We enjoyed Jim‘s cozy and clean cabin. In and out skiing, beautiful nature for walks and the fire place and jacuzzi made it a fun stay.

Love Jeremy’s place. It is indeed a happy vibes place. We have everything we need and are enough for larger group. Clean and comfortable beds and pillows. Jeremy is very responsive and flexible. Love this place and highly recommended! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time here. Perfect location in between the two Kirkwood base areas. Rooms are recently remodeled/updated, including new Scandinavian furniture and new cookware/tableware. The layout is great and even a larger group of skiers will have a great time here without stumbling over living room sofa beds etc Natalia was a fantastic, responsive, and proactive host. We had some travel issues and she was very accommodating with flexible checkin and checkout. We would definitely come here again. Not an actual problem but we were joking about it our whole stay: in all our time staying at vacation homes it finally happened here for the first time! There was no corkscrew in the otherwise well equipped kitchen! lol

Such a great cabin for our large group! Loved that there’s a barroom on each floor and getting to and from the village is an easy walk. The included snowmobile ride in/out was perfect for all our gear. Beautiful location and super cozy. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to The lake as well. Comfortable beds and nice pillows and sheets!

Great single room, turned out very comfy. Doug definitely went over and beyond after I mistakenly thought I booked a condo unit with kitchen for our family of 4. He brought up extra chairs, plates, silverware, blanket, etc. Very responsive and thoughtfully checked in that we were good after my snafu. The directions were also super clear for finding the place. He is super friendly and I understand why he gets so many 5 star reviews. We will be back!!!!

Doug rescued us because the room we had paid for was double booked by another condo owner. He quickly found us another unit and fid everything possible to help us out and make our stay enjoyable. He is a first rate unit manager!

It’s not easy to find a big unit at Kirkwood. The bed configurations work well for us. We have a couple and a family of 4, so there’s room for everyone. The location is decent. Walkable to chair6/5 and there’s a shuttle pickup spot close by. It’s a bit further out than the orange parking area. We did run into some issues: - there was a power outage at Kirkwood. That means power was out for a while, including WiFi and seems to even impact phone reception. But this was not an issue of the owner. Two technicians came by the unit the next two days to make sure everything is restored. - the two bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor were cold. The thermostats didn’t seem to do anything but there are space heaters that worked for us. The garage is narrow but it does fit - we had two SUVs.

Beautiful location with amazing views at night. We stayed 3 nights and it was so nice having a fully stocked kitchen. We brought groceries and made meals and had lunch at our rental. I will definitely look for Doug’s place the next time we ski at Kirkwood.

Perfect location, spacious and clean. Great for our 2 families. True Ski in ski out with easy parking. Look forward to coming back!

Beautiful place with everything we needed and more. The amount of beds in the condo is exceptional and the loft/3rd bedroom is a great room for kids. The place is stocked and close to the ski school area. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families! I can’t recommend Katia’s place enough! Our family of four (two adults, two kids) had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of skiing. The layout is ideal for two families, with plenty of space and bathrooms to ensure comfort for everyone. A bonus TV in the downstairs game room was great—kids could watch their shows while we relaxed upstairs. The Xbox with a solid game collection (we had fun playing FIFA!) was a huge hit. They also have a classical guitar in great shape, which was fun to play. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook fresh meals, and there’s ample storage for coolers and bags, making organization effortless. Katia was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and flexible, even allowing us to check in early when the kids needed rest. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The house was super cozy and comfortable for our extended family of 9. The staff was very helpful with our delayed arrival. Kitchen had all the cookware we needed. Fireplace was well stocked with wood. We all loved the home and hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly thoughtful, and the place was spotless—one of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It truly felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more comfortable. It’s about a 45-minute drive to Kirkwood. Also, keep in mind that there aren’t many options for restaurants and stores nearby, so plan accordingly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Charlotte is awesome host and helped us to feel like home. Every thing we needed was already there. Beautiful house and location.

We loved staying at Molly’s place. The hosts were responsive and, even though checking in and out was a bit challenging, they tried their best to be helpful in the process. They also allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time, which was very beneficial for us. The only criticism I have is in regards to Don Hicks, which was the person that helped us transport our luggage to the cabin when we arrived. Initially, he was very nice; however, due to the snow storm, we had difficulty locating the loading zone especially this being our first time in weather like this. He grew frustrated and unnecessarily referred to our friends with the R-slur. We understand his frustration, but this attitude had us discouraged. We understand that this is outside of the host’s control which is why I think they deserve 5 stars, but I would recommend them to provide someone else to help transport. Again, very beautiful cabin and location with great hosts.

This place is cozy and adorable. It has a rustic cabin feel. The bedrooms are nice and the beds were comfortable. It was just perfect for a little getaway in Tahoe. The back porch and the backyard were very enjoyable. This place is fabulous for the price.

My family and I loved our stay at Amie's listing! she was very accommodating and was extremely responsive. She has reminders throughout the home of the instructions given on the AirBnB app. The home itself was beautiful and the area was so peaceful. Thank you for everything Amie!
