I was for approx. 2 weeks in David´s apartment. I know Hamburg already very well, so it is a perfect area for a stay in this beautiful city and the apartment is also in a beautiful house on the top with a perfect view around. The spacy balcony would be lovely for warmer times. I was there in Dec. / Jan.. The apartment itself is also very spacy with nice furnisher. Communication with David was quick, friendly and on the point. Thanks for the hospitality.

Es war eine super unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Bildern und in einem super Zustand mit toller Einrichtung und einem super schönen Garten. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool. Es war ein echter Glücksgriff .

Mein Mann und ich waren für eine Nacht mit seiner Schwester im Appartello. Uns hat besonders gefallen das wir unseren Hund mitnehmen konnten. Wir haben sogar Näpfe bekommen, eine Kleinigkeit an Futter und ein paar Infos bzg einer guten Route zum spazieren. Das Schlafsofa wurde auch direkt vorbereitet. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden und würden immer wiederkommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im THE JORK. Die Wohnung ist toll und Tiziana die netteste Gastgeberin, die man sich vorstellen kann! So freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

I stayed with Viktor for over a month and everything about it was just great. He’s the nicest host, always taking care of my comfort and he keeps everything super clean. He also recommended things to do and I had great conversations with him. I’d definitely recommend staying there, you’ll have such a great time☺️

Ich hatte das Glück, drei Monate in diesem wunderschönen Architektenhaus zu verbringen – ein echter Glücksgriff. Schon beim Ankommen spürt man die Ruhe, die diesen Ort besonders macht. Die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und holen die Natur direkt ins Haus. Der Blick aus den Fenstern ist ein echtes Highlight – es fühlt sich an, als wäre man mitten im Alstertal, das tatsächlich nur knapp 300 Meter entfernt liegt. Statt Autolärm begrüßt einen hier am Morgen das Zwitschern der Vögel. Der Balkon ist durch seine geschützte Lage schon im März ein warmer, sonniger Ort zum Verweilen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles ist durchdacht und so gestaltet, dass man sich als Gast wie zu Hause fühlt. Wer einen ruhigen und stilvollen Rückzugsort sucht, ist bei Monika und Christian genau richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Ein geräumiges Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung und Parkplatz vor der Tür bzw. sogar Garage. Wer kleine Kinder hat, freu t sich über die kindergerechte Einrichtung. Ein Garten, ein Fitnessraum, Spiele, ein Lastenfahrrad, ein normales Fahrrad etc. ist alles vorhanden. Die Gastgeber bieten den Gästen ihr ganzes Heim zur Nutzung an. Lage: sieben Minuten mit dem Auto von der S-Bahn-Station Elbgaustraße entfernt, wo ein Tages-Park & Ride-Ticket zwei Euro kostet. Von dort aus kommt man in 20 Minuten direkt ins Stadtzentrum. Es ginge aber auch ohne Auto mit dem Bus, da die Haltestelle nicht weit entfernt ist. Die Anbindung ist gut und man genießt obendrein die Ruhe drumherum mit Park, Abenteuerspielplatz und Park/Wald.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Hamburg, and a significant part of that was thanks to Kathrin, our fantastic host. Kathrin is incredibly welcoming, warm, and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house itself is nothing short of delightful – it's not only clean and cozy but also perfectly matches the pictures provided in the listing. The attention to detail in every corner of the house creates a charming and inviting atmosphere. Staying at Kathrin’s place was a truly enjoyable experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hospitable place to stay in Hamburg.

Unterkunft ist absolut gut. Sehr nette Gastgeber ( Maike und Lars). Sehr offfen, hilfsbereit und einfach gut drauf. gerne immer wieder.

Monika and Christian are absolutely the best hosts anyone can ask for - but more importantly, they are genuinely good people. They ensure that your experience at the residence (and Hamburg) is comfortable and enjoyable. They do not see you as guests but as family members and friends. The residence is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and is accessible by public transport. Also, the facilities at the residence are in great and neat condition. I would 100% recommend this for your next stay in Hamburg.
