The view! This aspect of our stay made it absolutely worthwhile. We appreciated that the back patio featuring the view was very private, the apartment was walkable to everything, and the price was fair. We required heat for chilly evenings, and the thermostat worked very efficiently to warm the place. A few small notes – the apartment does have two full bathrooms, but the upstairs shower was rather impractical to use, because there was no curtain or glass to contain the water from the shower nozzle. The bathroom tiles were quite stained with several missing. The glassware and extra blankets were of questionable cleanliness, but the bedsheets and everything else appeared to be washed just ahead of our stay. An overall lovely stay!

Great spot to visit Bari, easy to walk anywhere in the city. The home is also bigger than I expected with plenty of room. Gianluca was also very responsive about any questions and help with getting to the airbnb. I would stay here again!

Siamo state 4 giorni a Matera, in questa casa molto carina e accogliente. Si trova in pieno centro storico letteralmente di fianco alla cattedrale, posizione comoda per tutti gli spostamenti. La casa è molto pulita, ordinata e c'è tutto il necessario e anche alcune accortezze in più da parte dell'host, come un cadeau di benvenuto. Paola è stata sempre disponibile e carina nei nostri confronti, rispondendo sempre molto velocemente a qualsiasi richiesta.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser schön eingerichteten und super zentral gelegenen Unterkunft!! Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Wir haben es sehr genossen uns von dort aus durch Matera treiben zu lassen, aber auch auf einer der Terrassen zu sitzen und das Treiben zu beobachten. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Wärme in der Wohnung dank funktionierender Heizungen und den Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Etwas schade war, dass die Dusche recht sporadisch und sehr eng war und die Wäsche hatte leider einen muffeligen Geruch. Alles in allem würden wir diese Unterkunft aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, sie ist ein sehr besonderer Ort in einer besonderen Stadt!

Bellissimo appartamento caratteristico. Stanze grandi e due bagni perfetti. Un po' freddo e umido nonostante il riscaldamento, ma i sassi di Matera sono così. La cucina un po' piccola e poco attrezzata. Ottima esperienza.

This place is an absolute gem. Highly recommended. The architecture, the furnishing, the quality of the linens, the privacy, very clean and a perfectly idyllic Idaho for those seeking a classic Italian accommodation in Puglia. We stayed with 2 parents, 2 kids, and it was heaven. We will definitely return! Thank you to the hosts for being responsive and offering a pre-arrival local wine menu to choose from (at an extra fee) - lovely to have local wines available upon arrival!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Angela est une personne incroyable, le logement proposé est superbe, l’endroit est calme et reposant, la piscine est un vrai plus, et le jardin avec transat et hamac est génial. Angela nous a recommandé des restaurants qui étaient divins, où nous avons été accueillis super bien, elle avait même réservé pour nous ! Bref allez-y les yeux fermés ! Gros coup de coeur pour Malaika et surtout Nana, ses chiennes qui sont tellement adorables !

Great place nearby the sea with plenty of balcony space and facilities. We stayed over the winter holidays so it was very quiet, and we know the area already it gets busier in summer. Check-in/out was very easy and we received all instructions.

Villa ampia, con tanto spazio esterno e piscina, ottima la posizione. Livio è stato gentilissimo, ma abbiamo conosciuto anche Vito e Valentina che sono stati disponibilissimi per qualsiasi esigenza e ci hanno molte indicazioni su cosa fare nella zona. Da ritornare sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

La casa di Luca è spettacolare, nuova, pulita e completa di tutto. Il giardino bellissimo, tenuto in maniera impeccabile, come la piscina, stupenda, peccato non averne potuto usufruire per colpa del tempo. Luca è molto disponibile e sempre presente per ogni bisogno, ma sicuramente non avrete bisogno di nulla. Anche se abbiamo trascorso solo 3 giorni è stata una bellissima vacanza.

Prachtig gebouw, mooie kamer, heerlijk dakterras en toffe spa beneden. Mooi dorpje, maar je hebt zeker een auto nodig om je in de omgeving te verplaatsen.

L'hôte, Nico, est très accueillant, réactif et adorable. L'hébergement correspondait exactement à la description. Le cadre était magnifique et paisible. L'hôte nous a fournit une liste de restaurants à découvrir, et c'était de très bonnes recommandations. L'extérieur est juste sublime. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sans aucuns bruits aux alentours. Le petit déjeuner a été servi à deux pas de la piscine. Juste avant notre départ, Nico nous a proposé de visité la villa, qui est magnifique de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur. Tout était parfait. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans cet hébergement !

Lorena und ihre Familie sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt pittoresk zwischen Olivenhainen. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und auch der große Garten darf von den Gästen mitgenutzt werden. Ein kleines italienisches Frühstück (1 Stck Kuchen p.P., ein Espressokännchen und etwas Obst) ist im Preis enthalten, was uns positiv überrascht hat. Man muss bedenken, dass die in AirBnB angezeigte Lage nicht korrekt ist. Tatsächlich ist das Häuschen südlich der Autobahn. Man muss noch ca. 3 km über sehr enge Straßen zwischen den Olivenfarmen fahren. Der nächste Ort sich ca. 4-5 km entfernt. Für kurze Aufenthalte sicher ok, ansonsten wird die Fahrerei mühsam.

We did enjoy our stay at Marilisa place, her mother made our check in very easy. The villa is very comfortable, has a beautiful garden and it’s very quiet being outside the city which is at a few minutes away, of course you need to have a car to go around. Definitely 5 stars!

a perfect place for a perfect Italian holiday. only 10-12min by car to the centre of Bari. Some very small inconveniences were handled directly! grazie Mario ;)

Sans hésiter, le logement de Piervito est le meilleur logement airbnb que nous ayons fait ! Un superbe "palazzo" des années 1920, magnifique, très grand avec une superbe terrasse ! Je recommande à 100% ce logement qui vous fera d'autant plus apprécier la belle région des Pouilles ! 🤩

Alojamiento precioso ,en pleno centro , vistas impresionantes , todo impecable . El desayuno nos lo dejaron en la puerta con productos caseros y típicos de la zona y pan calentito !!. Se adaptó a nuestra llegada con indicaciones precisas y fáciles . Muchas gracias Sin duda no dudaríamos en elegirlo nuevamente

L’Appartamento di Piermarco era davvero una meraviglia. La zona centralissima e piena di servizi ci ha accolto per tre giorni facendoci sentire come a casa. Arredato con cura impeccabile e molto sfizioso nelle rifiniture interne. Parcheggio sempre trovato ( a pagamento ma spesa giornaliera irrisoria) davanti al portoncino di casa. Host sempre presente, attento e disponibile. 5 stelle!! Ideale per 2 coppie o famiglia da 4 persone!! Grazie e a prestissimo!
