Logement impécable et très bien placé (15 min à pied du vieux centre). Dommage que l'eau du robinet ne soit pas potable surtout lors des grosses chaleurs !

La location est fidèle à l'annonce. Le mobilier n'est pas de première age (question de goût pour une déco années 70) mais reste fonctionnel et pratique. Mich est très a l'écoute, reactif et donne des bons conseils. Avec la liaison bus/métro on a pu profiter de Wien sans prendre la voiture. A notre arrivée on avait de quoi faire un dîner simple (merci) et surtout un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Le logement est grand et permet d'être nombreux sans se marcher dessus.

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

Great place to stay, eaay access to city, quiet location. Spacious house, modern interior and very clean. Host very friendly and proactive contact to nske sure everything OK. Recommend this place if you want a beautiful rural stay within easy access of city.

Perfekt voll ausgestattetes Apartment, sehr ruhig. In gut 10 min zu Fuß von der Station Kagran entfernt in einem Wohnviertel gelegen. Großes Bett, kleines Büro im Zugang mit Schreibtisch. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Privatsphäre. Nadine ist ein Airbnb-Profi! Bei Gelegenheit buche ich die Unterkunft gerne wieder.

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Norbert.Die Betten waren sehr bequem und qir haben Eichhörnchen im Garten gesehen.

Мястото за почивка е много уединено, в тих и спокоен квартал. Близо е до места за развлечения и реката. Паркингът е в сградата и е много удобен.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Totul a fost la superlativ! Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Bucătăria dotată cu toate cele necesare. Susanna e o femeie excepțională, ne-a făcut plăcere să putem servi un pahar de suc și să jucăm o tablă împreună. Cu siguranță revenim. Recomand cu toată inima și mulțumim gazdei pentru ședere!

בית מאוד יפה , מטופח , הכל מסודר ונקי. מיקום שקט ויפה . מיצ'י קיבל אותנו בידיים פתוחות ודאג שאנחנו נעבור את החופש שלנו בכיף . לכבוד חג מולד הביא לנו מתנה מאוד יפה. הילדים נהנו בבית שלו , הכל היה מאוד נוח . מקום ממש נחמד לחגיגת חג המולד ובילוי משפחתי . תודה רבה למיצ'י , נמליץ על המקום הזה למשפחה ולחברים וכמובן נשמח לחזור בעתיד.

Selten habe ich mich in einem AirBnB so wohl gefühlt wie in dem wunderschönen Zuhause von Alix und Günther. Sehr geschmackvoll, es war alles da, was man sich hätte wünschen können und nichts zu viel. Sehr schönes Himmelbett, großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, Küche mit allem, was man so brauchen könnte, Wohnzimmer und Esstisch. Weitere Sitzgelegenheiten in Wintergarten und vor dem Haus, aber dafür war es zu kalt. Man kann direkt loswandern in den wunderschönen Wienerwald. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Wien dauert mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln etwas und die Anbindung ist abends nicht mehr optimal, aber das war uns vor der Buchung klar. Klare Empfehlung!

Mooi, compact en compleet appartementje. Verwacht niet dat je met vijf personen aan tafel kunt. Maar voor ons gezin van vijf en twee honden was het perfect. Half uurtje lopen van het centrum. Als je niet van lopen houdt, is het openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Fijne week gehad hier! En Armin is attent, snel en behulpzaam. Absoluut een aanrader.

Apartment is in nice area close to center of Vienna! We have find on street parking in same street where apartment is, with no charge on weekends. Tram station is very close. Bolt is cheap to get to the St Stephens Platz, but you can walk for 20 minutes to reach it on foot. Apartment is clean and big with new kitchen and comfy bed. Underfloor and electric heating works well. Good shower pressure. Private space in garden. Everything was wonderful! Thank you!

Marion est soucieuse du confort de ses hôtes, arrangeante (nous avons pu déposer les bagages avant l'heure prévue). Elle réagit très vite pour régler les menus détails éventuels. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons pas profiter du jardinet à l'arrière (au mois de mars, c'est un peu frais pour s'y installer) mais il donne envie d'y passer la soirée.

Wir haben ein Wochenende mit Freunden (8 Personen) in Wien verbracht und sind immer noch begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sogar noch gemütlicher als auf den Fotos. Die Kücje war sehr umfangreich eingerichtet und es gab viele durchdachte Extras wie Brettspiele, Föhne, ein Bügeleisen usw. Bettina war eine tolle Gastgeberin – super nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar für lokale Tipps. Ein besonderes Highlight war natürlich der leckeren Kuchen 😊 Eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!
