Alpes-Maritimes : locations de vacances dans des lofts

The area of Le Suguet is a quaint, ancient hillside village with many restaurants to choose from. We ate at Tredici quite a few times since it was such a fine Italian restaurant with great service and outdoor seating. There were conveniently located alnight shops to get essentials and fruits and vegetable etc. This is the quintescential Cannes flat! Response was always immediate and more than helpful. I would stay here again... and again!

Cute little place! It's described as a loft but please note it is a STUDIO apartment with a small upstairs space they have pushed an extra bed into (I opted to sleep downstairs). It's just not much of a loft space. But it's a great place in a great location. I walked everywhere and easily found my way back. Lots to do nearby. My only complaint was that you have to meet the host or his daughter to check in, which made it difficult to just be able to check in as needed...they use a lock box to check out with but I don't know why it couldn't be used for check-in too. It would be nice to have that flexibility. But the host was very kind and even worked wiht me on when I messed up my dates and had to change them. It was a great stay!

I had an amazing stay at Anthony's in the heart of Nice! The location could not be better – it's right in the center, with everything you could need just steps away. From trendy cafes and local shops to the beautiful Promenade des Anglais and beach, everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring Nice incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into the decor, with lovely touches that made it feel like a home away from home.

It was one of the finer stays at an Airbnb for me. I came for a work exposition at the hall where the Cannes film festival takes place. It was 15 minutes walk away, so an enjoyable walk. I loved the window over the bed, my wife and I were lucky to enjoy a full moon shining through. We were there in the winter, and =were very pleased with how well the heater worked! The place was super cozy. I wish I had asked for some basics. We stayed for 5 nights and would've liked to change the sheets once, and have a new set of towels half way through. The fridge was absolutely empty and there were no toiletries when we arrived. So the next day, my wife and I got groceries and we felt right at home every morning. I know that had I asked early enough, they would have been very ready to do the necessary to make us happy. One thing I'd do better is mark the keys! There's 3 of them to get your head around and it can be a bit frustrating to lock and unlock the door.

Le logement est de structure atypique et idéal pour un séjour à plusieurs foyers. Salle de bain dans chaque chambre et une supplémentaire au rez de chaussée au cas où ! La surface n'est pas grande mais on s'y sent à l'aise. Les lits (inclinables!) et la literie sont agréables. Le déco est artistique et cohérente. Le mobilier n'est pas suédois (!) et de goût très personel. Nous avons aimé. L'accès à la plage et a la promenade sont extraordinairement pratique et permet une grande flexibilité pour une vie avec enfants. Les commodités sont proches. Pas besoin de véhicule. La possibilité de garer le véhicule dans un garage sous terrain situé à environ 200m est un plus incontestable. Le logement dispose des équipement pour la plage, parasol, chaises basse et nouille pour nager. Bref, nous étions ravis. la propriétaire et la gestionnaire ont rapidement traité un incident de parcours tout à fait fortuit et indépendant de leur volonté. Écoute et rapidité de réaction.

De loft was gezellig, en huiselijk ingericht. Een feelhome gevoel. Toppie. Een aanrader voor een volgend verblijf.

Extremely useful host who communicated often and made checking in and finding it extremely easy. It’s spacious and there’s a lovely view of the square from a large window in the living room. The bed is extremely comfy, the shower is large, you can see right to the sea out the window in the bedroom and the living room/kitchen is comfortable and convenient. It was all clean and well decked out. It’s also in an amazing location. AMAZING value for money! Highly recommend overall!!! Only negatives (and they’re not big): -It’s up quite a few stairs (I think 3 flights) and the staircase is quite dark -There isn’t a door to the bathroom, just a curtain (but that’s not really a problem unless you want a lot of privacy) -There weren’t many glasses in the kitchen and the few they had were quite dirty/dusty (they mostly had wine glasses/mugs not regular ones).

The apartment is in a good location a short walk from lots of local amenities. As as host, Martina is excellent with lots of communication before and during the stay, with information about the apartment. We will hopefully use the apartment again next year.

Another stay at Cristel’s wonderful apartment which I love coming back to when in Cannes! Convenient location, beautifully appointed and cosy, Cristel thinks about everything her guests may need and so much more. She’s a wonderful and kind host, always welcomes me on arrival and comes to see me off when I leave. Thank you Cristel for another enjoyable stay and see you next year.

We loved our stay! Was perfect location to explore Nice and the surrounding area as it was so close to the train station. Great bed and shower

Virginie is a very gracious host. Met us upon check in. Had start up supplies to welcome our group. Very communicative and responsive. Great sense of modern design. Provided for a great home base after hours of exploring the French Riviera.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the local church tower and the water. We couldn’t spend enough time on the patio! The location is perfect, because you don’t have to wheel your luggage up and down the steps in the pedestrian zones, but you are so close to all the restaurants and charm of old town VSM
