Alicante : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Op zich een rustige plaats, leuk strand. In de winter niets te beleven, echter we kwamen voor de rust en het fantastische weer. Alicante en San Pola zijn erg leuke plaatsen.

Todo como en las fotos. Los anfitriones nos facilitaron en acceso a la casa dos horas antes y cuando llegamos la casa estaba preparada y muy limpia.

Excelente estancia en una casa bien equipada, ordenada y práctica. Buena comunicación con anfitrión y facilidad de acceso autónomo. Ubicada en el centro de Calpe, a un paseo de la playa, con servicios básicos, supermercados, ocio, tiendas y restauración.

My son, labradoodle and I had a wonderful few days staying at NEW Casita Azul, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to the port, shops and restaurants. Natalia had some great messages for us and very generously gave up her time to spend with us on the beach, creating a unique driftwood artwork. We later enjoyed creating our very own chef's outfits and choreographing a dance which was a lot of fun to welcome in Edo's delicious pizza (mine was a gluten free version) which was top notch. Nothing was too much trouble for Natalia and she was extremely responsive to all enquiries. This lovely bijoux home is nicely decorated with lights inside and out and has everything you need and nothing you don't. It is very quiet and consequently we slept very well here. We will definitely return. More energy! ✨

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Paul’s house . It is a very comfortable , well equipped, spacious, private , peaceful and spotlessly clean house . You won’t be disappointed ! Paul is a very good host, excellent communication and very responsive . Thanks Paul ……. Definitely will be coming back.

A lovely spacious home in a peaceful area, (February) with more than sufficient equipment supplied for an enjoyable stay. It is scarcely 5 mins walk to supermarket and many good restaurants, to suit all tastes. We appreciated the drinking water filtering system which meant not having to carry any back from supermarket. A taxi back from La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre was approx €8. Some info on a local bus service, which I think runs from the front of the Consum supermarket area, would have been appreciated. We enjoyed the roof terrace and the comfy beanbags for sunbathing. The pool appeared a little chilly for this time of year so we didn't try it. Car parking very convenient and safe when it's underground and locked in. Veronika responds very quickly, we only had 2 minor queries. One thing to note is that when interior lights are on at night in the living room, the sun blinds do not make the room private - it is very easy to see quite clearly in through them from outside!

Muchas gracias por hospedarnos. Hemos pasado una estancia genial. La casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. Ideal para ir con niños ya que tiene de todo para ellos! Cubertería, trona, cuna, juguetes y hasta cuentos. La ubicación también está genial. A un minuto en coche tienes supermercados y restaurantes. Alicante centro a 20 min y Santa pola también muy cerca. Zona muy tranquila. Todo ha sido de 10. De nuevo, gracias 😊

Fuldstændigt vidunderligt sted. Vi havde det fantastisk. Alle de små detaljer, planter, møbler og masser af bøger og spil der fik os og børnene til at føle sig hjemme med det samme. Aigües er desuden en virkelig hyggelig by med flotte vandreruter og fri adgang til tennis, padel, fodbold og basket baner. Varmeste anbefalinger herfra!

Persönliche Details und kleine Überraschungen inkl Leckerlis für unseren Hund. Tolle Betreuung von A-Z. Victoria hat stets rasch geantwortet. Super Lage, Meer/Strand/Strandpromenade mit Geschäften/Restaurants etc fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ausgezeichnet und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Eckhaus. Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Garage top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

This property exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect and it was clear to see that they have put a lot of thought into making the property a really comfortable place to stay. The covered outside area provided a nice choice of shade or sun and was a very pleasant place to eat. We also enjoyed using the gas barbecue. The pool is a good size and the screening makes it a nice private area. The location is very peaceful but within easy access of several supermarkets and restaurants and public transport. Thank you Benko for an enjoyable stay, we will definitely return.

