We booked spontaneously and Fernando was very responsive, friendly and helpful despite being 200kms away. Very quiet place with great view.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Filomena dans une maison pleine de charme, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, où rien ne manque, où vous vous sentez comme à la maison. Manu est un hôte d'une grande gentillesse, très disponible qui met tout en oeuvre pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Un grand merci. N'hésitez pas à choisir ce logement pour une découverte du Douro.

Wir haben uns im Casa da Chã sehr wohlgefühlt. Der moderne Stil mit dem ursprünglichen Charakter des Hauses gefällt uns sehr. Das Haus liegt in einem idyllischen kleinen Dorf. Vielen Dank liebe Sandra.

Beautiful home, the view is amazing and the home is very well stocked with food for snacks and breakfast. Even port to enjoy on the deck with a wonderful view of the river and town. Communication was great and the host was always very responsive. The road to the home wasn’t as bad as feared but the parking was tricky. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!! Wish we had been able to stay longer. All restaurant recommendations were tasty!

This is a breathtaking property. The house matches the photos in the listing, but still the view and property exceeded expectations. Sunrise was breathtaking, the house is beautiful, and everyone enjoyed their night. Ricardo who checked us in was helpful in terms of ensuring we knew how to find the property (it’s a challenging path in, but the signs were clear and we arrived without issue), got us settled, and was a gracious host. The home is immaculately clean, totally unique, in a great spot for walking and was a one of a kind experience.

We had everything we needed. We walked to town which was downhill. Lovely cafe just as we got into town. We took a taxi to the train station & winery. The shining star was the view from the shared patio. So beautiful! We went out to lunch & ate a dinner of local bread, cheese, & wine on the patio taking in that view. Sloped driveway & steps were a little difficult with heavy luggage.

Jane’s apartment is a delightful spot to spend a few days. We loved Provesende. It was quiet and peaceful and perfect for an evening walk. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped (especially the sample port). Be sure to visit the gift shop downstairs. Miguel is a great source of information regarding the area. Be sure to get out to the bakery and get some warm bread before it is sold out! We would absolutely stay here again.

Nice studio apartment in a very lovely little village. We did a great walk up to a viewpoint, and had a wonderful dinner in the village. The apartment was spacious and served us well!

Small but comfortable and clean, just as we needed for the night. There isn’t a ton to do in the area but It was really nice to get away from the bigger cities and explore a less touristy town. We walked to a couple wineries and had a ton of fun hanging in the bar downstairs with the locals. The train ride from Porto is gorgeous along with the views from town too. Definitely would recommend this spot for an escape to the Douro Valley.

We verbleven slechts 1 nacht, we hadden er wel langer willen blijven. Het uitzicht is echt fantastisch, de bedden sliepen heerlijk met fijn en luxe beddengoed. De rust is erg indrukwekkend. Er is bij de mooie inrichting over details goed nagedacht. Verder was het heel makkelijk om met Carlos te communiceren. Hij reageerde heel snel en uiterst behulpzaam.

We were a group of 3. We travel a lot and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful touches at Ana's place! We drove from Porto and arrived early and Ana was very flexible about allowing us to leave our bags earlier than the check in time. Of the Airbnbs in Portugal, this was our favorite. Do not expect modern decorations but you can count on many comforts that other Airbnbs do not have. Not only is fresh bread delivered each morning but Ana also stocked her kitchen with fresh fruit, milk, juice, sugar, honey, jams, plenty of coffee pods, and she stocked the refrigerator with cheese, eggs, beer, a bottle of wine. The place is very spacious and could have comfortably accommodated more than 3 people. There are cosy bathrobes in the closets, an extra blanket, slippers and plenty of outlets in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony is so lovely and peaceful. If you come to Pinhao, I highly recommend Ana's place!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De bedden in de woonkamer staan niet op de foto maar waren helemaal goed voor onze kids. Door de aircos en de donkere kamers kon iedereen lekker slapen. Het uitzicht op de douro en de velden was prachtig. Je kon heerlijk zwemmen en ontbijten in het aangrenzende hotel en de 2 restaurants om de hoek waren super goed. Je kan ook makkelijk met de trein naar Pinhao voor een portproeverij. Kortom heerlijk verblijf!

From the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen, it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to the stunning views of the valley was an absolute highlight. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants, scenic walks, and hidden gems to explore nearby. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience all the more special. This place is perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Все было идеально! Жилье выглядит даже лучше чем на фото. Очень удобное, продуманное и красивое жилье. Есть все для длительного проживания. Очень комфортная кровать, удобный диван, кухня оснащена всем необходимым и прекрасная терраса. Мы провели здесь месяц и с уверенность могу рекомендовать это жилье. Расположение отличное, это самый центр города и очень тихо. Магазины, продуктовые магазины, бары и рестораны рядом.

Local acolhedor e muito bem equipado para qualquer tipo de estadia. No nosso caso estávamos só de passagem de um fim de semana mas sentimos que a casa tinha todas as condições e comodidades para se quiséssemos passar mais tempo. Alojamento moderno, bem decorado e com excelente localização. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia e esperamos voltar em breve.
