I decided to book this airbnb for my 21st birthday and my grandmother’s 69th birthday , and I’m so glad I did !! The house was so cute , it looks even better in person. There was 10 of us staying and we all fit beyond comfortably. The beds were super comfortable and the bedrooms were clean. I love that our host was so accommodating and added such convenient touches to our stay like providing sunscreen , coolers , beach chairs , a beach wagon , & even bug spray !! Our host was also super responsive when it came to questions we had leading up to our trip & during our stay. It was a tiny bit noisy during the night , I believe other airbnbs share the entire cul-de-sac of where this rental is located. This personally didn’t bother us at all but I do think it’s something people should note. Overall this was the perfect house for our large group 🫶

We had an absolutely fantastic time as a family at this vacation rental! The kids loved splashing around in the nearby pool, and we all enjoyed the beautiful day trips out from Vega Alta. The home was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. We can't wait to come back and create more wonderful memories soon!

This listing was a perfect find for our family vacation, both our parents and our 5 month old had an amazing time spending mornings by the pool, utilizing the many amenities and activities included in the house, and especially cooking and eating in the well-equipped outdoor area. We ran into a minor issue when the home lost power for one day during our stay, but Tropicalia stayed in communication to make sure it was resolved effectively. Would highly recommend this place for anyone curious, especially families looking for a quiet getaway nearby amazing beaches.

Book this place! You won't be disappointed. The place is in a great area with easy access to everything you'll need. 24-hour security and the staff and residents are very friendly. I've stayed in Puerto Rico many times and this place is at the top of the list. While there are many nice beaches we drove too, having private beach access just a golf cart drive away was awesome. The main pool is very nice, our kids loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with friends and 8-year-old son. The house was clean and in a great location. The beach and hiking/mountain biking trail in Cerro Gordo is beautiful and a short drive away. Cuevas Arenales is only 20 minutes away and worth a visit (this was our second time going) and we visited several of the beaches in Manatí and Vega Baja in one day. Elaine, our host, was responsive. Would recommend this place.

PR is a beautiful island!!! Would recommend to friends Spacious house with 3 bathrooms which was very helpful , the house has everything you need including laundry room:) Quickly responded to our questions Thanks a lot for everything Will come back again ❤️🌹

The house is fantastic, great pool and several comfortable porches around the house to relax in. The nearby beach/park is beautiful, easy to walk to , and family friendly. It is not a very tourist heavy area which is nice, but it also means you will have to drive further to get to San Juan and there aren’t as many restaurants to choose from. We had two families with 3 kids amongst us and we had a very nice time.
