We had a fantastic experience at Lay Tin's lovely B&B. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The owner, Laytin, was incredibly responsive and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality extended to us during our stay.

Best stay thus far! It’s really cosy and nice. Really like the living area, as every piece of furniture seems to be well thought out before placement. Kudos to that! Other than finding the pillow a little too high for comfort, missing a cooking pan as I planned to toast my bread a little but couldn’t find one. Everything else is good!

Convenient location , clean and spacious unit ! Most importantly is pet friendly ! But make sure you carry pet in a bag , that’s alot of muslim friends staying there .

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights at this unit. The instructions given were clear which made check-in and check-out very smooth. The unit is very nice, clean and quite cold that you don't even need to on the aircond. To reach Malacca town is only about 9 mins drive. I love this town becoz there are many tourism and eateries places. Miss Tan and Siti are very responsive host. They replied to all my queries within a minutes. My family had a very memorable experience staying here and we will laugh each time we talk about it. 😂

Sangat recommended kalau ada yang nak menginap dekat unit ni . Kami sekeluarga 4 orang cukup dua katil Queen . Dan disediakan tilam lebih pula . Paling penting apartment ni memang best sebab disediakan pool & gym . Sayang sangat sebab kasut tak bawa . Taman sekeliling ada tempat senam calisthenics . Lepas ni akan datang sini lagi untuk check in . Dalam unit memang dah disediakan towel yang mencukupi untuk berapa orang guest yang telah di inform kepada host . Please be inform that sabun badan & shampoo sahaja disediakan di dalam bilik air . Paling penting ada water heater .

Had a great stay at the Villa. Clean and feels like home. Great for family gathering. Vynise is very helpful friendly and responsive in guiding us thru the process from check in to check out. Overall, it is a great place for vacation.
