We were very happy staying here! It was as described and very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the friendliness and communication! The private yard was wonderful for us to hang out as a family and include our dogs!! The location was unbeatable- the beach only blocks away was the best!

We rented Valentina's beach house to avoid Hurricane Milton. We had a great time and would stay there again. The host was incredible helpful and understanding of our situation. She made a difficult situation much easier.

Good distance to the beach! Super nice host and very responsive. The house had everything we needed.

Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed with our two dogs for almost a week and it was a perfect stay. Great area of pcb. Great restaurants and very close to the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

When you first walk in, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. She is very proactive with our reservations and letting us know that the place was ready for us as soon as it was available. She communicated to us as soon as the front door keypad was running low on batteries and offered to get it taken care of within 30 minutes. Wonderful place and an excellent host! Our second time and it will definitely be our go to stay!

We enjoyed every minute of this adorable place! Clean and the location was great! Not far from the beach at all! Will definitely recommend and stay again when we come back. Host was very helpful and friendly! I could only give 5 stars but would have gave 10! Thanks so much for having us!!

Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

I had an exceptional stay at Elena’s place. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout my visit. The accommodation itself was spotless, beautifully arranged, and exuded a welcoming charm. Its location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely book again!  

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Chuck was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and recharging after visiting the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay here, simple and straightforward. Access was a breeze and everything was as described, would recommend!

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
