We loved the house and its location - incredibly well equipped. .There’s a big hallway to stash muddy boots and coats. An eat in kitchen and cosy sitting room. The kitchen had everything.we needed. There’s a fire in the sitting room with a supply of logs and it was all set up for us to light….Very thoughtful. Upstairs there two double bedrooms with two large beds (one can be split). We found both very comfortable and the bed linen was very new. Plenty of towels and extra too for the beach. There was a shower over the bath with a decent pressure. Shower gel and hairdryer provided. We chose this property because it had two big sofas (many only had one) / was two minute walk to the town centre/ and offered on street parking with a parking disc ( there were plenty of spots]. Jenny’s welcome book was so thorough.. so many tips to see and eat This place exceeded all our expectations -comfy, cosy, convenient and practical. Jenny was brilliant at communication. Just Fab.

We've been to this part of the world a few times, and it's nice to have somewhere quiet, comfortable and homely to return after a busy day of exploration. Close enough to the centre of Amble for shops, restaurants etc., but also a bit apart for the peace and quiet you visit Northumberland for. We'd 100% return here.

We had a lovely time at Middle Cottage, everything was as described and we felt very comfortable. Only downside the local pub was shut ! Hardly Dee and Charles fault. Thank you

The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped, as well as being well heated. An ideal base to spend time watching the birds or exploring the Northumbria coastline and surrounding countryside. The village will give you all you want on a day to basis. Recommend a visit to the Running Fox, tables can be booked, and the Village Inn. The cottage is beautifully quiet and a lovely place to spend time.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sammy’s place. The flat was easy to find with the descriptions/directions given prior. The host was very quick at responding when I queried parking (which was no issue at all). It was all exactly as described with a nice homely feel. The bedding felt luxurious, the towels were soft, the sofas super comfy and there was even a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge. The location was superb, so close to the centre of Hexham, yet very quiet. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend to others. Thank you ☺️

I have stayed at zoe's before its a lovely flat views are beautiful I will return again,amble was my childhood home after my parents passed 20+ years ago didnt get there as much as I would like,then along came airbnb so now can visit with somewhere to stay, home from home.

Linda’s place was perfect for our family of 4. Close to transport and supermarket. Linda met us in arrival and was very welcoming. The flat has everything we could need and more. Spotlessly clean and warm. Spacious rooms. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a very comfortable apartment right in the heart of Corbridge with views over the church. It is well-equipped and has the advantage of a parking space.

Nice flat in Gosforth. Really clean and quiet. Kitchen has got everything you need to spend a few days. Hosts offer a travel cot which was very handy. Quiet area, minutes away from Metro and bus to the city centre. Very nice local businesses around.

A cracking apartment in the city centre of Newcastle. The living room / kitchen is very spacious. Fantastic apartment overall! Neil is a fantastic host and was incredibly responsive.

Joan’s place was amazing,just felt like being at home, Everything in the place is top class,cannot fault it at all The area was perfect for visiting castles,fishiing harbours and beaches and lots of other places Added bonus was the cafe below that did a wonderfull breakfast and wonderful cakes etc

The flat was perfect for our family of three, spacious and conveniently located near shops and pubs. Haydon Bridge is a great base for Hadrian's Wall and the North Pennines. Thomas was very responsive and helpful if we had any questions.
