You often worry if descriptions and photo's reflect the actual property accurately - if anything, the reality is better than the photo's. Stunning, modern villa that is walking distance to the village. I didn't expect the pool to be so large, didn't know it was a private gated residential area and that the master bedroom suite would be so large and comfortable. Always best to exceed expectations and this property certainly did that.

We stayed in Villa Greyjoy for almost three and a half months starting September 1st. We loved living there, everything was as promised. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful accommodation. We also loved the neighbourhood, the location is perfect for long walks. Léna is wonderful, she was a really helpful and caring host.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa CarpeDiem in calpe, Spain.From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location was ideal, offering stunning views of the coastline and easy access to nearby beaches. The pool was a true highlight, allowing us to relax and unwind under the sun. It was well-maintained and spacious, perfect for both swimming and lounging. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor dining area was perfect for a few drinks and a bbq or just breakfast with a view. Overall, this villa provided the perfect getaway, combining relaxation and convenience. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise! From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

Villa Deanna is a lovely place to spend a relaxing holiday. The villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is what we really loved, shaded sitting areas and a lovely terrace to sit and night. The pool is great and gets the sun all day so is a nice temperature. We look forward to returning! Nadège is a great host who kept in contact with us and was very proactive with any queries we had.

Maison sur les hauteurs avec une vue époustouflante sur Calpe et toute la baie. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Arlot. La villa est magnifique, très confortable, et l'espace autour de la piscine est très agréable. Il faut être véhiculé pour se rendre dans les commerces (supermarché, boucher, boulanger...) et à la plage, à environ 5 mn de voiture. Nous recommandons.

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

We had a wonderful time at Jason's villa for a large family get away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could possibly need to keep a large party entertained for a week. The pool and games rooms especially were brilliant, and the children loved the play room. Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants. Most importantly he really went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and making the holiday feel special; helping us to organise a wheelchair for one of our party and dropping it off, treating us to a wonderful Paella. This is next level hosting and we can't thank Jason enough. We would come back again and again.

Morale and her husband were there to greet us and show us round this fabulous villa. It was all we could have hoped for and more. Ideal for a family holiday of all ages. The pool too was wonderful, shallow but deep at the deep end allowing for diving. The games box had plenty for fun in the pool and the table tennis was an added bonus. Supermarket s 12 minute walk but uphill on the way back so Jitske organised bottles of water to be delivered so we didn’t have to carry them up the hill! A half an hour walk to Javea and the beach with lots of places to eat. Would thoroughly recommend this villa and Jitske as a host. Would love to go again, thank you.

Pasamos unos días con la familia en casa de Vale y la experiencia fue estupenda. La casa es aún más linda que en las fotos y está completamente equipada. Todo estaba limpio, ordenado, en buen estado y la decoración se lleva un 10. El quincho es muy cómodo, está muy bien equipado también y el jacuzzi tenía una temperatura genial. El entorno de montañas parece una postal. Vale fue amable, nos recibió y nos despidió, nos dio recomendaciones de lugares cercanos. Fue accesible con el check in y el check out. Lo recomiendo muchísimo y si puedo, volveré!

Geweldig verblijf gehad in de villa van clara. Vriendelijke host, reageert altijd en flexibel. Villa is ook zeer goed gelegen met meerdere attracties in de buurt. 5 min afstand winkelcentrum 10 min afstand benidorm. 5 min afstand terra mitica 30 min alicante.

Murielle is a perfect host. The villa is exactly what we needed and she was extremely accommodating. We had to leave early due to family commitments and we faced no issues from the host. Next time we are back, which will be in 2025, this is the first place we will check. After staying in the area for the last 6 years this is by far the best one to date.

Great stay! The villa is really beautiful and the roof terrace is a real added value. All bedroom are spacious and the house is full of communal spaces to hang out both inside and outside. The pool is a plus and the villa really makes the stay memorable!

Photographs definitely don't do this place justice. It is much better. Pool is great. Outside space is great. Everything you need was there. We were a family of two adults and 2 teenagers and they really enjoyed their stay. We really loved the house. It was private and peaceful. Geraldo was a great host and was very responsive. There are restaurants, shops and a small supermarket about 10 min walk away. We would recommend a car to get to the bigger supermarkets as the area is hilly. Despite the hills, we enjoyed many walks exploring the area. We would highly recommend this place

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Great location close to lots of amenities and resteraunts, bars etc. The villa was lovely. Everything we needed for a clean, comfortable stay. We sat out in the garden every evening in January! what a beautiful way to spend what is normally a cold/wet miserable existence! 😂 The nights when the the temp dropped, we sat in front of the glorious wood burning fire, it was simply perfect. When we left some items behind, the host kindly retrieved them for me. The beds are soooo comfortable, I had the best night's sleep. I cannot recommend this Villa enough.

A lovely Villa hosted perfectly by Claudia and helped by Perrine. Two couples, ample space, washing machine was an added bonus and a spotless house and pool. Situated no more than five minutes walk from the amazing beach at Los Alcázares. We ate out most nights and can highly recommended Il Patio II Restaurant - if you’re a meat eater don’t miss it! Fabulous week of complete relaxation in a splendid setting, we will be back!! Five Star ⭐️

Casa con jardín recomendable para ir en familia y amigos. Amplia zona de juegos para niños. Los anfitriones viven en la planta de arriba y nos facilitaron todo lo que íbamos necesitando. Recomendable!

Wir waren zu sechst im Juni 2024 in der wunderschönen Villa von Peggy. Die Kommunikation vorab sowie der Check-in lief reibungslos ab. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Peggy ist sehr hilfsbereit und alle unsere Wünsche wurden schnellstmöglich erfüllt. Sie hat sogar für alle ein Strandtuch bereitgestellt! Die Gegend ist ruhig und eignet sich perfekt zum entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder in der Villa Urlaub machen 😊
