Fantastic property, amazing facilities and very close to local amenities. David responded very quickly to any queries and was very helpful.

A family weekend away well spent. Although cold on arrival, clear instruction were left regarding the heating and we soon warmed up and it was very cosy! A great location, beautiful views and comfy beds. Some of us had a walk along the beck, through public paths/fells and through edward woods. It was comfortable, spacious and the dressing gowns were a real bonus for all of us! Close to Cockermouth and Workington, both lovely towns. We would definately visit again. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at the Hayloft. With all the amenities described, our time there was super relaxed & Victoria was on hand to help with whatever we needed. The location was out in the sticks but we didn’t feel isolated at all, with the road networks connecting us incredibly well to Ullswater, Keswick & other key locations. They are clearly very proud of everything they have built on Thornythwaite Farm, as they should be! It was great to see sustainability was at the heart of their renovations & presentation too. Such a lovely place to stay, thank you Victoria from James & Meg!!!

Fantastic cottage, very quirky - as described. It was very comfortable and everything was thought about. Amazing views and right in the middle of Coniston - which was great for getting around to different parts of the Lake District. Will and Giles were fantastic hosts, very quick to respond to any requests and supplied a great information package of things to do, places to see and local restaurants and a great pack for arriving and leaving.

This was a surprise stay for my wife’s birthday. She has wanted to come to the Lake District for a while and after searching available properties we decided that this was the place for us. Elizabeth is a very responsive host. A lovely welcome pack was waiting for us at check-in. Bread, butter,fresh milk and a bottle of Prosecco. What a lovely touch this was. Property is in an ideal location for Windermere and Boweness. Lots of walks available on the doorstep. Restaurants and pubs all within easy reach. Plenty of information available when you read the welcome pack and recommendations made by Lizzie. Lovely spacious family home. Everything on hand if needed and supplied. Lizzie has thought of everything. Would definitely return if available next time we are thinking of staying in the Lake District. Overall a fantastic stay and host.

Our family had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was perfect for our two small families. It was walkable to the town and the lake. Perfect for a lovely weekend in the Lake District!

amazing stay! we stayed as a group of friends and had a lovely time at Elisabeth’s home. It was a super cute, warm and cosy house, which was very clean and had lovely decor. It was very easy to find, we travelled by train and bus. would definitely recommend and stay again, thank you!

This was our 2nd stay at this lovely house. The location is nice & quiet & perfect for walking in the surrounding area & for the village pubs, shops etc. The house is very clean, comfortable & warm & is well kitted out with everything you need. Great apartment onsecond floor. The apartment was lovely and spacious with everything we needed for us and our toddler. Incredible views of the mountains from every direction. Great location and Christine's instructions for self check-in were perfect. Will happily stay at Christine's apartment again.

Great apartment, clean and with all the required essentials. Great location, a few yards from shops, bars and restaurants. Lots of parking on the street. Comfortable beds, great shower. Everything worked as expected. Felt like home to a better home !

Wonderful place to stay near Wastwater. Beautiful flat, nicely decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. On the first floor with outdoor steps. Easy short walk down to the lake to swim or launch paddlboards. Can walk fells from the flat, perfect location. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Very thoughtful host. Everything you could want supplied, including welcome pack with beers, soft drinks, bread, cereals. Would highly recommend and, as regular visitors to Sedbergh, will definitely return.

It's located in a very convenient place and we had everything we needed for our stay. The dedicated parking bay was a massive relief considering that the street parking was completely taken up even on the relatively quiet working weekdays. We had a slight issue once where someone had parked in our only parking bay when we came back after a drive, but luckily there was an empty space next to it where we parked instead. We let Liam know about the problem and he immediately looked into it and made sure that we won't have an issue. He was very responsive and helpful which made our stay stress-free. It wasn't the most quiet place though because of a group of people talking loudly very loudly in the car park at night. But this is probably a one off problem. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved our stay! Perfect location and the cottage was fabulous, a lot more spacious than I thought it was going to be. It had everything you needed, was spotless and the bed was super comfy and in a very peaceful quiet area, yet 2 mins from the centre. We will definitely go back, a real gem! Thank you

My Wife and I had a lovely, relaxed stay at Kylie's cottage. It's in a great location (close to Windermere and the surrounding areas) but is very quiet. The cottage had a really cosy feel about it, which was enhanced when the log burner was on during the chilly evenings! We recommend Kylie's cottage and hope to be back again in the future.
