We had a good stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. The room was clean, well heated and had all the amenities we needed. In case you are self driving there is also a parking area just outside the building. The place is at a walkable distance from the Ascension cathedral, Green bazaar and Arbat street. Multiple cafés and convenience stores are close by. Highly recommended.

Отличная квартира! Есть всё необходимое, включая стиральную машину и довольно сносный для Алматы Wi-Fi. Всё постельное чистое. Мы попали в не самый удачный период — включение отопления. Из-за этого у нас почти сутки не было горячей воды в квартире, но Гаухар была всегда на связи и коммуницировала с нами + сделала скидку, за что выражаем ей благодарность. Имейте в виду, что спальные места в отдельных комнатах могут показаться некоторым жёсткими. Мы любим жёсткие матрасы и диваны, поэтому у нас с этим проблем не возникло.

Mir and Alexey’s hospitality were unparalleled. Location of the apartment was central to your major tourist hotspots (just a short taxi ride away). While the apartment is dated, it has all the major amenities covered. The convenience store within the complex is a lifesaver for last minute snack runs.

I would highly recommend the stay!! umida the host was extremely helpful rit from the time we landed. she came to greet us at 2.30am and helped us from being looted by a fraud taxi driver. She was always available on call and eager to help. she was like a family away from family. The stay was worth the money because of all amenities, the house was exactly like shown in the pictures and squeaky clean. loved the stay.

Отличная квартира, сделана в европейском, немного парижском стиле. Уютно, все есть для комфортного проживания, внизу приличные рестораны, есть супермаркет. Рекомендую.

Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Loved the property and the host was very prompt with any kind of queries we had during our stay. The caretaker was also very helpful and non intrusive. The location is a little secluded and on the outskirts of the city which comes with its pros and cons. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Екатерина сделала наше пребывание в Алматы максимально комфортным и приятным - делилась советами, помогла получить ИИН, наводила порядок каждую неделю. Я и жена прожили в ее уютной квартире почти два с половиной месяца и всегда чувствовали искреннюю заботу и гостеприимство. Квартира находится в классной локации в топовом ЖК. Ряд проспект, по которому легко добраться до любой части города. В комплексе есть отличные кафе и кофейни, в 10 минутах пешком — коворкинг и спортзал. Екатерина, от души благодарим вас! Если бы можно было поставить 10 из 5 звезд, мы бы без раздумий это сделали. Рекомендуем!

Хорошее расположение апартаментов для тех, кто планирует работать из дома. В 7 минутах ходьбы есть ТЦ с продуктовым магазином, фастфудом и кинотеатром Рашида пришла на заселение, все показала. Помогла оформить регистрацию, да и в целом по всем вопросам оперативно отвечала Единственный минус- это не двухкомнатная квартира я явном виде, а однушка, из которой сделали 2 комнаты. В "спальне" нет окон. Это не мешает в повседневной жизни, но для работы 2 людям стоит учитывать Wifi нормальный, 40 Мбит на загрузку и отдачу. Работать вдвоём довольно комфортно При длительном проживании включена уборка раз в неделю

Great location in the middle of Almaty. Walkable to most of the attractions in the city and nearby to metro station. Food choices are plenty within the vicinity. The flat is spacious and very comfortable to relax. We stayed 4 nights and Sabina was super responsive throughout. Best choice !

I had a fantastic stay at Zamira’s condo! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions, dining spots, and amenities, yet still peaceful and quiet. Zamira was an amazing host, always responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
