We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

The host is very much helpful before and during our stay.The place is amazingly beyond our expectation! what more during winter time, we cannot believe our eyes when we look at the view. the view is superb, the interior is well designed, the bbq is an unexpected bonus, the star gazing activity that we can do is something else. we believe staying here give a whole new and perspective to what almaty is, Far from the chaotic city life, our last 2 days in Almaty that we spend here is definitely the best desicion we ever make. We'll come back in Almaty just for this view again and again. In fact, we almost extend our stay here for another 2-3days just to stay here. The only thing stopping us was that when we check with airbnb, the place will be occupied after we check out. All in all, should you have doubt either or not to spend your money here, say no more and try it yourselves.

The house is out of the city. We had suffer a lot due to the location and language difference

Loved the property and the host was very prompt with any kind of queries we had during our stay. The caretaker was also very helpful and non intrusive. The location is a little secluded and on the outskirts of the city which comes with its pros and cons. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO TANYA AND KATE FOR THEIR CARE. THERE IS CUTE CAT IN THE WARM HOME. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF THE CITY, SO IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GO. IN ADDITION, I LOST A BAG IN THE TAXI. TANYA AND KATE HELPED ME GET IT BACK. OTHERWISE, I MIGHT FACE ALL KINDS OF TROUBLES.THANKS AGAIN🫡

izbassar is a great host, helped alot and response very fast, helped us to keep our luggage even afer we check out and the place looks exactly like photos , near to almaty mall, i recommend this place

The house is comfortable, has a good size for one or two people and it has all necessary utensils. Sultanbek is very fast in replying and easy to communicate, I totally recommend it while in Almaty.

One of the beat place to stay, I highly recommend for families. You have all the amenities in the villa. Pictures do not do justice to the place. Sanzhar was very helpful even offered us the ride back to airport. Thank for all his efforts. I highly recommend this place

This apartment was perfect for sightseeing in Almaty. Not too far from Metro and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Aigul was a fantastic host and was very flexible in terms of check in and check out. The apartment was plenty big enough for the four of us who stayed and having two bathrooms was very useful. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Almaty for a few days sightseeing.

Excellent place to stay while your visit to Almaty !!! Safe neighbourhood!! Well kept apartment!! Clean bathroom!! Good toiletries provided!! Clean towel n linens !! Good entertainment system especially the music system !! Top facilities in kitchen !! Minor issues : 2nd bedroom sofa bed mildly damaged… could be easily rectified Host allowed us early check in and was kind enough to come at 4am ( during our checkout) Overall good value for money property in the city limits !!!

Sebastian’s place was lovely! Wish I could have stayed for longer, I really fell in love with the apartment and the area - very central and easily walkable to many different areas and restaurants. Sebastien was also extremely helpful, very responsive and very friendly. He went above and beyond to help with a problem I had with the keys (my fault completely) and didnt expect anything in return. I 100% recommend him as a host and really enjoyed my stay at his house. Thanks!!

Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью оборудованной — все, что нужно для отличного отдыха. Местоположение тоже отличное, рядом с магазинами, кафе и достопримечательностями. Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Had great time staying at Zamira’s place. Flat was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. Felt just like home. Aura more than any Hotel. Definitely recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Almaty. Willing to visit the same flat in next trip to Almaty. Thanks Zamira for everything.

Very nice apartment near to city center! Nice coffee shop right in the building. Lots of shops around where you can find what you need! Very clean space with astonishing view! Everything was perfect!

Stayed 6 days. Was a great host! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/request. Our favorite part every morning is the view of the mountains and at night the beautiful lights of Almaty tower. We had fun. It’s literally the real home away from home. Until next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Мы с подругой остановились в квартире Максима на неделю и хотели бы выразить большую благодарность за чистоту, уют, приятный интерьер и функциональность квартиры. Нам было комфортно и отдыхать (тихо) и работать (быстрый бесперебойный интернет). Квартира находится в прекрасном районе, неподалеку, в пешей доступности, располагается Ботанический сад неописуемой красоты, всевозможные магазины, хорошие ресторанчики и кафе. Например, буквально в двух шагах располагается кафе Vivienne, где работают приятные ребята, которые вкусно варят кофе :) Мы ходили к ним завтракать, завтраки и десерты были прекрасны. Максим всегда на связи и готов помочь, если возникают вопросы. Всё было замечательно!

Жилье в центре города, отличное местоположение, рядом множество заведений на любой вкус, парки, магазины, ТЦ, все в пешей доступности. В квартире было все необходимое

We had a wonderful stay at Timur’s apartment in Almaty! The space was impeccably clean and really felt like home. It was well-maintained, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Timur was incredibly responsive and friendly, making it easy to extend our stay when we needed to due to family friends. Highly recommend!