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y su entorno tranquilo. Tiene dos plazas en el garaje subterráneo, ideal para tener el coche fresquito. La piscina que teníamos al lado estaba siempre sin gente y pudimos disfrutarla más. La playa es de piedras y no tiene aglomeraciones. Lo único a destacar es que la casa tiene poco menaje, echamos en falta vasos, cuchillos que cortaran y las baldas de la puerta de la nevera para tener más espacio de almacenaje.

Una casa maravillosa en la que mis hijas han disfrutado muchísimo. Repetiremos sin duda! Muchas gracias a Pedro por su atención y disposición, no nos faltó de nada.

Just a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood,walk to beach, walk to choice of three grocery stores within five minutes, easy access to highways to explore the larger surrounding area. Lovely covered deck to enjoy morning coffee, great private yard for sunshine. Damienne is a great host and responds quickly to any communications, nice to have the manager just a few doors away if you need her. January and February had great, comfortable central heating, I imagine the air conditioning is also good in the summer as I noticed the units on the wall. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect when our family visited. Off street parking in a gated community. We will return.

Maria’s house was exactly as per the description. Very close to great bakery for coffee, supermarket and lovely Italian restaurant. The house was very modern with all necessary equipment. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay which were promptly dealt with by Maria. A great experience.

Nuestra estancia en casa de Lidia ha sido magnífica. Está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila, por lo que se ha ajustado perfectamente a nuestras necesidades, ya que buscábamos unos días de desconexión. A su vez, está muy cerca de Alicante y otros pueblos de alrededor, tanto de playa como de montaña. La llegada fue muy fácil, y Lidia una gran anfitriona, muy amable y simpática, que nos recibió a la hora indicada, nos mostró toda la casa y nos dio recomendaciones sobre la zona. La casa es muy acogedora y limpia y tiene todas las comodidades. Cocina totalmente equipada, barbacoa, jacuzzi, patio trasero privado muy cuqui, camas muy cómodas (con distintas opciones de almohada) y suficientes toallas y ropa de cama, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. El sofá es muy confortable. Hay sitio para aparcar tanto dentro como fuera de la urbanización, y esta cuenta en sus zonas comunes con piscina y columpios, todo muy cuidado. ¡Anfitriona y casa de diez!

My dad and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - having a bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom and bathroom downstairs was ideal for us to have our separate space. This place would be perfect for two couples. The terrace was lovely for breakfast and the whole place was very comfortable, well equipped and we felt right at home. A very short stroll and you are in amongst the main restaurants and bars and old town. Cannot fault this place and would definitely return again. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.

Très belle maison avec un hôte toujours souriant et à l’écoute lorsque vous avez des questions ou besoin de quelque chose. La maison est très bien située, un quartier paisible avec une plage à côté. Elle est exactement comme sur les photos et convient pour une famille. Parfait !

Todo muy correcto y fácil. Vecindario tranquilo, sin ruidos, aparcamiento en garaje interior del Adosado y parking gratuito al lado de la casa. La comunicación muy rápida y precisa. Anfitriones amables.

We had a brilliant month staying at Marks house in Moraira. Everything about the house was perfect, just like the photos, well equipped, beautifully decorated with a lovely well kept communal garden area. Mark was a great host and very responsive to messages. We were two adults with 2 small children and found the upstairs flat the perfect size and layout. We had some other guests staying and could comfortably fit with 2 additional adults in the living/dining and garden space. Moraira is a beautiful location with a long expanse of coastline and plenty of beaches to explore. Also well located to travel to other coastal towns. Would recommend having a car to travel around as the area is quite hilly, the house comes with a parking space right outside so it's very convenient for this. We would definitely recommend this properly and hope to return in the future.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. If you have dogs there is a nice area with grass and trees nearby to walk your pets. There is also a little bakery/cafe on the corner. It was winter so we did not get to use the pool, but the pool was very pretty and I'm sure it will be nice to use in the summer. Also, it was a short drive to ALDI, Carrefour, and the mall and not far from the beach.
