recommended this accommodation and Cathy as your superhost!

I recently completed my second stay at this apartment at Sunset Waves, and it was another fantastic experience! I stayed for three weeks, and everything about the apartment exceeded my expectations once again. Antonio was a great host who ensured everything was seamless, with a very convenient contactless check-in process that made arriving and settling in so easy. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the attention to cleanliness truly made it feel like a home away from home. The amenities at Sunset Waves are amazing! The heated pool was perfect for unwinding at any time of day, and the on-site gym was a huge plus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine throughout my stay. It’s rare to find a place that offers such a fantastic combination of comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch amenities, all while being in such a convenient location. I can’t recommend Antonios place at Sunset Waves enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

This was a really great little apartment. Everything was extremely clean and Dmitry gave clear instructions on how to get in. Although you could hear a little street noise in the living room on Saturday night (nothing major), it is well designed so that when you retire to the bedroom it is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the location is great and the commutation with the host was super clear and polite!

Wer günstig, zentral und doch abseits vom Touristentrubel übernachten möchte ist hier richtig. Trotzdem sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönen Strand von Alicante. Auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Vom Balkon kann man das echte spanische Leben beobachten. Genauso wie ich es wollte. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, ein schöner überdachter Markt, Bus & Straßenbahn. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, Handtücher und Shampoo werden gestellt. Alles ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass man für den Preis etwas besseres findet. Deshalb gebe ich 5 Sterne und empfehle die Unterkunft gerne weiter.

Vi är nöjda och värdinnan tog sitt ansvar för vår trivsel. På grund av Airbnb's automatiska översättning hamnade vi snett i vår konversation från början tyvärr. Men det löste vi tillsammans. Lägenheten är trevlig och allt fungerar som det skall. Lägenheten ligger centralt och det är nära till supermarkets, busshållplatser, Playa och restauranger. 3,5km från centrum av Torrevieja.
