Alotau District : locations de vacances

Jane has a very lovely home in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded with a variety of beautiful plants and flowers. Amenities and bedrooms are clean and done up very nicely. Jane was very hospitable during our stay; making us feel right at home. I’d recommend this home for anyone choosing to visit Alotau.

We stayed here for one week, and loved every bit of it. The family is extremely friendly and took us in, and made us feel part of the family. We had our food brought to the house every day, and it was exquisite (mostly local food, and fresh fruits from the garden). They organized activities for us, such as snorkeling, bird watching, jungle walks and fishing. All at reasonable prices and with the family guiding us. The lodge is the highest placed house, a bit outside of the actual village and super safe. Warrens family always goes with you, when you walk around, and are happy to explain everything you need to know. Even as a first time Traveller to PNG, I would highly recommend staying here. It is by far the safest I’ve felt through this journey. Another important note- Warren does a great deal to give back to his community, so staying here also supports the local community, the school and the preservation of the jungle.
