La casa está fenomenal, el tiempo no nos acompañó para disfrutar de la parte exterior pero está super bien.

todo mejor de lo que esperábamos, una casa amplia, limpia y mejor incluso que en fotos. Sin problemas para comunicarnos con los anfitriones, con instrucciones claras para entrar y salir. La casa muy equipada y el sitio perfecto. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias!

Juan Manuel fue un huesped super atento y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier duda que tuviesemos. La casa era tal y como se anunciaba, con un monton de cosas que hacer y con un huesped que nos animaba a hacerlas. Nuestra estancia ha sido un autentico placer y esperamos volver mas veces!!

Notre séjour chez Isabel a été formidable, le plus bel air BNB que nous ayons fait ! le jardin est paisible, une oasis de fraîcheur au milieu de la chaleur de seville. la piscine et la terrasse sont très agréable, la maison est jolie, bien meublée et agréable à vivre. la literie est très bonne, et la maison reste fraîche quand il fait 34 degrés dehors. Isabel est une hôte très gentille, de part sa disponibilité et ses attentions, ainsi que son chien duque qui a été de bonne compagnie pour nous et notre chienne. il est facile de se garer dans la rue, et le bus est a quelques centaines de mètres, qui mène au métro rapidement. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement, que nous quittons à regrets.

El lugar está genial. Pasamos la noche un grupo de amigos y estuvimos muy a gusto, mucho mejor que en las fotos. Toñi fue en todo momento amable y estuvo dispuesta a resolver todas nuestras dudas.

Alojamiento limpio, zona tranquila, cerca de Sevilla, con mucho espacio en el jardín y bien equipado. Yolanda estuvo siempre muy atenta en todo momento.

Ana Maria is very kind, warm and caring host. The house has a lot of character and very comfortable. Although it's clear that the place is a work in progress, it was perfect for us and was a very relaxing stay especially after the busy 3 weeks of traveling around Andalucía. It's proximity to the airport made early departure easy. The property is quiet and it was a true delight to watch the peacocks! The kitchen is well equipped and Ana Maria provided tons of supplies for breakfast and snack. The delucious home made egg and potatoe tortilla and eggs from her chickens were a wonderful surprise when we arrived. The wonderful wine tasting with the homemade pate and the local cheese was so much appreciated, especially given the what the family was going through at the time. Thank you for very much Ana Maria for your kindness and hospitality!

Beautiful home with beautiful views and in a great location to explore Seville (via handy commuter train), Cordoba and the surrounding countryside. Jose is a great host, quick to respond when we needed him at the beginning of our stay. We would love to come back here in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and back yard, but with the unusually cold and rainy weather during most of our stay, it would have been better if the house had some additional portable heating units or system for shoulder seasons or the winter.

Danerys’s was responsive to messages : we had a mishap of communication bout arrival time and was very attentive, helped us through and their partner greeted us very nicely and even gave us recommendations! The place was very, very clean and they had included a bottle of champagne for us as well! The location was walkable for most of the attraction cited and was a great experience! Very woman friendly and safe! Would highly recommend!

This is a great apartment - we were 3 people in Seville for a long weekend. We had everything we needed and the location is a 10 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and bars, and 15 minutes to the cathedral. Everything worked very well and the apartment was very comfortable. There is a carrefour express 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended for a couple or couple + 1.

Steven hat uns vorab rechtzeitig alle Informationen gegeben. Die Wohnung ist groß und sehr gut eingerichtet, auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön. Eigentlich hatten wir viel zu wenigZeit, das zu genießen, weil wir die meiste Zeitt in Sevilla verbracht haben. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet; es gab sogar Halloween-Dekoration! In der Straße vor dem Haus konnte man sehr gut parken. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit empfehlen.

This flat is absolutely in one of the best locations to explore Santa Cruz. It's a short walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar...5-7 minutes...there are a myriad of ancient lanes in between, each with its own surprises, as well as restaurants, tapas bars, etc everywhere. Triana is a 20 minute walk. When you exit the building, directly across the tiny plaza , there is a very good restaurant/bar.(Not noisy!! In fact, there is very little exterior noise. if any. in the flat. At night, none.) The flat itself is well equipped, everything works, the combo/washer dryer is great as a washer...and better than most as a dryer. An overnight hang, post dry, on the heated towel rail...even jeans will be bone dry. Just can't recommend this place enough. Importsnt....if you stay for more than a few days, walk 5-7 minutes away from the old city....there's a large local shopping area...grocery stores, dry cleaners and Santa Gloria Bakery/Cafe!! We loved this unit You will as well.

This was our first time visit to Seville and this stylish apartment is beautifully appointed and well located in a peaceful area just a short walk from the very centre. The beds are extremely comfortable for that all important good night’s sleep. The en-suites are nice too with lovely and hot rainfall showers in each. Would highly recommend staying here.

From the seamless check in, to the easy check out, you can want for nothing. The location is perfect, great roof terrace to enjoy an afternoon spritz and a fully fitted kitchen. A great base to enjoy a trip to Seville. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay here, the apartment is very nicely designed and I think looks even better than the photos. You can’t get a more central location it is amazing being seconds from the cathedral but still peaceful and quiet. Nicolas was very responsive. Unfortunately they were not able to deliver the high chair, but they provided the travel cot free of charge. We would stay again, thank you :)

Fácil acceso, muy comodo y cerca de la estación de tren. Todo muy limpio, ordenado con muchos negocios cercanos.

Prima accommodatie, helaas waren niet alle slaapkamers beschikbaar ivm water lekkage, maar goed daar kon de verhuurder niet veel aan doen. Er was erg veel regen gevallen. Voor ons waren er wel voldoende plekken over. Supermarkt op loopafstand, metro op half uurtje lopen, vervolgens nog half uurtje met de metro dan in centrum Sevilla. Fijne bedden en gezellig ingericht.

Casa espectacular! Con precioso jardín, casa muy limpia y con todo detalle. Elena muy amable y atenta. Cerca de Sevilla. Lo hemos pasado genial! Sin duda volvería a ir, me sentí como en casa!

We spent 4 nights in Quico's beautiful house and from the first communication, Quico was very helpful. The house was ideal for our family of 5 - two adults and 3 kids under 12. We had a car rental and the journey into the centre of Seville was 30 minutes. We did not spend much time in the local area but the supermarket withing a 5 minute walk is convenient.

Casa muito agradável e funcional situada a 30 minutos de Sevilha. Ideal para quem procura visitar Sevilha mas que não quer estar dentro da confusão da cidade. Nos dias quentes a casa permite aproveitar a zona exterior da piscina, churrasqueira e jardim.

A lovely quiet house to come back to after a day sightseeing in Seville. Big outdoor space with plenty of seating areas for relaxing with friends, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a large Supermarket a short walk away. Bring mosquito spray!

We loved staying at Jose’s beautiful villa despite the pouring rain that unexpectedly hit the region during our stay. Without the rains, it would have been even more beautiful but the spacious villa allowed our group to have a great time cooking, dining together and spending relaxed time indoors whenever we weren’t sightseeing Sevilla. Las Pajanosas has delicious restaurants and a cute bakery.

Hacienda magnifique. Ensemble grandiose. Très au large pour vivre à 16 malgré une météo catastrophique , ce qui doit être rarissime ici! Merci pour ce site de rêve au calme.
