Beautiful cabin of private acreage

Guyton’s place was wonderful! It was very close to our project site, worked great for our crew, and Guyton was an extremely great host! Super accommodating, kind, and had so much grace when our travel plans changed. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

Great place! We loved staying there with my family for 3 nights!

Thank goodness we booked this house! Our family of four (2 adults + a 16 year old boy and 13 year old boy) planned to go skiing and snow boarding but the weather did not cooperate. With no snow, we were so thankful to have booked a house with everything we needed for a vacation with or without snow. Our boys said they cannot wait to go back- they loved the foosball, pool table, and outdoor basketball the most. And the many board games to compete against their parents were also plusses. The house is in a quiet area that makes you feel like you are all alone and yet you are within minutes of the quaint town of Greer with some fun food options, including our fave -Edelweiss. There is also easy access hikes for all experience levels within minutes. We cannot wait to come back.

BOOK THIS NOW! Kristilyn and Brian go above and beyond to welcome you into their space. Great for kiddos and also friendly for the grandparents! Welcome basket at entry! Three story bunk beds with reading lamps at each level for kids to enjoy a book before bed. Everything was absolutely wonderful!!! From the coffee to cooking, not one thing to complain about. I left my daughters favorite blanket and was notified immediately, Kristilyn also offered to mail it to us. I will be booking again! Didn’t feel comfortable visiting town but the cabin had everything, we never wanted to leave. BOOK BOOK BOOK!

We went at the perfect time, when we first got there we had no snow and the next morning it was a winter wonderland! The cabin was so cozy and warm and perfect for watching all the snow fall, it was more than worth what we paid! Definitely a top 5 vacation for our family, thanks to Dabney! :)

Shannon's cabin was a wonderful place for us to stay and relax. The interior space was larger than it looked in the photos and it was so nice to walk over and sit by the small river. She and Sam were great to work with and had the cabin ready for us to have a great stay; from the comfy bed & linens, to a well stocked kitchen (we really appreciated the sharp kitchen knives!) We loved how secluded the South Fork area is, yet how close to stores it is too.

We booked this beautiful cabin for our Christmas vacation and it was absolutely breathtaking. The views were beautiful. The cabin was very nice. Everything seemed very clean. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great place. Lots of space. We only had 4 people, but could’ve definitely had twice as much (or more) people there comfortably. Had everything we needed. Coffee, lots of towels, heaters, medicine, plenty of nice touches. Nice location. 15 min from Alpine and Springerville. Big front and back yard. Would’ve been great for my kids. Peaceful area. Helpful and responsive hosts. Would stay again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Paul was a fantastic host, super nice and checked in after we got some snow. The snow made our stay even more magical with the wood stove and beautiful land to walk. We planned to adventure into the gila forest but loved the surrounding private area so much we stayed at the cabin the whole time. Our dog was equally as excited to explore, we went up to the ridge and hiked around the natl forest multiple times a day where we spotted elk herds. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need, just make sure to stop for groceries as there isn’t much close by. We have stayed at many airbnbs across the country and this secluded cabin is one of our favorites. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Paul!

The cabin is beautiful and definitely feels rustic and comfy. Our family was there for a hunting trip and we had everything we loved it. We ended up needing more wood for the stove and Brina responded right away. The views are gorgeous and it’s very private so our boys could take the dogs out for walks. There was a fire pit outside to roast marshmallows and relax. There isn’t a tv which we loved but just a heads up for anyone who prefers to watch tv while on vacation. Also, the WiFi worked great if you need to get work done. Overall, our stay was great and exactly what we needed.

We arrived late and it was nice that there were some lights on when we arrived. Plenty of privacy without feeling isolated. Had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two suggestions: 1. If you want use of the garage that is pictured, ask ahead of time; and 2. Request a map to the property location, would have made our arrival much easier. We would stay again for sure! Thanks for the great stay Chelsea!

I enjoyed my stay and thought the cabin was just like the pictures, lots of room and peaceful and quiet. I did run into a problem but It was handled quickly and appropriately which I appreciated. I would definitely stay there again! Beautiful and relaxing! Lots of games for the family to play! 😊

This little cabin was just what we needed to get away for a couple of days. It was clean and had everything that we needed. It was also plenty warm on a cool 6° morning. Thank you!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The cabin was so cute and well appointed, and we had everything we needed. Love the location in Greer, with access to hiking and fishing all around. We are all looking forward to our next visit!

We loved the place! Soaring ceilings and the classic log cabin look was great. Each bedroom having it's own good sized bathroom was also key. I only had two very small complaints 1) I don't enjoy having a camera on me on the porch so that someone could be listening in on your conversations but we were there during the winter so this didn't affect us much. 2) The dumpster is somewhat far away where you are supposed to put the trash. Neither one of these will keep me from coming back though. We had a great time and are thinking about renting the same cabin again to experience the summer there as well.
