Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Good apartment 2 mins walk from the beach. Different stores and restaurants near. Host is amazing, helping to resolve all issues during a stay. Would be happy to return next time to this apartment

We have just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay here and can honestly say that this is the most perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. There are 6 adults and 2 young children in our family and we all had the best time. The outside space is fantastic, with lots of areas to sit and relax. The pool is large and great to cool down in, and the ping pong table and boules area are great additions which we loved to play each day. The kitchen has everything you need and more, and the extra fridge in the utility room was very handy. It’s only a 15-20 min walk into Moraira, and the sun loungers on the beach there are around 10 euros each. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby (around 5 mins by foot) - we recommend the food at The Food Bar, Cabana Bar, and Algas. The Masymas supermarket is a short drive away, but you can also walk to it. And there is an Aldi a little further away by car, too. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. Thank you, Karine.

Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

Sitio bien ubicado, al lado de la playa con Mercadona también al lado. Casa amplia para acoger cómodamente 6 personas y un bebé, muy limpia con aire en todos los dormitorios. Al tener 2 baños descongestiona el ajetreo que se produce al ser un grupo amplio. Electrodomésticos funcionales y muy completos. Por poner una pega, el camino corto hacia la playa-Mercadona hay mucha escalera, aunque dando un pequeños “rodeo”( +2min) puedes ir por cuesta

Alex’s apt was first rate. Beautiful apt and within walking distance of the bars (20 minute walk along the sea front). Alex was extremely flexible with our check in times as we were delayed slightly. Bonus was the heated outdoor pool in April which the kids were pleased about! Would definitely stay again should opportunity and availability arise!

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.

Sophia met us at checkin, she was absolutely delightful. The apartment was right across from the beach with a nice view of the water. The tram was convenient and efficient to travel in either direction. Because it was off season, there was not a lot of activity or a lot to do in the immediate area. Just a couple of restaurants nearby, we mostly relied on groceries for times we were at the apartment.

I can't compliment this place highly enough! The location is incredible. It overlooks the sea from the one balcony and the mountain from the other. We loved eating and working outside, always with a beautiful view. All three bedrooms have patios/balconies with a view when you wake up in the morning. Very close to the beach boardwalk with all of the restaurants, yet quiet in March-April when we were there. Grocery store options were all in walking distance and here is a bakery on the same street. The place is large and well stocked with everything that you would need. Lots of individual spaces and opportunities to be together or have your own quiet corner. With 3 people we felt that we under utilized all the room. Large, well insulated windows made the entire place bright. All of the appliances worked great and the kitchen has all of the gadgets that you might need. We fell in love with the juicer and the amazing local oranges! Remi was responsive and helpful over our 1 month stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

Great accommodation for Golfers and Milo bar next door serves amazing breakfasts

Rosa est une belle personne, adorable, qui nous a conseillée du début a la fin sur les bons restaurants et les différentes activités. La maison est super, il y a 2 étages en supplément du rez de chaussée et a chaque étage il y a une terrasse, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse en bas, 2 salles de bain. Tout était parfait, le coin est magnifique avec une vue splendide, des terrasses vous voyez la mer, le sable et les palmiers, c'est magnifique. Le coin est calme et vous êtes a moins de 15min d'Alicante☺️ Nous recommandons Rosa, le rapport qualité prix est super et la région tellement belle. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons c'est sur :) Notre toutou a aussi beaucoup aimé, il pouvait se mettre sur les terrasses et profiter paisiblement du soleil ☀️ A très vite☺️

O apartmento é tranquilo com vistas para as montanhas e para a praia. É preciso carro para chegar lá. Está bem equipado, apesar que os armários da cozinha são pequenos e poucos. O playground não está dentro do condomínio, mas a algumas ruas atrás. Cama silenciosa e confortável. A porta do box do banheiro precisa ser limpa.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Sylvia and Richard's apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Immediately upon walking in all you see is an amazing sea view. Everything we needed for our stay was proved and Sylvia would always answer promptly. We could not ask for more. We would stay again. Kim and Marcel

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish even tho we had to leave at 3;45am we still had a check out in person. There is everything that you can think of that you may need and More… I am sad to say that I spent at least an hour thinking of stuff that they may not have. Thought I had found something (egg cups) that was missing and lo and behold they were in one of the drawers. So helpful as on recent visits to Spain I have had to buy tin foil/cling film but NOT this time. It was all here. The spices and condiments in the little cupboard above the cooker was great as we were a long stayer so cooking was on the agenda🙃🙃 our host was very responsive and helpful every time we contacted her and we really appreciated it as we rocked up about 8hrs before we should but were welcomed with open arms. What a great host, lovely place (with friendly neighbours) and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for helping us to have a great extended holiday.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Excelente trato por parte de Leila. Estuvimos varios días y todo estuvo genial. Las vistas del piso son mejores que las fotos. Todo funcionaba perfectamente en la casa. Instrucciones fáciles para acceder a la vivienda. Leila ha respondido rápido a cualquier pregunta que le hemos realizado. El parking y el aire acondicionado, han sido un plus. Alojamiento 100% recomendable.

3 Erwachsene und ein Kind - Einfach genial! Klimaanlage überall, genial! Aussicht TOP! Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme vorhanden! Küche komplett! Alles sauber! Komfortable Betten! Garage vorhanden, ideal für die Gegend! Das beste war die Kommunikation mit den Gasgebern. Sie sind sehr offen und hilfsbereit. Besten Dank, wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Vielleicht schon im selben Jahr…

Vi vill verkligen tacka för de här veckorna vi tillbringat i din fantastiska lägenhet. Det har varit en helt underbar upplevelse som överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Utsikten över havet och bergen är något vi aldrig kommer att glömma. Lägenheten är fullkomligt underbar med sin vackra inredning. Våra tre barn har älskat sina rum, takterrassen med sol hela dagen och kvällen, och även den äventyrliga stranden. Solen och värmen har gjort varje dag till en njutning, det finns många platser att besöka, bara ta bilen längs kustvägarna. Vi har ätit så gott på restaurangerna nere i hamnen, en favorit blev fisk och skaldjursrestaurangen Noa – den mötte alla våra förväntningar och mer därtill! Att ha tillgång till ett bra utbud av restauranger i flera närliggande småstäder och att följa Alains rekommendationer har verkligen gjort vår vistelse bekväm och speciell. Vi har också utforskat och njutit av härliga stränder i närheten, besökt livliga marknader och upplevt bra shopping. Allt topp!

La location en vrai est mieux qu'en photo. Nous avons choisi cette location par hasard et nous avons été conquis. L'appartement est propre et parfaitement équipés. Le grand balcon permet de dîner dehors en famille. Les infrastructures communes (piscines) sont biens. Communication facile, la personne sur place parle également français. A quelques pas de la plage d'un petit supermarché et restaurants. La voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre les villes et centres commerciaux alentours. Station familiale si vous n'aimez la foule de Alicante ou Benidorm choisissez Pilar de Horadada ❤️
