We were three couples and a six year old. The arrangement of the accommodation was just what we needed. Because we had travelled for a wedding we were out for most of the day and unfortunately bad weather meant we couldn’t make use of the outdoor facilities but we have already recommended the property to a friend and would like to return for a future family occasion.

Denise our host was absolutely warm and accommodating.. she went out of her way to drop off an extra heater when the place got colder (upstate NY in Oct). I’d happily recommend this to everyone! The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to go anywhere to find Cuttery and dishes

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

Extremely accommodating to our work schedule! The owners are very responsive and helpful in every way. Very peaceful place at a good cost. Would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Daphne's place in Cuba, and its like our home away from home now. We absolutely love staying here and daphne is so amazing. Everything about this place is wonderful even in the off-season. We cant wait to rent again, and highly recommend this place to anyone.

House is situated in a beautiful location on the lake! My family really appreciated and enjoyed where the house was situated and we enjoyed spending time together. The living room was very inviting with a wood burning fireplace and was well stocked with toys and books that kept all my kids occupied! We were also within close driving distance of Letchworth State Park where we spent a day exploring and hiking at!

This place was amazing and peaceful. It was my first Airbnb and will definitely be getting this place again. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The host was super quick to respond to my texts if I had questions. She was simply wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay yet again (our 2nd year in a row) at this beautiful lakefront property. Rachael and Nancy are great hosts (Nancy was our contact) and are very responsive and attentive to any concerns/communications regarding your stay or the property in general. This property has probably the best views on the entire lake, and the cabin has plenty of amenities while also possessing a delightful rustic charm. The provided free-standing water cooler isn't very common for a lakefront rental, but it's a much-appreciated feature since the water on any Rushford Lake property isn't potable so having a free-standing cooler saves on the cost and hassle (and waste) of having to use lots of plastic bottles. Only caution I would note is the extended driveway approaching the property can be a bit uneven at times so I would not recommended for cars with a low-riding undercarriage (i.e., leave the sports cars at home). Strongly recommend this property and hosts!

This is my families second time staying at Kathryn’s place. Hassle, free check-in , great space for large numbers of guests , clean , adequately supplied . she gives super fast response time with questions . Very accommodating . Kathryn’s place has amazing view’s and is very peaceful . We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at the lake house for 3 days in November for deer hunting in the area, 4 of us were comfortable in the large cabin. Place was super clean & everything Kathleen described about the place was how we found it. The only issue we had was GPS led us down the wrong trail road. It was our own fault & Kathleen answered our call promptly & directed us to the proper trail road. Would definitely stay here again, for either a hunting trip or summertime getaway. Five stars!
