This was perfect for our mother-daughter visit. We explored the streets and returned to a peaceful home with any amenity we could have wanted.

We had a very nice stay at Pedro's place... the area is really nice, we felt super safe specially having the guard meet you at the door when you come in. Pedro was highly responsive, friendly and attentive. There's a Walmart right in front which is very convenient. Our group had a great stay overall there and we would definitely return if we ever visit again. Thanks for everything!

The location of this rental is perfect. You are so close to both Parque Mexico and España and good restaurants both nearby and an easy walk to Roma Norte. There is every store you may need within a few blocks: a grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, barbershop, etc. There were eight of us who stayed for five nights at and we had plenty of room. The 5th floor is smaller - three bedrooms share one bathroom but the penthouse living space is beautiful. While we didn’t cook, it was not an well appointed kitchen that made staying in and cooking look fun. Like other reviews have said - both apartments get very hot during the day. It was unpleasant to be in the penthouse between 11:30 and 4 every day at the end of February. We shut the curtains in the morning and opened windows in the late afternoon but it was so hot during the day that I would be hard pressed to rent again unless I knew we would be out of the apartment most of the day.

Exceptionally spacious (2,400+ square feet), west-facing, top-floor unit in the historic center of Mexico City, Petra’s apartment is a 5-15 min. walk from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Alameda Park, the National Museum of Art, the Torre Latinoamericano, the city’s cathedral, the Aztec ruins of the Templo Mayor and Tenochtítlan, and so many other famous sites. It is difficult to imagine a more centrally located place. And it’s difficult to imagine a more helpful, thoughtful, accommodating, and friendly host than Petra. She communicated quickly and clearly whenever we contacted her, and she arranged our transportation to and from the airport as well as several tours of the city and its surroundings. Her recommendations of places to visit, things to do, and restaurants and bars were spot on. I’d recommend without hesitation staying in Petra’s apartment to any group of friends or family.

Tudo correu muito bem com a estadia. Minha estadia foi logo depois de uma estadia longa e a Ileana se assegurou de que tudo estivesse limpo e em perfeitas condições para a minha chegada. A recepção do prédio também possui funcionários muito gentis. O bairro é ótimo, bastante florido nessa época do ano.

We had a blast in Mexico City. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and very tastefully furnished. We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view! It felt like home. The hosts were incredible- they responded to our messages almost instantaneously . They were very sweet and helpful. The apartment is centrally located in the nice quiet and safe area, we could walk almost everywhere. We will definitely stay at this place on the next visit!

I stayed here for a month and I loved my stay! Rocio was a great host - super responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The apartment is large, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Walkable to many many bars and restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

My favorite airbnb stay thus far. In the middle of all the action, yet so zen and relaxing. The design details were pristine and inspiring. The walls must be thick because it really feels like you're the only one in the building. Alfonso the doorman is a sweetheart. I didn't see him the morning I left, so I left a tip for both the doorman that day and Alfonso - I hope he got it lol. Highly recommend this spot, if you can book it. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again when returning to CDMX. I know others have mentioned the street noise, but I really don't think it's that bad. Especially with a fan going, I barely noticed it. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for longer stays, and the washer worked well. There was a nice roomy living room and also plenty of space to unpack. The only downside was the hot water: I was lucky if I got 5 full minutes. As others have mentioned, this is a larger CDMX problem, although I will say in other places throughout the city I at least got a little bit longer than that! Other than the short showers, I have no complaints and would return for another stay!

Great apartment in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and very close to the Museum of Anthropology!

Our stay was lovely. We were met upon arrival, and Tom spent time getting to know our interests while in town. He went above and beyond in his recommendations, advice & hospitality. We always felt at home and restful at the apartment. He made sure that we knew he was available for any questions and genuinely wanted to help in any way he could. We could not recommend this location, apartment or host more.

I loved the place it had everything i need especially since it's near concert halls, The transportation is really close and The host and his mother were very nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Hermoso apartamento en Polanco, muchos restaurantes y lugares por conocer alrededor, el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado

We had a great time at Elvira’s place. All as described! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only detail I would consider when booking this property is the lack of AC for summer months. It was perfect for March and it was cooler at night, but I can see it getting very warm in the in the coming months.

Alfredo was always responsive, polite, and friendly. Place looked exactly like the pictures, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was a little difficult, but Alfredo was responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms and gorgeous view from the apartment.

Le logement de Luis est confortable, propre et tranquille bien qu’il soit situé très proche des activités et des commerces du quartier. Le métro est accessible facilement. La terrasse est très agréable. Bien situé pour profiter du grand parc de Chapultepec. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour en toute quiétude dans Polanco.

He repetido estancia y me voy de nuevo con muy buen sabor de boca, me agradó la estancia y todo estuvo correcto con el lugar en todo momento. Es una gran opción para alojarse.

La ubicación es muy buena porque es una zona muy tranquila y segura, el lugar es tal cual está en las fotos, muy bonito todo. Vigilancia las 24h por lo que hay flexibilidad para horario de llegada. La atención de Margarita excelente, siempre al pendiente y respondiendo rápido. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí. Recomendado 10/10 👌

I cannot more highly recommend this place as a wonderful location for a trip to Mexico City. The use of Uber made it so easy to get around to the wonderful sites of the city. The apartment was clean, spacious and so easy to use.

Excelente lugar, una ubicación muy bonita y super tranquila; ideal para descansar después de pasear todo el día. El edifico muy tranquilo y sobre todo con seguridad. Había restaurantes idóneos y populares para visitar al rededor de la zona del alojamiento.
