Conveniently located near all major tourist spots, Jit San’s place is clean, spacious and safe. Checkin was smooth with the detailed instructions from her. Would definitely stay again when visiting Melaka.

Easy to locate, nice and clean apartment to stay at. Water is given as well. Definitely coming back to stay if I travel up to Melaka again.

The place is conveniently located by the Malacca river. Parking space is public but if you wait around for sometime you will get a parking slot. Please be reminded to pay parking on weekday as the apps it’s not working and we can’t find the parking ticket so we ended up paying parking fine. Hope Ming can improve on sending check in instruction earlier to get us prepared. The place is big and spacious. Newly renovated with basic amenities provided. Bathroom floor cleanliness can be improved as it’s feel it’s need some washing and scrubbing.

Mr Tan's place is full of amenities that is convenient for family to stay in. He's responsive and helpful to my request.

I booked this place for our CNY trip with my family, and we felt more comfortable staying in the house than going outside HAHA. I'm also really happy with the PS4 (Missing those gaming days..) Overall, I highly recommend this place! The house is accurately represented in the images provided. The hosts are responsive and friendly, and the neighbourhood is quiet as well.

The best service ever from the host. From the check in till check out, host’s representative which is hid mother is the nicest. This will be my favourite spot when I am going to PD.

A very clean and nice place to stay.. If you ride to Melaka by Motorcycle, really recommend to stay here, as you can park your motorcycle inside the fence and directly in-front of the homestay 👍🏻

Despite of all the hiccups, I would still recommend this place to my everyone especially those who wish to organize events consisting big number of people. Everything is so convenient. You could have your food prepared by the caterer for the entire stay, and you wouldn't have to worry whether or not you'll feel comfortable as the house is so spacious and well-equipped.

the homestay is very clean & can accommodate 5 families as requested. I would appreciate if the check in time would be earlier, perhaps 1pm as the homestay allows after 3pm to check in. Even hotel would allow earlier than this homestay. But overall, the homestay was to our expectation.

The host's rep very friendly and flexible. House is clean and comfortable for my family.. Had a wonderful stay.. Attraction are nearby about 2-5 minute drive...

Stayed here for two nights participating in the PD triathlon race. Peaceful surrounding. Quiet and cosy. The unit is on the ground floor hence access is easy. Within walking distance to convenience stores, supermarket as well as restaurants. Responsive host. Highly recommended.

Kami datang untuk menginap satu malam kerana ada majlis perkahwinan keesokan paginya. Tempat ini sangat tenang, tiada bunyi bising atau kesesakan, dengan pemandangan indah dari balkoni. Angin sepoi-sepoi, memang rasa nyaman dan santai. Tempat letak kereta percuma juga sangat mudah. Kami datang dengan 4 kereta dan tiada masalah untuk mencari tempat parkir. Dari balkoni pun boleh pantau kereta dengan mudah. Rumah sangat kemas dan selesa. Dilengkapi dengan pelbagai kemudahan seperti pembakar roti, air fryer, periuk elektrik, dan dispenser air. Tuan rumah, Nabila, sangat responsif dan baik hati. Terima kasih kerana membenarkan kami menginap di sini! Kami pasti akan kembali jika ada peluang. Highly recommended!

Eunice was a perfect host. She patiently attended to all my queries. The place was excellent and very near to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay. We were 7 adults and 2 children. It was just nice for all of us. We got extra 2 mattresses with extra charges but I don’t mind because it was overall worth it! Thank you so much, Eunice!
