We needed this apartment for family when other family visited. It worked out great and Ashley was very kind to extend a late check out when my husband got the checkout time wrong and needed an extension to pack up. She was quick to respond to messages sent through Airbnb and patient with me as I was fairly new to using this rental website. I would recommend Ashley's place if you are visiting family in the area yet want your own space to relax. Also to see Ft. Myers and all it has to offer this place is perfect as the price is right, parking is free, and beaches as well as our beautiful downtown river area are just a short drive away. Thank you for a great stay.

Carter is indeed a "super host"! Very responsive and addressed all of our requests. This location is excellent value! Lots of space to base your SW Florida trip from. Top tier fitness facility, very nice pool, a paved path around the pond that is perfect for a run, fenced in modern pickle ball and basketball courts, very comfortable shared outdoor space for the occasional rain day, plus fire tables that throw off heat when the sun goes down. Grilling is an important criteria for us...this facility did not disappoint and only 5 minutes from a Publix is very convenient. We used the facilities daily and made several day trips to the surrounding area including Fort Myers Beach. We would stay again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

Angel's apartment was ideal for our vacation in Ft. Myers. The kitchen was very well equipped and the apartment was spacious. It is located on a busy street, and thus we experienced traffic noise, but we soon got used to it and slept well every night. We greatly appreciate that he let us store our bicycles in the apartment. It was fun to ride them into downtown Ft. Myers, and there are bike lanes and quiet streets everywhere, just perfect for riding and getting out for some exercise!

Great location, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated Andy offering us to check-in early upon arriving in town, so we could clean up before an event. Having access to washer and drier was a bonus.

This was a wonderful “home away from home” for my weekend hockey tournament in Estero. It was only 25 minutes from the ice rink and we passed Fenway South when driving back and forth. Lots of food options nearby. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to booking again if we travel down this way in the future.

Wonderful, convenient location. Pleasant and safe neighborhood, good for walking. We liked the addition of the privacy screen on the pool cage. The pool is great… sun all day! Hosts very responsive and accommodating!

Perfect time at Blue Abaco! Lovely villa, clean and comfortable, with everything you could need - real home away from home. Plenty space for our family of 4. Everyone enjoyed pool overlooking waterway! Vesteva Vacation Rentals great with communication too. Within easy driving distance - 5 mins- of local shops/restaurants. So could comfortably walk to shops too. Only short drive to Cape Coral Water Park - about 10 mins and about 20/30 minute drive to lovely Fort Myers beach. Located in quiet neighbourhood so really relaxing. Would highly recommend and would certainly do a return visit

We enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

We had a lovely time staying here. The house was clean, with a great, well outfitted kitchen and comfortable and roomy living room. The bedrooms are small but functional. The pool and lanai were lovely. The pool isn’t heated but we were able to have fun swimming in February. Our kids had so much fun fishing off the dock into the canal. We loved going to the beaches at Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island, Nokomis and Siesta Key! It’s a great little house if you just want to relax around the pool or if you’re looking to explore the local beaches. We found lots of beautiful options within an hour drive.

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

This was my family and I’s first stay at the azalea house and we couldn’t have had a better time! My husband and I stayed with our 1 year old daughter. The house was spotless and safe for having a toddler there! The outlets had covering and the doors had knob covers and the cabinets had a clip that kept them shut. We bought toilet paper, paper towels and what not and we didn’t even need them because there was plenty of supplies there for us. The pool had the lanai to keep her from getting out but obviously we kept a close eye on her inside the pool area! If we ever came to the area again we would definitely stay at Rebecca’s Azalea house again!!!

Maria was great! Always got back with us to answer our questions quickly. The pictures online was exactly what place looked like! And her place is located in the middle of everything there was to do, in each direction. We loved that and took advantage of it! We walked the neighborhood almost everyday. Maria lives in a very quiet area. We enjoyed the walks, looking at the houses and how they were landscaped. This was the first time that my wife and I stayed in an AIRBNB for a month. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The only thing that would have made it nicer was getting to enjoy the new couch that was supposed to have been delivered while we were there. I'm sure the next renters will get to enjoy it.

Condo is awesome. Everything is brand new. Ft Myers Beach is still recovering, but this place is great. Nice pools, great lanai with view of the beach. Kelly was our co-host and great to work with. We'll hopefully be back!!

Sonia's condo is the nicest Airbnb that I've ever stayed in. It's exactly as described. Extremely comfortable, well decorated, quiet, and super clean. Many eateries are walkable. About a one minute walk from the front door to the beach. Many comfy beach chairs to bring down to the water. Superb communication. Highly recommend.

Ours was a short stay, but lots of supplies for laundry, cleaning, towels and toys for the pool, etc., if they were needed. We did very little cooking but the kitchen had ample dishes and cookware for preparing meals. The bed in master bedroom was very comfortable and the closet was large with lots of hangers and space to get all our travel gear out-of-sight. Several dressers for clothes. All very clean. Living room furniture was comfortable for reading or watching TV. Overall it was much, much better than staying at the Marriott and not as expensive.

This place was a life saver for my husband’s lineman crew working Hurricane Milton. Great location and comfortable. Communication was spot on!!! Would highly recommend. Thanks for all your help Evgeny!!!

Our family of five had the most amazing time together at the condo. It was peaceful and relaxing with the most beautiful views! The condo was next level with beautiful decorations, comfortable furniture, cozy beds, and a perfect kitchen with washer/dryer. It was in a convenient place to drive to the Estero outlet mall, Ft. Myers beach, and the State park for hiking. Visited the bakery and dining options at the Marriott. Met all of our needs this holiday. So grateful for our time here!

Kelly’s place was perfect! Very quiet at night, great atmosphere, very low key not a bunch of party people in the other units. Great restaurants within a 15 minute drive. The unit was very clean and well organized. The bed was comfortable, furnishings were very good. The view of the gulf was amazing from the ninth floor as was the coastline. We’re are very happy we picked this unit and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fort Myers Beach.
