Aljarafe : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

The house is about 25 min from main downtown Seville. So we were able to drive there and do many things in the city. But we also enjoyed the town and the surrounding areas. We had a car so we were able to drive all over Andalusia with this homebase. The home is very spacious and we had room for our four children. There was a great parking and garage. The kitchen is small, but I’m American so am used to having an entire large space to cook. If you aren’t going to be cooking large meals for hungry children then you will be totally fine! There are many small breakfast places and lunch places within walking distance. We worked remotely while in the house with very stable internet. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

Magda was the main person we worked with. She was great. Very responsive and helpful. We loved the apartment. It’s a non-touristy area that made it feel more authentic. Everything you want to see is a 20-minute walk. Perfect. Plenty of room. Modern and clean. Lots of steps to get upstairs so know that. Outdoor terrace is AMAZING! Know that the dining area is basically in an outdoor covered deck (so if it’s really hot, cold, wet - you’ll need to gather around the counter in the kitchen on stools). Also, after a rain and five adults for four days, the downstairs had a septic odor. It was tolerable. And one of the toilet levers was broken. Other than these minor cons, we really enjoyed the apartment. Couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water every day for five adults. If you come and it’s good weather, this is a perfect apartment with the private rooftop levels. We really enjoyed our stay here. Magda is a great resource and very communicative.

We had a great time at the penthouse apartment. The views of Sevilla were incredible, and they were incredibly responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend staying in Triana for your Sevilla visit, and enjoy some time in the hot tub while you’re at it!

Excellent accueil. Maison spacieuse, très bien équipée. Parfaite pour une grande famille de 1à personnes. Une cuisine fournie pour les petits déjeuners pour plusieurs jours. Merci à vous Santa y Eduardo.

Marcos nos recibió estupendamente, nos explicó y enseñó la casa, y se ofreció para cualquier duda/necesidad que nos surgiera. La casa es genial para aprovechar unos días con amigos, tanto en verano (con la piscina y barbacoa con mucha sombra), como en invierno (salón con chimenea y porche al sol). Y el entorno precioso, justo al lado del Huéznar y con el centro del pueblo con todo lo necesario a un paseo o 5 min en coche. Repetiremos seguro!

Fabulous location. A few minutes from some of the main tourist attractions. Great coffee bar across the street. House was clean and large. Worked well for our group of 7. Imagine it would be even better in the summer with the courtyard!

Appartement propre, avec tout le nécessaire et même plus (lave-linge séchant, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, cafetière à capsules, mini four, etc...) Le lit est très confortable et la cuisine, bien que petite, est parfaitement équipée. Nombreuses capsules de café à disposition, confitures et portions de beurre également. L'appartement est à 10 minutes à pieds du centre historique, à quelques pas de nombreuses lignes de bus, à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare, dans un emplacement calme la nuit. Clara, la fille de Guillermina, était notre contact pour ce séjour. Elle a été très disponible, arrangeante et agréable. Le sèche cheveux est tombé en panne pendant le séjour, elle est venue quelques heures après nous en déposer un neuf pendant que nous visitions la ville. Clara nous a aussi conseillé pour les bus, pour les restaurants, les tapas ... Bref, elle a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La dame de ménage a également été très gentille avec nous le jour du départ. Alors merci ☺️

Logement très calme et spacieux, conforme à l'annonce. Très lumineux et sans vis-à-vis. Il est dans le centre ville de Séville, près d'une gare de bus urbains, ce qui était important pour nous. Rue calme, avec des supermarchés et des bars sympas. Le seul point négatif est que le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit. Si l'on dort dans le salon, c'est gênant. On ne l'entend pas depuis la chambre.

Een heel mooi appartement. Midden in het centrum maar toch rustig. Alles goed voorzien, lekker bed. We liepen vanuit t appartement elke dag zo de stad in. Heerlijk tapas gegeten overal en veel moois te zien! Sevilla grote aanrader en dit appartement ook!

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in Carmona’s old town! The house was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The added touch of having some food provided for breakfast was a real plus. The location was perfect for exploring the charming streets of Carmona, and the free parking just a 10-minute walk away was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Me and my friends stayed at Juan’s Villa in April and had an absolutely fantastic time! It was lovely and spacious, each bedroom had its own spacious bathroom and the pool and outdoor area was stunning. You could easily get Ubers to the centre of Seville in 15-20 minutes too! The host was so responsive and helpful, always replying quickly and helping us with whatever we needed. Thank you for an incredible stay I hope to be back!

