I stayed here for about 4 months and enjoyed every second of it. The place is old but is well put together and charming. Should you stay as long as I did, I would warn you that the walls are very thin and the floors are old.

Philip’s place was an A++++ experience all around! He is responsive, accommodating, the place was perfect, all amenities we needed (including umbrellas!), and walking distance to great restaurants and a Whole Foods. I traveled with my one-year-old, and Philip’s place had everything we needed, from high chairs to pack and play. Philip’s place is perfect for students, parents, and families with little ones. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but Philip made it a seamless experience! One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had—highly recommended!!

Had a great stay! His place was very close to the T (Griggs St - green) which was very convenient for our days downtown. Timothy was also able to accommodate an early check in when we asked a month before. Thank you again!

Had another lovely long weekend at Andrea’s in Southie. The gorgeous unit and fantastic location in the heart of South Boston never disappoints…we look forward to a summer visit so we can enjoy the lovely outdoor space. Always a regret-free choice for a couple or small family in this pristine location and Andrea is a peerless host!

We had such a great time at Anda’s place. Its a beautiful and cozy home with everything you need! The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped! Anda was very responsive and helpful. All the instructions were clear and it was very easy to check in and check out The neighborhood is in a great calm area with lots of restaurants 10 mins walk distance We will definitely be back!

Book this place for your next trip to Boston! Stay at Peter's place was just amazing! Very beautiful airbnb with art everywhere you looked we kept finding new pieces to admire felt like staying at a comfortable art museum. It had every amenity you could want in the kitchen with the best appliances to use. There was clearly a lot of thought and consideration when designing this home. The upstairs bathroom had the best shower and fancy toilet we loved. It was walkable to many restaurants but you could always uber and get around Boston very easily. Would definitely book again!

This place was great, very spacious and clean. Couldn’t ask for a better 3 day weekend.

Even though it’s a third floor walk up, the stairs are inside a shared foyer. We never had an issue getting in or up the stairs. The dedicated parking space is an excellent amenity given the few spots on the street were always taken. We had more than enough space with two bedrooms. The skylights in the kitchen and bathroom provided a nice view of the town and sky. The memory foam beds were super comfy. The host went above and beyond to help us with a couple items.

Our stay at the Somerville home was really great. Both hosts were lovely and responsive the entire time, and the home was very nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, and was spotless. All three bedrooms had the comfiest beds, and don't even get me started on the chair in bedroom C. I could have slept in just that. So incredibly soft. The house was full of charm, and provided a really nice location. Whether you're looking for a home to see the city, or a place to get some work done, you'll find a lovely home with great hosting.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Mary’s apartment was just what we were looking for in an Airbnb! Clean, comfortable, and a close walk to the T. Mary was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Absolutely recommend it to others visiting the Boston area 👍🏻

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

Easy access to the T and walkable to Centre Street shops and restaurants

We were four friends and Ana’s place was perfect for us. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, we had plenty of space. We were in town to attend an event at TD Garden, and it was very easy to get into Boston. The green line T was about 15 minutes walk. The condo is on a quiet street and having a parking space in the driveway was great since we had a car. Ana was extremely responsive, answering every text and call immediately. She arranged for us to be able to drop off our luggage early, and she provided us with her favorite restaurant recommendations for the area. I would happily stay here again on future visits to Boston. Thank you, Ana!

Great place for a great price! Easy to take the train into downtown Boston.

Perfect location. The parking space was a huge value and right around the corner from the apartment. Close to great restaurants and historic sites. Ten minute walk to TD Garden. Dror was in constant contact and we had the number of the super that was on site in case anything went wrong.

Andrew and Ashleigh were super helpful and got back to us quickly if we had any issues. Their directions on parking were clear and easy to read. The space has everything you need for a visit. The space was in a great area with nice shops and cafes in walking distance.

Clean and comfortable home on a quiet residential street. We stayed with our dog and enjoyed a nearby park as well as the option of taking longer walks on the paved path alongside the Charles River. It's very convenient to have parking on site. Great communication from Guarav. Highly recommend!

Mark was an excellent host. He responds quickly and is extremely accommodating. Marks place was just as described in the pictures and details. It had everything we needed. Cozy, quiet neighborhood and accessible to downtown Salem within a 5-7 minute walk. Great stay!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

This teacher gives this Airbnb an A+. Great location. Walked to the MFA and Harvard and enjoyed cappuccino at every Tatte along the way. Slept comfortably here after getting 12,000+ steps a day. Thanks!

We had a prolonged stay at the air bnb and we were very well taken care of by the host. We discussed some concerns about a prolonged stay due and having a toddler with us. Michael explained that the kitchen was very basic allowing us to prepare to bring a few things to make our day to day easier. We had some issues with the furniture but this was taken care of super quick I did us! Cannot say enough good things about Michael as the host! No issues with the above neighbors being loud during our 5 week stay and the traffic was also not a bother. Location wise about 20 minutes from Boston children’s hospital, 15 minutes to the zoo and about 30 minutes to the children’s museum and aquarium. Very reasonable local driving and a great location for a family to stay. We are grateful to have had this space to come back to after long days at the hospital and knowing we had a safe location for our daughter to play in the yard and driveway. Highly recommend staying at this air bnb!
