The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

Such a cozy and convenient place to stay. Darien is a wonderful and very responsive host. Feels like a home away from home and has everything you would need. Will definitely be coming back!

Great end unit with a lot of windows. Great views of the city. Large clean 2 bedroom right downtown near everything. New building nice outdoor area and community room. I will definitely book again.

Brenda is wonderful. Very responsive and helpful. The apartment was comfortable with all the details in place. Easy checkin and out. I would love to stay again in the future if available and got to meet Brenda before I left on my drive home. That was the best part!

The apartment was great for my daughter and myself for our visit with family in the Springville area. Everything was exactly as advertised and the beds were very comfortable. I did miss the fact that there was no hairdryer listed in the amenities. Staying in the renovated building that is now part of the Springville Center For the Arts and having a cafe right downstairs was a real bonus. I grew up in Springville and being a bit nostalgic, it was the perfect place for me.

Perfect for our annual ski trip! Plenty of space for 3 families and lots of entertainment for everyone. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Tammy gave great info about the house and area.

I had a wonderful stay. Calvin's house was comfortable and warm. The area was quiet and beautiful. I enjoyed how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware. Communicating with Calvin was easy and helpful.

Not very often do things exceed expectations. Exceeded all our expectations. Wish I could more than 5 stars!!

The place was wonderful! It fit 6 of us comfortably. The bed in the closet was great for our son who likes it quiet and dark! The location was perfect-could walk to restaurants, easy to get to Penn state, had shopping close by! We would definitely stay again!

There was more than enough space and lots of great amenities. We really enjoyed the outdoor space.

We chose this house primarily for our extended out of town family members to have beds during our Thanksgiving weekend. If we hadn’t had those commitments it would have worked wonderfully to spend our time there, with plenty of room and so nicely appointed! If you’re spending time in the Warren/Niles area it is a great option!

The location was ideal, with easy access to the slopes and nearby dining, yet it still felt like a private retreat. The hosts went above and beyond in stocking the home with everything we could possibly need, from high-end kitchen essentials to cozy blankets and fire wood. If you’re looking for a five-star mountain escape with comfort, convenience, and stunning scenery, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

The condo was cozy yet very spacious! Being able to walk right out the back door to the slopes was AMAZING! It snowed almost the whole time we were there so having personal garage access was a game changer. Will stay again in the future.

Kym's place was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The place was very clean. We walked almost the whole community. It was absolutely beautiful there. I think we enjoyed the porch the most. The weather was gorgeous and when we got back from our walks we sat on the porch watching the wildlife and just relaxed. The Italian restaurant, Andriaccios, just down the road was excellent. We went there twice it was so good. We would definitely go back to Kym's place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and well kept with beautiful lake views. The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. Scot was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back again next year!

My daughter and I took a quick overnight trip and Joe’s place was perfect. Adorably decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable too! We will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. Perfect location also, definitely walkable to downtown. It’s a must stay and worthy of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
