Idyllic, peaceful, beautiful. It was the perfect setting for a few days of peace over the holidays. We left feeling absolutely rejuvenated. The cabins were perfect, felt private. All the cork trees were amazing - such good vibes. The animals on the farm were all adorable. Would be a great place in summer when the pool is usable. The farm looks like a nice place for a wedding or other milestone family celebration for those who love nature. We would definitely visit again :)

Our stay at this beautifully restored cottage in the farmhouse was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Surrounded by the lush greenery of Serra d'Aire and Candeeiros, the property offered a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself was cozy and thoughtfully restored, blending traditional Portuguese charm with modern comforts. We loved the quiet, sunny environment, and the views of the surrounding rural landscape were breathtaking. It was the ideal setting to relax and recharge. The location is also convenient, being just 5 km from the Marian Sanctuary of Fatima, so you can easily explore the area while still enjoying the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Overall, this is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a stunning natural setting. Highly recommend!

La casa está en una finca privada, la entrada de la finca está en la misma carretera por lo que si vas con un coche de ciudad, no hay problema, a penas pisas tierra. La casa tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a menaje, juegos de mesa. Amplia chimenea y radiadores. Los anfitriones muy atentos y agradables. Si tengo que poner una pega sería el colchón, se puede mejorar. En resumen, merece mucho la pena en cuanto a relación calidad-precio.

Beautiful place. Very quiet and peaceful. Fady was very helpful in finding resources in the area that I needed. I took some lovely walks in the village and the people were very friendly. The place was very nice, with a comfortable bed, and it had everything I needed.

Local bem tranquilo e acolhedor. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos pais da anfitriã, muito simpáticos e amáveis. Vera tem muitas sugestões de coisas para fazer na região. Localização bem estratégica pra conhecer toda a região de Lisboa.

Casa extremamente limpa e arrumada. Valor justo. Não gostamos dos pássaros presos na gaiola, mas ao falar com a Senhora Isabel, ela tirou-os da casa. Não percebi também os questionamentos sobre o que fazíamos e nossa nacionalidade é a posterior necessidade de preencher um documento da Aima(antigo SEF), nunca haviam pedido nada parecido em todos os outros alojamentos locais, mas já estou a confirmar esse necessidade com a AIMA, para entender melhor. de maneira geral estou satisfeito com as instalações.

A nossa estadia nesta propriedade foi excelente. A casa é extremamente espaçosa, com 5 quartos, uma sala rústica muito bem decorada (tudo bem pensado e com muito bom gosto) e 3 casas de banho muito limpas e funcionais. Tanto as camas como a roupa de cama e toalhas eram confortáveis e de qualidade. Cozinha muito bem equipada, com vários utensílios, o que facilitou totalmente a preparação de refeições. A área de refeições no alpendre, com vista para a paisagem típica alentejana, criou um ótimo ambiente para os nossos almoços em grupo. As divisões da casa estão equipadas com ar condicionado (essencial para os dias mais quentes). Em resumo, a casa oferece tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia relaxante e agradável. Recomendo vivamente esta propriedade.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Antonio, la communication pour l'arrivée était parfaite. Sa maison est très mignonne, un peu rustique, au pied de la voie romaine pour aller se promener. Le jardin est très beau. Endroit très calme (mois de mars), hormis la route pour une des 2 chambres mais ce n'est pas très passant. Très bon endroit pour s'éloigner de la ville, tout en étant à proximité de sites à visiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la Quinta de San Pedro. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe d’amis et avec des enfants. Nous la recommandons fortement et avons hâte d’y revenir pour profiter plus longuement de ce domaine et des commodités sur place. Merci encore pour tout et à très vite

Beautiful and secluded house in a pine forest. Close to small villages and Sesimbra, with tasty local restaurants and shops. Jorge and Virgílio kindly shared many recommendations, which all proved to be great. We rented the house for a Christmas vacation. Jorge was a welcoming host! Great fireplace with plenty of wood provided by the hosts. The main house is beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well equipped, where you can cook and serve for a large party. Downside was the old/outdated appliances, but they worked fine. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable, even if a little odd as two of the bedrooms had two double beds, which may be a little confusing when booking for a large group. The house felt cold even with the central heating on. We had to keep an eye on the gas tanks to make sure they don’t run out- maybe better as a summer vacation home! As many houses in Portugal, there was a strong smell of mold. Overall a great stay!

