We stayed with 6 adults and 5 kids over New Years and for skiing at Holiday Valley. GREAT place. Cozy cabin feeling, large dining area where we could all eat together, two separate living rooms so kids could recreate and adults could hang out - games room too! And toys for younger kids! Bedrooms were ideal: beautiful hand crafted wooden bed frames with comfy linens. Enough showers and bathrooms for all guests. Very clean. The barn with animals was delightful and the kids loved it. Made friends with 2 cats. For us, it was a picturesque drive to the ski resort and price was more attractive than ski chalet prices. Thank you to our hosts for clearing out the driveway every morning during epic snow. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

Steven was a very nice guy. His taste was impeccable. When I entered his place my son looked at me, knowing my taste and said, "what do you think?" My answer "Oh my goodness." The place looked as if I had decorated it myself. I absolutely loved everything about it--the decor, the antiques, the wallpaper, the ambiance, the music he had was awesome. I danced around the room. The gorgeous quilts on the beds, the comfy bed and pillows, the French doors to the wonderful front porch overlooking the adorable quaint village of Angelica with it's wonderful antique stores and friendly folks that live there. I wanted to stay there forever. I couldn't have been happier staying at Steven's place and would love to stay there again. Thank you so very much Steven Timothy, this is one of my favorite places I have ever stayed. I would recommend you to everyone.

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! What a great place to escape to! It was just secluded enough to feel like you were far away and able to relax, but close enough to civilization if you needed anything. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great experience overall 😄

Great place to stay to explore Letchworth State Park. Very clean, nicely decorated, great wood stove for cozy evenings! Would stay again for sure!

We enjoy staying at Kathleen’s place when we visit our daughter at Houghton University. It’s so close to campus, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. All you hear is the rushing creek and the swaying trees. Her basement apartment is cozy and inviting. On cool evenings we like to sit by the gas fireplace and drink tea from a nice selection. The kitchen is so convenient for making quick meals. There are many sweet touches such as homemade banana bread on the counter and yogurts in the ‘fridge. We hope to stay again soon!

Lovely home. Fits the surroundings. Perfect place to relax and visit. Open space between living room and kitchen to allow visiting back and forth. Worked well for two couples with one upstairs and one down. Each had own bathroom. Upstairs was charming. We got to watch the book moon eclipse inside the home. We saw many deer in back yard and a bald eagle. Trips to Letchworth and Cartwright's added to the visit and allowed for visiting with family. Peaceful, renewing week. Thanks so much Christa!
