I stayed at Juliann's Southwind condo at Seven Springs with 12 people (grandparents, parents, and 18-20 year old children) for a ski weekend in January 2025. The garage has lots of room for 8-10 people to get into ski gear and head out to the slopes. The garage space heater got us all warmed up as soon as we came in from the slopes and hung up our snow gear too! The kitchen had plenty of cookware for us to heat up a Clem's barbecue dinner each night. We had plenty of room at the dining table. Three bathrooms were plenty for our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and the fold out chairs in the basement area. The hot tub was used each night and the view of the trees covered in snow was picture perfect. Overall, an excellent condo for a big family group to enjoy Seven Springs Skiing! I would stay her again!

We went for a ski trip and the place was great! Large, comfortable, clean house that was perfect for our group (6 friends). Finding the home was slightly challenging as GPS didn't take us to the correct location at first, but the host provided written instructions for how to get there when picking up the key at another location. One thing to note, while you can ski-on to this unit (back from the lifts), you cannot ski-off as it's about 0.5 miles downhill from the nearest trail. The host told us that it was ski-on when asked, so we were expecting this, but figure I'd share here. Additionally, the shuttle stop was very close by and ran continuously during the weekend (and was available by calling during the weekdays). Overall, we were thrilled with our stay, and had a great weekend skiing.

Beautiful place! Was a great small size even with a small toddler; her pack and play fit with plenty of space for two dog beds also in the bedroom!

Easy drive to Penn State. The kids enjoyed the games and hot tub! The hosts provided coffee, snacks, and anything we could need. Cozy stay!

Perfect place to get away from the city for few days and enjoy peace and quiet. The hot tub was a tremendous joy during the cold winter days we spent here and we sometimes jumped in a few times per day. Kitchen was great for preparing simple meals, although we did pop in to Gettysburg (15 min away) for a night out. I was also remote working for part of the time and the wifi was completely up to handling video conference calls. We look forward to coming back soon!

Second time renting with Michael. Would highly recommend. His home is great, very spacious, has all the amenities we could ask for. Will probably rent again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Rich and Dee’s place. It was clean and had plenty of room. We loved that it was truly ski in/ ski out. It was nice that Rich called the week before our trip to go over a few things. That was a plus because he let you know it was okay to contact him if we had any issues but everything went well.

we absolutely loved our peaceful stay! it was just what we needed to recharge! and let me just say, this is the first airbnb we have stayed at that we felt the bed was super comfortable! Best sleep I've ever had away from our home! Will definitely want to come back!

We rented Mark's place as we were visiting our daughter who lives about 20 minutes away. We were able to host them for a night and had a wonderful dinner. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed and bath linens were very nice. Wood burning stove very easy to figure out and warmed the place up quickly. A great rental!

Steve's cottage is clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay while traveling with my dogs. It's rare to find a place with a fenced area for dogs - they appreciated being able to run and play.

My family and I really enjoyed our winter stay at the Lodge! We had 6 adults, 3 kids, and 2 infants and really enjoyed the fireplaces, cavernous downstairs recreation space, and proximity to skiing and antiquing. I also was amazed by how great the space looked for a larger group in summer: I could imagine 16+ people (mostly without small kids) having a great summer retreat with the pond, basketball and tennis courts, plentiful seating, etc.

we loved our stay at Brenda's. Spacious, clean, and cozy and we enjoyed being able to have a fire going on chilly evenings. the sunsets were immaculate and we loved seeing the neighbor's animals (cows, mini horses, etc) roam while enjoying a great view. Brenda was an absolute pleasure to be around and is very friendly. I felt very welcomed and comfortable here, and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed here as we were waiting to close on a home we are buying nearby. we had actually left two airbnbs right before finding Brenda's (one because of a bad experience and the other because of issues with the house). We were so relieved with our stay at Brenda's. It is easy to see that she takes good care of the rentals and land and definitely takes good care of visitors. I highly recommend anyone to stay!

Staying in the cabin for my 5 year anniversary was a wonderful experience. It felt nice, cozy and was nestled in the beautiful woods. Close to Gettysburg and an hour away from Hershey, great spot with lots to do within a short drive. The host Luann was so kind and helpful during our stay. We would happily stay here again!

An absolutely beautiful cabin surrounded by peaceful dense forest. It's a great place to get away from it all! Our family had a great time exploring the woods and hiking the trails.

Marie's place was amazing! Honestly - I assumed that the pictures could not be accurate...I thought there was no way the place would have that much space and be so beautiful for the price, but it was! If we are ever in Johnstown again, we will definitely try to book again!

The house was very cozy, the hosts were very helpful, and it’s easy to get to the resort either by driving or on the shuttle.

I enjoyed my stay at Samar's home very much. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The Penn State University campus is easily accessible by car or bus. I want to stay here again.

My recent stay at this property was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed here the weekend of the Penn State Football playoff game and we could not have been happier with the property. The location is perfect—quiet and serene, yet conveniently close to downtown and to Beaver Stadium. It was an easy 25-minute walk to the football game. The host, Danny, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. One of the highlights was his excellent communication. He provided detailed information about the area and was always available to answer any questions. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend this property enough. It exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a memorable and delightful stay in State College, this is the place to be.

Great condo for a weekend ski trip to Seven Springs. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located right on the shuttle line for the resort which was great, also a quick drive down if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Had a great stay and the price was excellent. Kim was also very easy to get in touch with and provided clear entry instructions at check in.

This place was such a great getaway with the gang! Gordon was super responsive and very friendly and understanding. Lots of room for us to sleep and it’s right next to the shuttle stop to go to the ski resort! Super convenient. Also the hot tub is super legit - probably the best one we used so far. Great space for us and the tvs were awesome we all watched football. Such a great weekend honestly I’d book again in a heartbeat

This place is clean, super convenient to get to the slope and have a beautiful view! Mark is very responsive and flexible. We had a good time!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located with close proximity to the resort and available shuttle services. Barrett was always responsive. A great place to stay!