Hôtes attentionnés, super proactifs, et accueillants. Nombreux inclus qui sont très appréciés! Logement entièrement rénové avec goût et sobriété. Environnement de mini-fermette, très paisible.

Really charming and peaceful place. Very spacious and easily kept warm by a fireplace with plenty of wood provided. Sandrine and Julien were extremely friendly, and has no problem when I caught an earlier train and asked to change my check-in. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Quinta Brigadeiro is a delightful place to stay. We received such a warm welcome from all the family and all the animals. Within five minutes of arrival we were feeding carrots to their donkeys and their dog. The accommodation itself is well designed, understated and uncluttered. It was lovely to be in a peaceful, rural area but with the amenities and attractions of Évora a short drive away. Thank you for sharing, we enjoyed our few days with you.

Un endroit très tranquille parfait pour faire une pause pendant un voyage mouvementé. Très beau logement bien équipé dans la campagne portugaise. Je recommande ce logement comme escale de repos.

Espaço muito agradável de acordo com tudo aquilo que o anúncio mencionava. Ideal para desligar da confusão do dia-a-dia com uma atmosfera de natureza calma e relaxante. A Maria foi sempre muito prestável quer em relação à estadia bem como a fornecer indicações sobre locais e eventos nas redondezas. Recomendo vivamente o espaço.

Daniel was heel behulpzaam, zeker als er een technische vraag was. Het huisje lag er paradijselijk, maar door het slechte weer hebben we niet maximaal van de mogelijkheden buiten kunnen genieten. Gelukkig kregen we van Daniel veel tips voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern für eine Woche in der Unterkunft übernachtet. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden. Das Haus hat zwar ein paar wenige altersbedingte Eigenheiten (Fenster und Schiebetüren teilweise nur schwer zu öffnen), welche aber unsere Zufriedenheit nicht eingeschränkt hat. Die Räume waren blitzsauber, der Pool war toll und es gab sogar Sandspielzeug und Sonnenschirme für die Kinder. Toll ist auch, dass das Haus so groß ist, sodass nicht alle Gäste aufwachen, wenn ein Baby in der Nacht schreit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Lourinha und kommen gerne wieder!

De Casa van Diane was precies zoals vermeld in de beschrijving en de foto’s, incl. de klim naar het kasteel, de lage waterdruk en het bed (was voor die grote Nederlanders wat van bescheiden afmeting). De Casa is heel sfeervol en met veel zorg en oog voor details ingericht. Het huisje was bij aankomst brandschoon en de prachtige tuin was keurig verzorgd. Door het mooie weer dat ons ten deel viel was het daarin heerlijk toeven. Castelo de Vide is een prachtig en gezellig stadje, de natuur van de Serra is fantastisch en bezoekje aan Marvaõ een “must”. Kortom: een heel fijn plekje voor een paar onvergetelijke dagen, dank daarvoor Diane.

We have had a very enjoyable time here. We have relaxed on the terrace, enjoyed the peace and comfort of your spacious and uncluttered home, explored the village and its surroundings and had many fine walks along the lagoon and by the sea. You do need a car! Shopping at 1 of 2 large supermarkets is super easy and only 10 minutes away. We have had a few excellent meals out and Robert’s book of places to go to and things to do has been invaluable. There is an excellent express bus to Lisbon at almost all times of day (50 minutes) with a large free carpark adjacent. Finally, but definitely not least, is Maria Jose who has been so helpful, friendly and informative. She is truly integral to the house and its comfort. One word of caution - there are many open stairs and steps in this house which may be a challenge to less agile people. Many thanks to our excellent hosts Robert and Saskia!

Raquel and her family were so accommodating with our check-in and so friendly. They gave us great advice on things to do in the area. The house is absolutely spectacular! It is even better than the pictures. The pool area is fantastic and our 3 kids loved it. We had everything we needed and more. The location is great and the local town is beautiful. Great to explore Lisbon and the surrounding areas. We would love to return! Thanks so much Raquel!
