I had booked eagles rest for my children and parents, we expected the house was beautiful from the pictures but it was even better then all the photos. The decor, artwork inside and out was spectacular. We loved the veggie and fruit that were grow around the house and the beautiful maintained garden. The garden outside each room made it so peaceful. We especially loved the pizza oven outside, using the fresh tomatoes picked from their garden. The fire pit was a hit too with the family,sitting around on the outdoor sofa and lounge bed. We were also welcomed with a beautiful basket of goodies on the bench which was such a warm welcome. Communication was great, answering our questions promptly and being so accommodating. Everything was stocked up for us in the house from kitchen, pantry laundry cupboard which helped us from having to go down to the shops and getting all the Nic nacs. I highly recommend Anton’s place, it was everything and so much more We will definitely be back for sure ?

It was a lovely place to stay, the beach was within walking distance and the yard was safe and secure, great for the doggies . Glenda was friendly and easy to communicate with.

a beautiful place 5 mins walk to town and a bus stop at the door; nicely furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay; separate bedroom and bathroom; great shower; laundry is a bonus; very private patio out the back with shade; a wide range of books to read; a great place for two people for either short or long stay

Very happy with the place, pool was nice and clean, bedrooms were good and living room was nice and roomy. Great area arouns the bbq as well for people to hang out and was very dog friendly with a small front yard that had a fence around it.

This is a fantastic cosy place to stay. The location is great- veey close to the beaches. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Fireplace at the backyard is perfect for the cool summer evenings. We enjoyed our stay and wish to come back again.

We loved Noelia's place while spending a long weekend in South Gippsland with a group of friends. The house (and more importantly, the views!) were exactly like the pictures, and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Noelia was also a fabulous host - all instructions for arrival/entry and packing up were sent ahead of time, were clear and weren't complicated or laborious. The views towards Wilsons Prom were truly stunning, with perfect stargazing from the back deck on a clear evening.

We had a great stay and felt right at home. Great location, short drive to Rye shops, supermarket and cafes. Easy access to Rye beach and hot springs. Love the landscaping - kids had a ball playing hide and seek. Covered deck area great for outside dining. We didn’t use the BBQ, but great set up. Ash & Jason were fabulous hosts.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at this villa. The house was very clean and well presented, the location was also great, walking distance to the beach and main shopping strip. Cheryl was an excellent communicator and accomodated for our 1 year old infant, which was very thoughtful of her. We would highly recommend staying here.
