Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

Andrés es super atento y amable y aunque estuvo de vacaciones en nuestra estancia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. El piso es muy bonito con unas vistas a la playa fantásticas. Lo único de lo que me podría "quejar" es que cuando reservamos nos prometió una cesta de bienvenida con cerveza, pero parece ser que se le olvidó. Por lo demás todo genial. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Nice apartment in a great location right next to the beach. Lovely view over the sea. Easily accessible, good on road parking nearby and main roads a short drive away for wider exploring.

This apartment has left us with very good memories and it is the best rental we have ever been in! You have views of the Sea that are wonderful, you will not be left indifferent. All the rooms in the apartment are very spacious and have a lot of light throughout the day. The apartment is very quiet, it was impeccably clean, very good air conditioning, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, we have tested it by teleworking two people. It is especially well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. We have had no problem parking in the area of ​​the apartment and there is also a parking lot less than 5 minutes away. We have only used the car to make several excursions, walking you have direct access to the beach and promenade and also to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and many bars and restaurants. The arrival process was very good, the girl who welcomed gave us very good recommendations. You can rent this place without hesitation, we return in winter to telework from here for 8 weeks.

El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado de limpieza y la relación con el anfitrión ha sido correcta y cordial.

Apartamento bien ubicado con todos los servicios disponibles en una urbanización tranquila. El apartamento está bien equipado con buena decoración y muchos detalles por parte del propietario. Es amplio y con una terraza con vistas. Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable.

Nos ha encantado pasar el puente aquí. El apartamento estaba muy bien y la terraza con vistas estupendas. Ademas, Las Negras nos ha robado un hueco en nuestro corazón. Volveremos seguro. ¡Gracias María!

La casita es súper confortable, con unas vistas inmejorables! Fue una estancia estupenda, Alessandra es muy buena anfitriona, nos ayudó en todo y siempre estaba pendiente. Sin duda si quieres desconectar y relajarte con las mejores vistas de Cabo de Gata este es tu sitio! Volveremos!

la casa muy bonita y muy amplia. las habitaciones muy fresquitas y por la noche se dormía en la gloria. Las dos habitaciones dan a una terraza. Además la azotea dan la vistas al mar maravilloso. Todo muy bien la ubicación de la casa está genial a 5 min de la playa andando y del centro urbano 10 min además. tiene a 5 min el centro de salud. Excelentísimo trato por parte de Julia muy atenta a todo. Os animo que vayáis esta de lujo.

El apartamento es precioso ,estaba reluciente y olía fenomenal, Marian es una anfitriona excelente nos dio indicaciones de la zona y nos recomendó varios sitios, sin duda volveremos

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Perfect stay, house is very spacious and is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Cycling routes are amazing in the area and the large porch area with sun loungers is perfect for chilling afterwards! Can't comment on restaurants and things nearby but it was nice and peaceful in the evenings (in March at least). Wouldn't hesitate to stay again :)

Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach, freundlich. Die Nähe zum Meer ist toll. Der kleine Pool war auch im Oktober angenehm warm.

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La comunicación con Arantza fácil y con instrucciones claras (incluso con vídeos) La limpieza estupenda, estaba todo perfecto. El apartamento es bastante cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La azotea, aunque sin amueblar es ideal para ver las estrellas en una noche clara, de hecho estuvimos hasta media noche disfrutándolas en el silencio de la noche, una maravilla. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 3 minutos de la playa y de la plaza del pueblo con variedad para comer y desayunar. A pesar de estar en el centro, hay un aparcamiento público gratuito a pocos metros del apartamento en el que siempre hemos encontrado hueco

Мы прекрасно провели месяц в этом доме со своими друзьями. Дом очень комфортный для проживания 2ух семей с детьми. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания. Гостиная очень просторная, в ней широко открываются двери на улицу и на террасу, это создаёт очень приятную атмосферу. Дом находится на горке, из-за этого там прекрасный вид на море и другие дома. Нас встретил и показал дом отец хозяина дома. С ним было очень легко и приятно общаться. Большое вам спасибо. С радостью вернёмся ещё.

Troisième séjour…. Toujours aussi bien ! Arentzazu est une hôte très agréable et disponible. L’appartement est parfait, situé à proximité de la plage, et possibilité de profiter de tout à proximité. La région est agréable, que du bonheur ! À très bientôt pour un quatrième séjour ! Et merci pour nous accueillir dans votre petit paradis !

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Sandra ha sido muy buena anfitriona. Al apartamento no le faltaba un detalle (muy a valorar todo) y era todo tal y como se describe en las fotos. Ha sido flexible con nuestra llegada y nuestra salida y la comunicación ha sido perfecta en todo momento. El apartamento es justo lo que buscábamos: sitio tranquilo, a un minuto del mar y con buena oferta de bares y restaurantes por la zona. Hemos estado muy bien, sitio muy recomendable.

Dit is echt een pareltje. Heel mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement. Parkeren voor het complex. Duidelijke incheckinstructies middels video. Genoten van het uitzicht en de zonsopkomst. Kleine buurtsuper iets verderop. Het authentieke Mojàcar is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. Aan het eind van de boulevard ligt een wandelpad richting het Castello de Macenas ook passeer je de rots de Nazoreeër.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.

Piso tal cual se describe, totalmente equipado, espacioso y muy limpio. Paloma, la señora que nos hizo entrega de las llaves muy amable y servicial. Zona muy tranquila, nosotros tuvimos un pelín de mala suerte ya que uno de los vecinos estaba de obra y nos despertó con el taladro (cosa totalmente ajena al alojamiento y entendible al ser una comunidad de vecinos) Por lo general todo muy bien, ideal para visitar Carboneras o los pueblecitos de la zona.
