i live in the area but had family and friends coming from other countries to help me celebrate my birthday. it was perfect location near my home. Everyone loved it and want to do it again. Jose Francisco is a great host. Very helpful. He brought his daughter to translate and even came to my place to collect me. He wad also very flexibke with check put time. Very happy. many thamks.

Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Estaba todo muy limpio y la piscina maravillosa. El anfitrión ha sido muy atento y agradable y la persona encargada de recibirnos también. El alojamiento está tal cual se ve en las fotos. Además al llegar tapan las cámaras de seguridad, así que hay privacidad absoluta.

Modern clean villa. Ideal location for us to explore the area. Host was quick to respond and the villa was well equipped. Thanks Tor for a great stay.

Spędziliśmy w tym domu nieco ponad tydzień zimowych wakacji. Świetnie się tam czuliśmy i wyjeżdżaliśmy z żalem. Dom jest piękny i dla naszej czwórki zdecydowanie za duży, cieszyliśmy się przestrzenią i komfortem. Okolice osiedla są piękne, zamknięte osiedle zapewnia bezpieczeństwo i prywatność. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Nice and functional yard and pool area. We were three couples and three kids, the house worked well for our needs. Communication was responsive.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

Tanto Esther como Johan han sido muy amables y hospitalarios te responden enseguida cualquier duda que tengas , la casa es muy bonita y en una ubicación que nos encanto muy cerca de la playa donde nuestras mascotas lo pasaron en grande casa muy recomendable para con o sin mascotas nosotros repetiremos seguro ☺️

Heerlijk appartement met zeezicht en niet te ver van de boulevard van Altea. Keuken is volledig uitgerust, bed slaapt fantastisch, zeker gegeven het feit dat ik bijna 2 meter ben en de douche heeft een ongekende waterdruk. Het appartement heeft alles wat je verwacht. Een dikke aanrader. Wij komen zeker terug.

Wonderful apartment with a huge amount of outdoor space and secure parking. The upper terrace has 360° views of the sea, castle and mountains. The apartment is close to the beach it is a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. We ate at several excellent places in town and would recommend making the effort but there are also several bars and restaurants close by. We didn’t use the pool but did enjoy the roof top jacuzzi.

Excellent location on the complex, right next to the pool. Apartment very well equipped. Our host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any queries. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future.

Спокійне місце з привітними сусідами. Неподалік є магазини Алді і Неккерман, пляж 200 метрів, скелястий з хвилями. Є невелика прогулянкова зона з травичкою і пальмами. На даху є місце для відпочинку з барбекю зоною і гамаком.Також є вид на море, А увечері його навіть добре чути, що приємно для вух)

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement! De keuken was super goed uitgerust, inclusief sinaasappelpers en staafmixer. De tv was erg groot, dus we konden leuk film kijken. Vanaf 12u komt de zon op het terras, en het terras was veel groter dan ik dacht op basis van de foto. De aankomst is wat ingewikkeld, maar je krijgt alle informatie overzichtelijk toegestuurd. Echt een aanrader.
