I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!! Perfect location for my family. We are originally from the area and were visiting back home from Ohio. Love the place love the location. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t working which for us in the Midwest we don’t see a pool between September and May were sad we didn’t get to swim as much as we wanted but it wasn’t in the cards this trip. We will for sure stay here again!

This was the most peaceful and beautiful space I have ever been to. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. All the greenery and the deers and random dog was super gorgeous and felt really at home. The hot tub was amazing and super relaxing. Robert was very kind and responsive, Received a phone call about all the lights, hot tub, close trails, and recommended spots!! Super helpful and very kind gesture. Would 100% go back to this place

Sean’s home was perfect for our family! The pool was perfect. And the indoor/outdoor spaces were great. The home was secluded but close to everything. We really enjoyed our time in Aptos and will definitely be back

Such a nice place to stay in Silicon Valley. Tucked back into the beautiful hills, with a walking loop through the oak trees just down the street. Responsive host. A perfect retreat.

Loved this place very much! We enjoyed our wine and snacks and movies in the living room and 3 rd bed room which both have nice views and deck in front. Too bad the trip was short and will go back again!

I'm a repeat visitor now. Donna's space is amazing as a retreat. The views part the pool are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub and sauna are perfect. And the billiards table is a fun extra.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

We spent a long weekend at Lauren's place and it was a wonderful, relaxing home away from home. Check-in was super smooth and we absolutely loved the area the listing was in. It's walkable (or a very short drive) to many local eateries, breweries, shops, and cafes on the west side and there's also plenty of nature-oriented things to do since it's so close to the ocean — hikes, beaches, walks, parks etc. The listing itself was very clean and had everything we need. Lauren even left some snacks and drinks for us as a welcome gift which we thought was very sweet. The kitchen is well stocked for your needs there. The one small setback was that it didn't have a a full sized refrigerator so the frozen foods we bought didn't quite fit into the mini fridge's freezer section. Everything was spotless and though it was raining while we were there, we would definitely come back and enjoy the patio space next time. Highly recommend this listing for a peaceful getaway to Santa Cruz.

We verbleven er met onze hele familie met 9 mensen. Elk van ons voelde zich onmiddellijk thuis. Het huis is ruim en gezelllig, het zicht op de baai prachtig, bijzonder rustig gelegen in het groen en toch dichtbij San Francisco. De tip van de eigenaar om met de ferry naar San Francisco te gaan vanuit Oakland was goud waard. Die excursie werd een zalige, rustige dag om de stad vanop het water te bereiken.

I always come back to Murthy’s place whenever I can. It’s clean, in a great neighborhood and they have additional amenities such as organic trail mix, etc.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

A great place to stay! It had everything I needed. Loved the close proximity to the grocery store.

Great layout. Our family of 4 and dogs were very comfortable here for 3 weeks when our kitchen was being remodeled. Backyard was great for kids and dogs. Neighborhood has everything you need within walking distance-coffee shops, restaurants etc. Very close to golden gate park for outdoor recreation.

Large place with a nice patio area, close enough for a walk to the beach or the park and I had a wonderful time there, grocery store within walking distance, was able to explore most of the city and the host was so sweet

We brought a friend who needed to mourn a loss. The home and yard offered the respite she needed and the wind and waves from the Ocean helped her through her grief. We all hope to return since it became a place of healing for our friend. Thank you.

Jilayi is a wonderful host with a beautiful house. Every decor choice within the house feels very thoughtful and it definitely added to the overall ambiance of the house and made the stay pleasant. We had everything we needed and instructions to check were super easy to follow. Love how accommodating the host was of our every need. The beds too were very comfortable and bathrooms spotless. The high ceiling of the house makes the home feel very roomy and not too congested like some airbnbs we have been to before. 5 stars from our side

We had a wonderful time! The house was charming and spacious, particularly the kitchen. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. We walked to the boardwalk and lighthouse from this location. Super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We also enjoyed breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend this place!! We would definitely return.

My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us and we used our air mattress in the living room for one of my teens. The showers were great and it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. All of the instructions were clear and we had everything we needed for the most part. Stores are nearby if there is anything you’d need to grab in a pinch, but this location served our purpose and was close to what we were there for. There are a lot of stairs to get to the front door, but we were okay with that. We did not need or use the backyard/patio, so I don’t have any feedback about that. It looked like there was a sitting area out there though that was private. All in all, good clean spot, close to shopping, and it served our needs. 👍🏾

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

What a beautiful and tranquil place. Peter was great and very responsive. The home is filled with beautiful art pieces and objects and the grounds were lush and peaceful. There was plenty of amenities for us with everything working as it should. At this time, they are still waiting on a hot tub but I was aware that was unavailable when I booked thanks to another review. The sauna was a great add on though!

This was a great location for us as it was central to our trip to Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach and then also to San Fran and Menlo Park. We had plenty of space for our group and the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. Julia gave us good recommendations for groceries and restaurants. House was clean, hot tub was nice. Would definitely stay there again!
