Convenient Cozy place for a Bear Valley get-away.

This is a really nice 2 bedroom loft in Snowcrest with ski in/ski out from the back of the building to the 6 lift. Eli was super responsive and friendly in dealing with a few minor check in/logistics issues. Note the 2nd bedroom is technically a semi-open loft with no wall/door so it does not work as a quiet space if people are still awake/making noise in the living room. But if everyone goes to bed at the same time, it's great.

We had a great stay! Location was brilliant being a short walk to lifts. Jessica and Jeanelle were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had.

Jason’s condo is great, and Jason is awesome! He responded very quickly, even with the extreme short notice with which we booked. The condo is very clean and tidy and feels like home, and is literally the most conveniently located of all locations in Bear Valley. We loved the experience so much that we’re back again now, just 1 week later. For this second visit, Jason was just as responsive and we’re getting to check out now after our second amazing stay.

perfect spot for a weekend of skiing. easy to get to, with parking out front. plenty of room for 6 of us. everything clean, and great pellet wood stove. would stay again.

Our stay at Tom and Patti’s place was fantastic! They are great communicators and made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. There were even homemade brownies in the kitchen! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our pups loved playing in the snow in the backyard. After hikes and sledding, it was so nice coming back home to enjoy a cozy dinner while watching the snow fall. We would love to stay again!

This place was great for my two-night ski trip to Kirkwood. All instructions were clear, and the place is clean and exactly as described. The shower and bathroom heater were great after a long day of skiing. I prepped my meals in advance so the kitchenette worked fine for me. If you need to work remotely: There’s no desk in the room, but there’s a large communal area with WiFi, tables, and chairs (and a cozy fireplace) where I worked for a few hours. It was extremely quiet when I was there. Jessica was extremely responsive and flexible. I’d stay here again. Thanks Jessica!

My family and I stayed here for our ski trip to Sierra-at-Tahoe. The location was perfect, only a 12 minute drive from the resort. There were a ton of activities for my children to entertain themselves with as the home was loaded with board games, modern amenities and a game room. We found ourselves mainly enjoying the snow play the area had to offer along with the air hockey table that doubled as a ping pong table. The fenced off backyard offers a large space for kids to play in the snow. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ on the patio, but the fire pit was unfortunately acting up so we didn’t get to use it. That was probably our one disappointment. We were surprised to see a hot tub on-site that was locked up. I presume it is there for the private use of the homeowners as it is not advertised as an amenity. Overall, we made great memories! The hosts were also very quick to respond and friendly. I would stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! The hot tub was awesome and the location was great. Our boys (2 and 5) loved the house and it was great to have 2 separate bedrooms - one for us and one for the kids.

The house was great. Newly renovated and looks amazing. Some times you sign up an Airbnb that looks great on the pictures, but reality turns out quite different. This was a rare one where reality turned out much better than the photos. The natural lighting from the kitchen and living room looks like something from Architectural Digest. You could serious sit there for hours just enjoying the scenery. Appliances were brand new and functioned perfectly. Even my "hard to please" mother-in-law was complimentary of the facilities. The host Jeanette was very responsive and provided plenty of recommendations and follow-ups. Check in/out is easy. Will definitely come back again!

The place was very clean. Has a wonderful dining table seats 13. I have no complaints. Very good accommodations.

We had a really great time for our first snow trip as a family to Bear Valley. The condo is super close to Bear Valley Lodge where they have many restaurants and walkable to Bear Valley Adventures for tubing and sledding. Very clean and comfortable. The host had very clear instructions on how to get there and access as well as tips prior to arriving at the unit. This will be our go to lodging for Bear Valley!

This was the perfect little getaway for my mom and I. There’s a nice balcony to enjoy evening wine and morning coffee that overlooks trees, the unit was very quiet, plenty of amenities for everything we needed. The unit was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable, especially the bed. The only thing that needed to be brought was food. There is a small general store with some frozen foods, and a few restaurants. There’s a coffee pot but you’ll need to bring your own coffee. It’s only ten minutes to Lake Alpine and lots of beautiful easy hiking trails near the condo. My mom is 84 and she did it no problem and the wildflowers and little creek on the property are so beautiful. We would stay here again.

This place is the premiere place to stay at for a ski-in ski-out experience at Kirkwood. It's walking distance to Snowkirk and The Wall and you can even see the groomers working on Cornice at night. Our group took a short walk over to the Cornice Grill for dinner.

We were the first guests and Doug was so flexible and accommodating. The views are gorgeous from the place with a large, functional modern kitchen and the fireplace makes the whole space cozy.

This is our second stay at Greg and Mallory's Kirkwood Condo. We will be planning our third soon. You just can't beat this location. Ski in/Ski out with private parking and amazing views. We especially enjoyed star gazing at night and watching the groomers work the mountain. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need. Can't wait to go again.

We enjoyed our stay i this cozy studio and it close to Lift

We loved the pellet stove for heating! The condominium was very spacious with two almost completely separate, self-contained living spaces. We had to bring our dog, and the space worked for having a pet.

Great location. Easy in and out to the mountain.