Great location, in walking distance from main streets, close to restaurants. I was happy with the location. Pepe was reachable, accessing the appartment was easy, spacious flat with full kitchen/bedroom/guest room/living room/bathroom. All in all, worth the price and was absolutely suitable for our stay!

Tomás es un excelente anfitrión: amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Estuvo para recibirnos a pesar de la lluvia y respondió con prontitud a todas nuestras preguntas y solicitudes. El departamento es muy acogedor, aislado del bullicio y sin embargo a 2 minutos a pie de la zona monumental de Sevilla. Las camas nos parecieron muy cómodas, la temperatura y presión del agua fueron adecuadas, todos los electrodomésticos funcionaron sin problemas y en general el departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos y la descripción. A pesar de la constante lluvia , disfrutamos de Sevilla y Andalucía en gran manera. Estamos muy agradecidos con las atenciones de Tomás y recomendamos este departamento para estancias largas. Pasamos 3 semanas como si estuviéramos “en casa”.

nous avons passé 5 jours à seville avec un couple d amis et notre beagle . séjour parfait . appartement situé dans quartier vivant ou jeunes et anciens se côtoient. bcp de restaurants et bars très proches . centre ville à 10 minutes à pied . Manuel nous a fait un super accueil et donné plein de conseils pour visites et restos . chambres et literie au top . petite cuisine mais fonctionnelle. salle d'eau assez grande avec fenêtre. linge de maison impeccable. Le plus une terrasse commune aux autres habitants de l'immeuble. très grande et bien aménagée pour ne pas se gêner. nous y avons dîné 3 fois avec un beau coucher de soleil . pour les chiens en 10 minutes à pied on accède aux bords de fleuve guadalquivir ou l'on peut trouver des espaces verts et une longue promenade. nous recommandons à 100 % . encore merci à Manuel amicalement . We had a great stay here, lovely apartment and perfect location. 10 mins walk and you’re in the city centre. Margarita was super helpful with recommendations too. We’re so glad to have picked this apartment. Great cafes and restaurants nearby and lots of vintage shops just round the corner.

Nice flat with good kitchen and shower rooms. No outlook and a little noisy. Not central but easy walk to centre. Comfortable and clean. Well equipped. 1 bedroom more suitable for children with no door but a curtain. Other rooms good. Good value for the price. Sadly pool not usable in bad weather. Host was helpful and instructions were good. Although electronic door initially difficult was good. We enjoyed our stay

This is an absolutely amazing house, really beautifully furnished, stunning rooftop, lovely courtyard, and comfortable as your own home! The location is also superb and it’s super easy to explore the whole city. We would highly recommend booking this house!

Great apartment in a very nice neighborhood, close to Feira Market and several restaurants and other markets. You feel like you're not in a very touristic are, with more locals and better prices. It's in ground floor, but we had no issues with that. Everything was as described, with all we need for our stay in Sevilla. It's in a walkable distance to all major attractions. We also have chosen it because the free parking, and it worked perfect for us.

We spent a week at Teresa’s place with our two children, aged 4 and 2, and we greatly appreciated Teresa’s kindness and helpfulness! The house is practical, located in a residential area about 20 minutes from Seville. Teresa kindly provided us with a small space heater, which was very much needed given the cold morning temperatures! It was winter, so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool (note: it doesn’t have a cover). The children loved the outdoor toys and picking lemons in the garden. Thank you so much, Teresa, for everything you did for us – the kids are still talking about you!

This is a perfect place set in a very quiet and well maintained neighbourhood. Check in was easy and the accommodation is spacious, modern and clean. Marta was excellent with her communication when called upon by ourselves. Although this property is outside Seville the Metro is a short walk away. As it’s the first stop into the City you will always have a seat. The ticket machine is easy to use too. There is a well stocked Supermarket and Cafe literally around the corner. The property provided absolutely everything we required for a short break in a beautiful city. Thank you Marta.

Cozy, private, suitable for families with kids, and in a great location. The apartment is very close to Torre Sevilla, an excellent shopping area with playgrounds for kids. Nacho is very friendly and helpful. He promptly answered all of our questions. Check-in /check-out was a breeze.
