Echt een prachtige accomodaties mooie ruimte en een hele lieve gast vrije familie. Bij vragen kon ik meteen terecht en was er ook direct reactie. Bedankt voor alles!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Elena was a great host. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The location was great close to the Mora and to everything in town all the shops and restaurants. Elena responded immediately when we had any questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. She’s a great host and we highly recommend her Apartment, OK

Absolutely stunning apartment and a really warm, welcoming host. Lots of help regarding local amenities and getting around. The couple of bit of local info we asked were answered straight away.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Ho trascorso circa 20 giorni in questo appartamento in Banditella, Livorno, e l’esperienza è stata fantastica. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dal mare, ideale per chi cerca relax e comodità. L’appartamento è accogliente e ben curato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Federica, la proprietaria, si è dimostrata estremamente attenta e disponibile, sempre pronta a fornire supporto e a rispondere a qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione per una vacanza tranquilla e piacevole!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

the appartement with the beautiful Garden was really pretty. my little son enjoyed every corner of that beautiful Garden. I also appreciate the sens of communication of Pamela, she was very friendly.

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! We had the most lovely time staying here. Stunning surroundings, so peaceful and tranquil. Very private and perfectly situated between Lucca and Pisa and not too far from Firenze. Giannini kindly waited up late for us to arrive on our flight, giving clear instructions how to get to the property which otherwise could be difficult in the dark. We recommend getting a small car for those narrow lengths of road! The cottage was very rustic charm and a delight and the perfect location to return to after a long day exploring Italy. We very much recommend staying here.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que la piscine était partagée. Ce point aurait dû être précisé avant la réservation. Ceci dit, tout le reste était parfait. La maison est belle, spacieuse, propre. Carla a été très agréable. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour.

Host disponibilissimo, l’appartamento è situato vicino alle mura il che lo rendo facilmente raggiungibile anche durante i giorni di fiera del Lucca Comics. Consigliato fino a 6 persone per dimensione, molto bella la terrazza esterna per rilassarsi la sera o far la colazione la mattina.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)

The place was delightful and well situated close enough to many things while still feeling secluded. Having two sets of keys was a great help also. I would definitely recommend!

Great price and location near my work that was easy to access, free parking and washer/dryer perfect for work. It was walking distance from a great restaurant and commercial area for breakfast and everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.
