The apartment is beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the cabinets contain everything you would expect in a regular home—making cooking and dining incredibly convenient. The fridge was generously filled with essentials, ensuring we had plenty of food for the first few days, which was such a thoughtful touch. Beyond the amenities, the host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available for any questions or requests. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and cozy place to stay, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Notre séjour à Athènes a été très agréable. Le logement avec sa petite cour intérieure est appréciable et loin du bruit de la ville. Dan est un hôte aimable et réactif qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes. De plus ce logement est situé à proximité de tous les sites touristiques faisables à pied. À recommander.

Chris was an amazing host, responsive, and made us feel welcome! The place was clean and well thought out! Instructions were clear and precise!

This ground floor apartment is a very convenient place to have as a base to explore Athens. The walking distance to the Metro station is max 10 minutes, and it is a pleasant walk through the main street, that has many small scale shops, no major chains. From the metro station it is super easy to get to the center. Also Piraeus is very nearby. By car just a few minutes, by bus or tram maybe 10-15 Minutes. You can easily get to Glyfada, to the beaches and the whole South coast, as there are many busses and tram connections. The apartment is cosy, a lot of effort has been put into making it homely. A small downside is that it is a bit dark, not much daylight, but since we were out a lot it didn't bother us. There is a super market around the corner and many restaurants and coffee places nearby. We loved our stay here

Centrally located home in a quiet area next to restaurants, cafe and a grocery store. The place was beautiful decorated and priced affordably, with plenty of space for my friend and I. The bed was comfy and there’s plenty of storage space too. I walked around everywhere with the Acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki nearby. Plus the metro is easy to reach by foot. Highly recommend if you’re ever in Athens.

We had a wonderful stay in that little, very well renovated apartment. The garden with its view over Athens is unbeatable and the small room upstairs is very charming! The apartment has a lovely and well maintained atmosphere and offers a kitchen and bathroom with everything a family needs. Even binoculars! The bed downstairs maybe is a little small for two adults and the room has no air conditioning, which for october is fine but still a bit warm. The couch in the living room can be easily converted into a bed with a very firm mattress. We liked the area a lot, it’s quiet (though a primary school is next door) and we loved to sit on the terrace and enjoyed the view and the little garden! With metro and a little walk you can easily reach it after your adventures down in Athens! Gianni and his lovely mom gave us very warm welcome and showed us everything! Also he was very helpful with any questions we had. We recommend this home away from home and would definitely come back!

I really liked the spacious apartment. Elina had been very responsive and very helpful. The apartment was clean and I was surprised to see that there were cold water, milk, fruits and yogurt in the fridge for me to consume. The apartment is centrally located and it is easy to go to places from there. Overall, I left with a positive experience.

Περάσαμε καλά, το κατάλυμα είναι σε ωραία περιοχή, όχι μακριά από το κέντρο. Τα πάντα είναι κοντά σου , ότι και αν χρειαστείς!

Ο χώρος είναι στον 1ο όροφο μιας μικρής και ήσυχης οικοδομής. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα χρήσης τόσο του μετρό (Στ. Ευαγγελισμού στα 10 ' με τα πόδια) όσο και των λεωφορείων που πηγαίνουν κέντρο ( στα 50 μέτρα από το σπίτι υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου). Το διαμέρισμα είναι εξαιρετικά επιπλωμένο, με πολύ όμορφο φωτισμό και ευρύχωρο. Τόσο η κουζίνα όσο και το μπάνιο είναι άριστα εξοπλισμένα και λειτουργικά. Το διπλό κρεββάτι πολύ άνετο και η ύπαρξη ντουλάπας βοηθάει για πολυήμερη παραμονή. Η έκπληξη ήταν για εμάς το στερεοφωνικό στο σαλόνι - τραπεζαρία, (λαμπάτος ενισχυτής και ηχεία εξαιρετικά). Καθώς αγαπάμε να ακούμε μουσική στο σπίτι μας, η δυνατότητα χρήσης του ήταν μια ωραία επιλογή καθόλη την παραμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος είναι φωτεινός και επίσης υπάρχει και αίθριο διαμορφωμένο με καναπέδες και τραπέζι, στο πίσω μέρος του σπιτιού, για όσους καπνίζουν ή θέλουν να καθίσουν στο μπαλκόνι. Η κα Ρένα μας περίμενε και μας έδωσε όλες τις πληροφορίες που ζητήσαμε. Μια εξαιρετική επιλογή.

הדירה היתה נקייה ומסודרת כמו בתמונות. המיקום מרחק הליכה קצר מתחנת מטרו. המארחים נתנו מענה מהיר על כל צורך או שאלה.

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Once again thank you, great place to work and to "be"

quiet location. A bakery and small stores in the immediate vicinity. Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is very clean and stylishly furnished. Nice kitchen equipped with some appliances, bedroom with double bed and closet. Bathroom a bit small, but perfectly adequate for 1-2 people, with large shower. Only the parking possibilities especially with larger cars is a big challenge. But you can park "just around the corner" in a parking garage for 8€ a night.

Κομψό και άνετο διαμέρισμα! Σε πολύ καλή περιοχή όπου έχει αρκετή κινητικότητα και πολλά καταστήματα. Επίσης, το μετρό είναι στα δύο λεπτά. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί, επικοινωνιακοί κι έδωσαν πολύ καλές συμβουλές για την περιοχή!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay, even long-term. The bed and linens were so comfy and cozy. Plenty of counter space for cooking and storage. Easy to transport luggage with no stairs and an elevator. Location to supermarkets, shops, tram and sea was perfect. Very clean and the necessary cleaning tools were provided. I really enjoyed my stary and plan to return the next time I come to Athens.

El departamento es muy cómodo! Panagiotis estuvo siempre atento y predispuesto. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la calefacción y el lavarropas y lo solucionó al instante. La ubicación es ideal si buscás tranquilidad y cercanía con zonas turísticas, se puede descansar excelente ya que es muy silencioso el hospedaje. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo!

Appartment was great and Tasos was the best host. After one week in Athens I think that this is the best location to stay in whole city center. Plaka is full of taverns and bars, but this street was super quiet. We did not have to use public transport - all sights, grocery store, parks with playgrounds for kids were in walkable distance. And if you want to go to beach, Uber costs you about 8 eur. Appartment was super clean with fully equiped kitchen, towels and some basic groceries.

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

First of all the location was perfect for our trip - tipical Athens neighbourhood. Just a 1 min walk from Kato Patisia (5 stations to Monastiraki, city centre). Apartment was very clean and spacious. Alexandros has responded in a minute when we had an issue with the key.

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.

The apartment is in a perfect location, the owners were wonderful, and they responded quickly to all our requests. We will definitely return there.
