Paradise Found! This place is truly a paradise! The property is beautifully built with so much character – every brick tells a story. The bathrooms are immaculate, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The garden is a real highlight, with a wonderful selection of fruits and vegetables that are so well grown. We had the pleasure of enjoying these fresh harvests during our stay. The entire garden is meticulously maintained, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Wendy and Pete have done an exceptional job in curating this beautiful space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Had a wonderful stay with our dog. We did need assistance during our stay due to some regional storms, and Pauline and team really looked out for us, which we very much appreciated. 10/10 would book again if they’d take us.

Great place to stay in the Bright area, walking distance to Porepunkah pub and cafes, close enough to Bright for easy access with a private and peaceful location.

Nice and private location. Close to both Porepunkah and Bright townships. Local tourist booklet was left for us which helped us plan our stay. Friendly cattle greeted us upon arrival as did Ian (owner).

Lovely home, very welcoming and clean and tidy on arrival. Beds extremely comfortable and cozy. Lots of room for the kids to run around outside. Would recommend this stay and will hopefully be back next year.

The home was well furnished and spacious for our party of 7 adults and 2 dogs. The view of the valley from the front of the property is great. Having 2 seating areas in the house is helpful, as both areas have televisions and it was possible to watch different programs simultaneously. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. The attention to detail is evident in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample crockery, cutlery, pans and tools. This made us feel “at home”. A good sized, well maintained, landscaped, fully fenced garden suited our 2 dogs. David, the host, promptly responded to any of our queries before we arrived at the property and while we were there, ensuring us of a comfortable and happy stay at the house. However, we have a suggestion regarding the steps inside the house. The steps need clearer demarcation to make them more visible, particularly as the steps are of varying depth. Thank you Andrew, your place was just perfect for our needs. You managed to make us feel at home away from home. I loved the little touches like the soft music and lights on upon arrival. The place was spotless clean. My daughter loved finding all the little animal decorations around her house! Thanks again for the great communication and responsiveness.

Freeburgh is a great spot, right next to Bright and beautiful all around. The house was exactly as described, it is compact and clean with lovely hosts. The internet out here can be a bit spotty, but we had no trouble logging in and using our Netflix. There weren’t any TV channels, but the internet was strong enough to use our subscriptions. Even though there are lots of apartments on the block we didn’t have any trouble with noise or other neighbours. Great spot to wander across the road and find the river and a lovely walking track, just minutes away.

This is a five star resort esp with kids. Staff is very helpful and there are lots of activities to do.

Two colleagues and I rented the place during the off-peak snow season (for work purposes) but even without the snow, it is in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The host was exceptional—always quick to respond to my messages and very accommodating. The only hiccup was that the neighbors were quite nosey. Great property for a family I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location for a long weekend in Bright! We had a great stay and our dog loved the fenced garden. The location is perfect for an easy short walk to the river, shops or restaurants. The property also has everything you need if you wanted to stay in, cook and watch a film on the smart tv. We found the bed so comfortable and having air conditioning was ideal for a hot weekend. We would definitely look to stay again for our next visit to Bright!

Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at Feathertop due to the Snap Lockdown for regional. However, they have responded so quickly and so well to the lockdown, we were not stressed out at all. We got our refund in less than a week. Thanks Feathertop, hoping to stay with you next Snow Season.

I loved the location and how easy it was to follow the instructions of how to get there and check in. The room was just perfect for what I needed. It was clean, tidy and had the necessities. Customer care reached out and offered their support for any time of my stay which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place with breathtaking views amazing pool to swim in. Mount Buffalo is a very short ride or drive. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

It was a holiday / romantic getaway i really needed so the space was perfect for feeling very well looked after. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated and the location meant there were plenty of things to do in such a beautiful region (nature, history, food and wine). I could have happily stayed longer.

We loved our recent stay in this cozy cottage. It is in a great, peaceful location, ideal to explore the surrounding area. Our dogs were safe in the lovely and private courtyard. Can highly recommend.

La Baracca was the most divine stay in the most delicious location. Quiet, private, and divine. Such a beautiful space. The perfect way to spend a weekend in the mountains! Complimentary muffins and everything you need including a full coffee machine which was use to its fullest. The bedding and bathroom, design and thoughtfulness throughout was done with great love. Loved sitting out in the garden, eating outdoors, reading in the cozy chair by the window and sipping cups of herbal tea. I will be back to stay for another solo retreat.

We had a brilliant stay in Porepunkah and would not hesitate to stay again. The log cabin was set in a beautiful, quaint location and it made for a very relaxing week. Claudia was great with helping us check in and showing us around with the property being walking distance to the town of Porepunkah. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful spot. Sauna, spa, ice baths all a bonus. Bright is a magical alpine town.
