We loved staying at Molly’s place. The hosts were responsive and, even though checking in and out was a bit challenging, they tried their best to be helpful in the process. They also allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time, which was very beneficial for us. The only criticism I have is in regards to Don Hicks, which was the person that helped us transport our luggage to the cabin when we arrived. Initially, he was very nice; however, due to the snow storm, we had difficulty locating the loading zone especially this being our first time in weather like this. He grew frustrated and unnecessarily referred to our friends with the R-slur. We understand his frustration, but this attitude had us discouraged. We understand that this is outside of the host’s control which is why I think they deserve 5 stars, but I would recommend them to provide someone else to help transport. Again, very beautiful cabin and location with great hosts.

This Little Red House is something you only dream of and the hosts are what make you realize you're reality... A very beautiful house, great for a couple or two friends overlooking a gorgeous view of the serene and quiet Topaz Lake... The quietest place we've ever been... It's so special to us we wish we could buy the house ourselves hahaha. If you have the time, definitely check this out, treat it with respect and you'll have a great stay... Topaz Lodge is right around the corner too... It's an unforgettable spot we can only hope to come back to one day. We love this house and Topaz Lake... Thank you so much. It really helped us ❤️

Amanda was an absolute the greatest house. The place was nice, in a good location, with a nice big backyard. We had fun nights in the hot tub. The only complaint I had was we did not use the upstairs bedrooms because it was wildly hot up there. We all just slept on the couch and the downstairs bedroom. A nice portable AC unit will be a good idea to bring if you have one. The fans that were there did not do it justice.

Stay was great- beautiful house about 15 minutes from the California Lodge at Heavenly. Denise was a great host. There was a local power outage and she called to provide information on battery powered lights & heaters. Tons to do in the house- game room, hot tub, etc to keep everyone busy. One thing that is a MUST is a AWD vehicle, as the driveway & road approaching are both very steep. All in all, would stay again!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! I can’t recommend Katia’s place enough! Our family of four (two adults, two kids) had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The layout is ideal for two families, with plenty of space and bathrooms to ensure comfort for everyone. A bonus TV in the downstairs game room was great—kids could watch their shows while we relaxed upstairs. The Xbox with a solid game collection (we had fun playing FIFA!) was a huge hit. They also have a classical guitar in great shape, which was fun to play. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook fresh meals, and there’s ample storage for coolers and bags, making organization effortless. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and flexible, even allowing us to check in early when the kids needed rest. We’d absolutely stay here again!

An incredible stay for me and my husband plus our two pups. It’s private and peaceful and was a great space for our pups to run around. Pamela is a great communicator and responsive. The house has majority of the cooking essentials you’ll need. It was a great place to stay!

The host is very nice and responsive. Also, the house is pretty and looks like new remodeled. This is the best one we ever stayed in Lake Tahoe area
