We had an amazing time! Anton was very easy to communicate with. The caretaker was very helpful and accommodating. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need from the appliances to plates, serving dishes etc so we were able to prepare meals and eat comfortably. The unit is a few steps from the beach, so my toddler played in the sand for hours. The sand is very soft and the beach is very clean. They have a big area where you can gather outside if you're a big group. Bonus that it is only a few minutes from the pawikan conservation center (we got to witness them release baby turtles), a short drive from the zoo, and very accessible if you would like to have a meal in subic. Would absolutely recommend, whether you're looking for a relaxing escape or a home base close to other activities. Can't wait to book again!

worth ang binayad namin, super friendly ng mga staff nila nakalimutan ko ung name ni kuya medyo my edad na super bait hanggang paguwi inassist kame, saka hanggang gabi andon sila para tanungin ano mga need, specialy ung ihawan at tubig pati yelo walang problema, ung mga table they make sure bawat tenant my kanya kanya tables and chair ganda ng experience, ang downside lang ung AC medyo mahina pero ok naman sya, wag lang talaga my kasamang batang mainitin hehehe

This is such an amazing place to relax! Aside from the breathtaking view, the hosts were also very accommodating and friendly! Special mention to kuya toto for giving us a special tour with their speed boat and for the host for giving a free 30 minute ride with the boat since we stayed for 4 nights. This place is a hidden Gem, and as much as we wanted to extend, they have tons of returning customers so the place was booked. This is definitely not the last time we'll be booking this place! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to relax, unwind, and spend some fun time under the sun!

The Nook is a very lovely place. We arrived very late at night but the caretaker (Mang Boyet) was ready, waiting for us still. It’s a very relaxing place and Anton was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi is strong so that’s a plus for us so were able to do our regular zoom at night. Thanks be to God through Christ!

Overall our stay was perfect and Carina's place exceeded our expectations! Carina's unit is beautiful. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. It's tastefully designed and extremely charming in person. The kitchen was well equipped so cooking was not an issue (note: the public market is very near too!). They have a water dispenser and they provided a gallon of water per day for free too. This was a great plus since it's very eco-friendly. We wanted to stay at a place that has personality and has a home feel to it - so Carina's place was perfect. They have a big yard leading to the beautiful gazebo. The place was great for hanging out all day and this is also where we had a very nice bonfire (which you can arrange with Ate Nori and Kuya Ambo---the caretakers). They were very pleasant, highly attentive, and helpful with all our requests. The beach is GREAT for swimming, it was very clean with fine sand. Although there's a resort next to it, we didn't have issues with people occupying the (private) gazebo and it's not very often that people swim in front of the premise. Even when they do, it's really not a big deal. I suggest that the guests check the inclusions thoroughly so they know exactly what's included and what's not. Note that the unit is part of a complex/compound of multiple units so there may be times that there are other guests/occupants in the other adjacent units too. There was one family staying at the other unit during our stay but we were never bothered by it as the property is so spacious. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Carina's place to anyone looking for an exquisite beachfront property.

Had a very nice stay. Gustavo was there to meet us and give us the keys and help carry luggage to the room. Gave us a tour of the area and where to access the beach and pool. He was very helpful in giving directions to local places and offered suggestions on places to visit. Thank you. We would recommend staying here if ever in the area. We would definitely stay again.

People from the South, like me, opts to go south than travel all the way to the north. This place is different, here are the things that i like in this place: Security: The place is well secured, there's security post at various locations, there's also roving security, pools and beach resorts are also flocked with attentive lifeguards. Condo and the host: Condo is spacious, clean, comfortable beds, cold aircon, hot/cold shower. check-in was a breeze, Hans is so responsive we didn't encounter any issues. I drove almost 500 kilometers round trip, will i do it again? Yes i would, will definitely miss and go back here again! Thank you Hans!

Good value for money for small families with kids. We spent 2 days feeling relaxed and opted to order food in-house. The rooms were clean and location around 30 mins from SMBA. If you want to stay to a beach property with good internet, then spend a day trip to subic - this is a good pick. Helpers were kind and always goes around with a smile. The place was very easy to find and we were welcomed by the caretaker the moment we arrived. ate ria is also very responsive in all my queries and needs. The linens, towels and all other amenities were enough for my family of 12pax. the location is great too as you are surrounded by a lot fo small stores and just few minutesa way from the market and the beach. it has direct access to the public beach. Sir alain on the other hand was also very responsive. Overall we have a wonderful stay in this place.

I recently stayed at this incredible beach resort together with my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The resort is beautifully designed, with stunning ocean views from every angle. We had a wonderful stay! The place was as in photos and large enough to hold our total guests. Wished we knew there were no towels provided ahead of time. But this was clarified after I asked the host - that not all resort homes would provide towels. I would have loved it if there was a note about it, like BYOT. For the high price of the entire place, I guess I assumed that towels would be available. Overall, it was a nice property and they had some wonderful staffers who helped us out.

It’s a comfortable place to stay especially if you want to hibernate. You need to bring your car to go to the beach club but it’s worth the drive. The friendliness of anvaya’s staff, the food and all the amenities makes it all worth it.
