Had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Alyssa's. The house was clean and welcoming. The family enjoyed the game room when it was cold outside but also loved the outdoors with the creek and fireplace.

Ben’s cabin was a beautiful and peaceful. Me and my coworkers work away from home 75% of the year and stay in hotels. Staying at this cabin was a home away from home. It made us enjoy our career a little more and made us all around happy. Listening to the creek was relaxing and so wasn’t the hot tub. The host was very friendly and communicative and had a great sense of humor. We would 100% stay here again if we get the opportunity to work in the area again.

Highly recommend if your solo and just need a short but quiet getaway and the hot tub and farm animals and chickens and roosters are a plus

We loved our stay here! The hosts were great to communicate with and super accommodating to our needs. The property is beautiful, the house is great and we especially loved ending the day in the hot tub!

It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. It was what we were looking for for a short getaway. 10/10 would recommend it to a friend and would stay again

We absolutely loved this house and all that came with it. Our pups loved all of the room to run, play, hike, swim and explore. The house was so well stocked it felt like our own home. The beds were super comfortable and the vibe of the home just instantly made us feel at ease. The hot tub was great and the views were exactly what we were hoping for. Will def be back!

My family enjoyed a wonderful time away at this peaceful cabin in the woods. The cabin and property were so beautiful covered in snow. The quiet nights in the hot tub with the cool air outside were great. And it was even better to come inside to the cozy living room and wood burning stove. The heated floors were an unexpected touch of class. Everything was well stocked, Phillip didn’t miss a single detail! We will definitely visit again, maybe in the summertime to enjoy the beautiful large pond!

We enjoyed staying at David’s place very much. The house was dated but clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for a big family. We enjoyed the game room very much. The pellet fireplace was a nice touch to make the room warm and cozy. Location was great as it was only 9 minutes drive to Ellicottville and 11 minutes to Holiday Valley. David was quick to respond to any problems. Would definitely recommend.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Ginger Bear and it was fantastic! Loved the peaceful location and all of the critters we could see from the windows. I also loved the trails on the property. It was a great place to walk my dogs. My husband and I are already taking about our next trip!

The cabin was on the river and had a very nice yard that sloped right down to the water. It was November and we did fish a little but were unlucky. I would definitely rent this in the summer just to play in the water. There was fire wood and a great fire pit. The deck and furniture were excellent. The cabin was spotless and had amenities that I did not expect--dish soap, kitchen towels, washer, dryer. etc. The only possible negative comment is that the sitting area was combined with the kitchen so the TVs were located in the bedrooms. This would have been fine had it been more than my husband and I. We usually travel with family and never turn on a TV. The host, Erwin, communicated well and made sure we could contact him at any time with any questions. I would rent again from him with confidence.

The cabin is beautiful and off the grid. Made me feel like I was staying at my family’s cabin when I was a kid. Very peaceful and great to sit back and relax. House is very clean and has beautiful surroundings.

We stayed here last year at the same time in March. We like the hiking opportunities in the area. awe were also fortunate to get another warm weekend in mid March (same as last year) and managed to get out on a nice trail again this year. Becki is very responsive has prepared a wonderful home for a quiet weekend or a longer stay. We are very likely to continue to return here on a regular basis.

The cabin was actually better in person than the photos. Very clean, quiet, and had everything you need. It’s one of several on the property but felt pretty private. There’s a creek behind the cabins and enjoyed hearing the running water. Twenty minutes to Cherry Springs and about an hour to Wellsboro. The WiFi was spotty but the host was quick to respond and did his best to fix the issue. Would stay again.

Come for the barred owls, stay for the woodpeckers. Didn’t get the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and Dan in person but they were so proactive and responsive. This is a very cute, clean, little cabin butted up against thousands of acres of beautiful state land. If you want a nice little getaway in rural NYS, this little cabin is an outstanding getaway. So peaceful.

Second time staying at Jack's Place this year. The only bad thing about staying here is that you eventually have to leave. lol Debra's a great host, very responsive and helpful if anything is needed. Jack's is a very clean, spacious, peaceful & comfortable place to stay. Will definately stay again!!

Our week stay at Portage Camp was wonderful. We went on three hikes and enjoyed the late autumn weather. The cabin is very comfortable with a warm heater and very soft beds. We made our meals inside this time in a large kitchen that is very efficient. The evenings were spent in front of the TV. Regardless of the season, the cabin has everything you need. Can’t wait for springtime.

What a neat little area this is, and this cabin is a gem. We'll be back. There's a small waterfall running around the cabin, the sound of water is peaceful and it is a quiet road

Heather was very welcoming and responsive to messages. When we got there it felt like coming home. The lights were one and provided nice ambiance, there was wax melts going that gave the place a wonderful smell, and on the overnight there was quite a bit of snow so she offered to have the driveway plowed. It’s a beautiful cabin and we had a great time on our annual reunion/getaway.

We just wanted a quick 1 night getaway and ended up staying for 2. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, then this is it. I can't say enough great things about this place.

Wonderful private space, no tv makes it a great space to reflect and get away. Wooded area with plenty of state forests near by makes it a great place if you’re looking to explore. Love how updated the cabin is and just how clean it felt. Will definitely return!

With a cozy, warm wood stove, silent winter woods, and an easy drive into town, we really enjoyed this cabin. Definitely considering returning to experience it in another season.

This place was amazing you guys have put in a lot of work into it. Me and my family camped here for 6 years when I was a kid and coming back brought up so many memories!! Things were the same, but a lot has changed which I love! The owners were super sweet and made sure we had an amazing time! It was so peaceful! THEY ALSO HAVE WIFI!!! I think what you guys have coming in the future will make the place even more interesting/exciting! I can’t wait to come back!!

Would highly recommend this truly cozy cabin near the woods! The winter snow provided a beautiful backdrop for our winter time stay. The hosts had everything shoveled and ready for us, including a nice cozy fire burning in the pellet stove upon our arrival. The hosts were very prompt and attentive to any needs or questions that we had, from pre-arruval clear through our departure. 10 out of 10!!

This was a beautiful Cabin just a short drive from Ellicotville. There is a reason it's "5 Star", everything was beautiful inside, with every amenity one could need. The rooms were cozy, the loft was the perfect kid getaway. The view off the cabin was beautiful and private. It was a great place for the four of us, close enough to the ski hills and Ellicotville and far enough away that you could relax in peace and quiet surrounded by woods. Loved it, will hopefully be back!
